Alliance Plumbing

Called Alliance with a plumbing emergency first thing on Monday morning. They had someone at my house within one hour. The guy they sent (Blue) was professional, friendly, and courteous, . All work was done as quickly as was practical on a blazing hot day. The results look very professional and I don't anticipate any further issues. Great responsiveness and high quality work. Ask for Blue by name, you won't regret it.

We have used Alliance twice. In both cases Blue was our Plumber. That's his name and I was super impressed with his handling of the plumbing issues we needed help with. In once case, he successfully troubleshooted a tricky issue with our shower system. Water was somehow finding its way underneath our baseboard in the adjacent wall. After ruling out the shower drain and the piping in the wall, he turned his attention to the weep holes just above the visible shower pan that were obstructed with caulk.

He opened it up and problem solved. Blue also expertly installed a bathroom sink faucet and also replaced a very old bathtub faucet cartridge, somehow finding the appropriate replacement which we thought we would have to order.but Blue made calls and found the right kind. He was timely, communicative in a calm personable way, and just the right guy for the job. I would not hesitate in using Alliance again.

Our air conditioner drain was clogged which caused backup in our sink. Problem was diagnosed and problem fixed. We have always used and depended on Alliance Plumbing for our plumbing needs throughout the years. The plumbers and receptionist are knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Work is done in a timely manner and the prices are very reasonable. We will continue using Alliance for all our plumbing needs.

We had a water pipe outside that broke off late on Sunday evening. Mark and Chris showed up promptly at 8 a.m. Monday morning, looked at the issue outside and inside (It was a pipe that extended through the wall and under the kitchen sink). They were kind, patient, have me an estimate and explained what needed to be done to correct the issue. They helped me with payment options as well.

We had another issue that we had to have fixed (I asked them to look at while they were here!) and they detected a leak. They fixed all the plumbing issues. I appreciate their service!

Called for leak detection due to wet spot on carpet in living room. Company said they specialize in this. They failed to locate leak. Technician arrived same day, though 30 minutes late. He was very friendly but I was disappointed of the lack of thoroughness of the inspection, he only did a visual around the area, water heater, the water meter; no use of infrared cameras or sophisticated tools.

He said there was no leak and the wet spot was caused by urine from our small dog even though I said that was not likely the case, the wet spot was expanding and did not smell like pee. He said he went above and beyond a normal service call and to put puppy pads down. He did not detect the leak. The service fee was $49.00. We were disappointed so took matters into our own hands and pulled the carpet up today and found a huge wet spot in our floor taking up nearly half of the living room and pooling water in the center, there is clearly a leak, possible slab leak. Very disappointed at the lack of quality of the inspection and failure to detect a leak. Do not recommend for leak detection

Alliance was really great to work with. They were very responsive and able to come out the same day I called. The technician that came out was Blue and I will definitely be asking for him if we ever have any issues again. He was really great to work with. He's really professional and walked me through all of the things that was going on with our sink. Incredibly helpful!

Blue from Alliance was the tech that responded to fix our frozen kitchen shutoff valves. He exceeded all of our expectations. Excellent work ethic. Very professional. Very polite. Excellent depth and breath of knowledge. We were given a same day appointment and the charges were reasonable. We will use them again and recommend them to others.

Mark Worley was extremely professional and on time. Usually, water valve replacements are easy but ours seemed to be welded to the copper supply pipe and could not be removed; Mark did it in a flash. We had sudden decrease in gas pressure and low gas flow for some of our appliances. Mark Worley (the Alliance Technician) investigated every gas appliance we owned, determined the issue, fixed the gas flow with the proper regulators and re-lit every appliance and tested each of them to ensure all appliances would run optimally. Mark was very detailed and thorough. His professionalism and technical competence gave us complete peace of mind.
