I've used Plumb Plumbing twice in the last month. They did the sewer scope for my home purchase and just this morning they fixed two new issues that came up after I moved in. Both experiences were excellent. Both plumbers were professional, on time, courteous, and did good work. I found the rate reasonable and am so happy that my frozen laundry valves and leaking tub/shower fixture are fixed. Will use again when needed!

Fantastic work by Ray today. He called ahead to notify me when he would be arrive. A great and reputable plumbing company run by a team of honest folks. Their prices aren't the cheapest in town (though not the worst either, theyre comparable) but would you rather pay a budget company multiple times or pay a little extra to have quality work done right the first time? They're a company that cares far more about doing the right thing than making a buck and as such they've earned my business as my go to plumbing company.

Had these guys do our home plumbing inspection before purchase, and then the new gas line to the pool heater. Each time the techs and estimators were professional, on time (even early), and completed the work inside the estimate. I would recommend for any need.

My parents used them for a whole house repipe. They were very happy with the job. They recommend Plumb Plumbing for their good service.

Plumb Plumbing was able to schedule service to repair a leaking shower even before our schedule allowed! James telephoned 20 minutes before his service call for which he arrived promptly. He methodically went about diagnosing the problem, clearly explaining each step he took for my understanding. James was professional and friendly throughout his repair work. Truth be told, I couldn't recommend Plumb Plumbing more highly!

I really wish I could give a high rating because I did my research and had very high hopes. We had a couple of small leaks under our kitchen sink and we called Plumb to come out. We were very specific in what was happening and where the leaks were. We even put paper towels down so they could see where the drips were. I didn't feel like the plumber really listened and sure enough, after the repair, the next day we still had a leak.

The same guy came out and tried again, still leaking the next day. At this point I was really hoping they'd send someone else but nope, they sent the same guy and after putting a crap load of sealant around the sinks and the faucet, (something I could have done if that was the issue), you guessed it, we still have a leak. So frustrating.

Joe and Isaac are phenomenal plumbers. Friendly on time and most importantly honest. They did a great job hydorjetting the pipes

Plum plumbing is one of the best companies here in Tucson. The employees are nice, the plumbers are great. They're my favorite.

I do not recommend this company. They repiped my house. Now there is knocking in the walls when the water is turned on and off. The cold water is hot in the summer and the hot water cold in winter. Low water flow. Fixtures were left loose and not properly attached to inner wall. These issues were not corrected after a service tech came out to inspect.

From start to finish this was one of the best services we've ever received. Joey came out to give us an estimate and walked us through how the process of changing out our polybutylene pipes would proceed. Joey was very thorough and answered all of our questions - and as it turned he was very accurate in his descriptions - no surprises. The installers worked as a very efficient team.

I believe Ray was the name of the lead. They did a great deal of prep work - lots of taping and covering areas etc. They were very considerate and also very tidy after their work days- to make sure everything was cleaned up. We decided to go with their dry wall contractor - he too was efficient and did a great job. Vicki and Amber in the office were extremely attentive when I had made some calls regarding the scheduling of each process along the way.

I had also spoken with Steve, the owner, who had helped me with some questions I had regarding our dishwasher - and he too wanted to make sure we were thoroughly pleased with the installation once the job was completed. We had a great experience! Their team (both on-site and virtual) were communicative and professional, and the team they outsourced drywall repair to did a great job as well.

We used them to completely redo the plumbing in our new house with poly pipes and to renovate our downstairs bathroom. They went above and beyond. The guys and gals over there are wonderful. Services: Toilet installation, Tap installation

Joey was very professional and came out to give us a quote to completely replace our water line. He asked the age of the house and challenged what another plumber had told us which was that we had galvanized piping and it all had to be replaced. Joey felt that was wrong and we determined that Joey was right, we did not have galvanized pipe. He saved us thousands of dollars we were terrified to spend, and right before the holidays too.

They scheduled a tech, James, to come out and replace the leaky water valve and faulty galvanized nipple the very next day. In the end, they were more affordable, honest and better quality then the first plumber who dug a few inches and said it was all galvanized. I do not write these often but when I do I am either really annoyed and upset with someone's customer service, or someone made it to my contact list. Plumb plumbing is in my contact list now and I will absolutely recommend. By the way, James was a good honest plumber too!

These guys are great. We had two emergencies pop up while selling our house, and both times they were able to save us the very same day. Without extra gouging charges for coming out so quickly, either! Both times we had outdoor pipe issues (not related to each other) and Plumb Plumbing fixed both in under an hour. They were courteous and respectful of our time, knowing that we were a week away from selling, and they wrote very detailed reports for that as well.

The costs were simply for the hour and a basic truck fee. Extremely reasonable. The issues are still resolved and all is well. I'll continue using Plumb Plumbing for all plumbing needs in the future.

We hired them for our plumbing inspection when purchasing our home. We did everything they advised. Three days after moving in, sewage poured out of a secondary blowout that they didn't inspect. Someone had stuck a beer can in the line. When we called them they said not our problem, not our fault, not our job/responsibility to check all sewer lines in home inspection.

They were condescending and very rude to my wife, like stereotypical sexist tradesmen. If you want a company that takes pride in and stands behind their work and offers respectful customer service, look elsewhere.

I have used many other plumbers before, but I have FINALLY found a company that is very reasonable AND does the work stated with efficient effective quality. If there's any other surprise findings, it is explained intelligibly with options provided. No more saving up all the jobs a plumber might correct just to be worth the service call! They are affordable and reliable - amazing!

I've had a reoccurring problem for the last year where my toilet randomly floods my bathroom. Had about 8 plumbers come out in the last year and a half and none of them have every solved the real problem. Yesterday Joe came to look at my toilet since it was doing the same thing again. He was the first person to ever take apart the toilet and figure out what was going on directly underneath.

He had managed to pull pounds of gunk and tree roots out of my pipes! He replaced parts and was patient and nice throughout the whole experience. Unfortunately I'm moving next week, but at least I get to enjoy a stress free toilet for a week!

Recently had a few repairs done. Faucet. Toilet and more! Whew. Water water. So I have been fortunate to work with Plumb many times over the years and recommend them to many other people. First met them for polybutylene replacement and have been so pleased with the quality of work. The workmanship. The honestly. Reliability. And so much more. Prices are usually reasonable. I know when I get an opinion from Plumb Plumbing it is true to word and worth. I find them reliable!

Plumb Plumbing has worked on plumbing at my house twice in the last year and both times I felt their assessment of the problem and their repairs were fair and honest. Both times Jesse was the plumber dispatched to our house and he is a super nice guy who keeps you informed as to what he finds. He provides reasonable advice on how he should proceed and never once did I feel like any work performed was unnecessary. I highly recommend Plumb Plumbing for their honest and timely service and reasonable repair costs.

The plumber who came to change out our shower/tub faucets was polite and no-nonsense. He made a trip to purchase needed supplies and didn't waste any time with the travel or the job itself. I appreciate the $16 truck fee, too- some fees are so high just to get someone to your house. We are happy to say that we have found our new plumbing company!

A few months ago, we had our pvc pipes upgraded to PEX and they whole process was seamless. Steve was exceptional at communication and very professional. He went above and beyond to help us with our project. The price was competitive and the work was timely and efficient.

I got my whole house repiped. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: - Affordable pricing for repipes - Have large crews that can repipe your house in a day - Get all their work permitted and inspected - Detailed, professional estimates emailed to you - Do a lot of total repipes in Tucson - Using best brand of PEX pipes and fittings - Can include drywall repair, which most plumbers don't include Cons: - You get what you pay for - Crew was young and inexperienced - Anything unusual flummoxed them - Some things were done improperly or not done at all. - The owner Steve was rude.

Bottom line.if you are a real estate investor or if you are planning to sell your home, these guys will give you a permitted repipe for cheap. If you plan to actually live in the house they repipe, I suggest you keep searching, especially if you live in an order house with more complex plumbing issues.

These guys are the real deal! Aaron and his guys showed up at 8 AM to replumb my entire house. It is 2 PM and they are almost finished. They are very well coordinated, have everything they need on the two trucks they showed up with, and they all get along with each other. The pricing is good. their attitudes are great. it is obvious they are pros at what they are doing. i'm impressed.
