As a second generation plumber, Court has been involved in the industry all his life. He officially joined the company in 2002 and was appointed president of the company in 2018. As Operations Manager, Howard handles material purchasing and much of the office to field jobsite coordination. He also heads our safety program ensuring OSHA compliance even in the toughest of situations.

Overall we're happy wit the eventual outcome. On Friday, Nice guys, capped off some existing pipes. Left without turning hot water back on. Called emergency tech and we said it could wait until Saturday morning. Emergency tech came out, turned on and one of the capped pipes leaked. He repaired it. Over the past several visits, one of the plumbers appears to be standing and watching the other 80% of the time. Is one an apprentice and just learning. Rarely do they tackle two different tasks simultaneously.

Extremely professional. Ken arrived on time, detected the problem and fixed it promptly. No mess left behind. We do have a cutout in the wall that was necessary to fix the problem, but we'll probably try to make an access panel in case it's needed in the future. I would recommend Costal Plumbing and will definitely use it again for any future plumbing work.

Rick capped our gas hook up from gas stove as we are going with a new electric stove. He did a professional job and only took 40 minutes start to finish. Including shutting gas off outside and turning it back on when finished as well as checking to make sure there was none leaking. Thank You Rick.

Replaced 3 toilets with comfort type. Scheduled and they were on time, installed complete units and finished at floor line. Plumber was very professional, cleaned up as he went, answered all of questions and addressed any concerns that I had. We have been in Naples full time for past 7yrs and part time for previous 10 yrs. and this was my first encounter with a vendor that did what they had promised.

My husband was to be home to let the employee in to do the work. He was in the shower when the workman arrived. My husband never heard the bell. Coastal took the time to get in touch with me (running errands) the employee waited for me to return and the work was completed. Above and beyond thoughtful service. Highly recommend.

I had to replace the trim and rough for a tub and shower, which required cutting a hole in the adjacent wall to get to the plumbing. The work was excellent, the plumber was professional, and the price was competitive. Those in the office were really nice as well.
