2 guys came out. Broke down toilet & sink then left for a couple of hours. Came back, said sink was fixed & I needed a new toilet - $260 please! They left, sink still leaked. Got angry & called CA plumbing contractor friend who told me what to do OVER THE PHONE & I fixed toilet myself! Wrote letter to owner, NEVER HEARD A WORD BACK! BE FOREWARNED!
