Saturday Plumbing emergency! Flooding in master bathroom and called Al Coronado Plumbing thankfully we were able to have rapid same day service. Grateful for Marty Oros, his years of experience was evident he was able to find the best location in an older home to resolve the issue as the clean outs are not visible. Marty was very professional, treated us like family and explained the process while being very efficient. I highly recommend Al Coronado Plumbing and their team for all plumbing services!

I missed a call from Julian, I was supposed to meet him at my home. Julian was proactive and showed up at my house and then gave me another call. Patiently waited for 20 minutes until I got home. Julian thoroughly explained the issues I was experiencing, and what it would take to correct the problem. He also prepared me to expect that this could be an expensive procedure. I will certainly use/recommend El Coronado plumbing (Julian) for any plumbing work Because I appreciate the honesty and professionalism.

Wow! I never really feel the need to leave a review of any company or services that I use so this is the first time! Late Saturday afternoon both tub and shower in two bathrooms started to overflow into my bedroom! To say the least me and my wife panicked. We didn't know what to do but I had a magnet on my refrigerator for Al Coronado plumbing and I called.

Within the hour I had a plumbing technician out at my house his name is Marty he showed up very calm and prepared. He came in and diagnosed my issue very quickly he had to carry all of his equipment up to my roof and snake from the top. Absolutely hard work! He talked me through every issue that I was dealing with as well as taught me so much while he was repairing my issue!

He truly personalized my whole experience and made me feel like he was my dad showing me how to fix something, never have I had such amazing service! Thank you to Marty and the team at Al Coronado plumbing!

I had an emergency on a Saturday and they were able to respond before the end of the day which was helpful to me as I had to shut off water in main valve. He was courteous, explained what he had to do and finished the job. His estimate of job changed while working on it so he gladly resubmitted a new invoice reducing the price. I was appreciative of the service and can certainly recommend them.

My shower and toilet backed up in my little old adobe house(1936). I called Al Coronado at 8:30 a.m. asking for an appointment. I got one immediately! Andy arrived soon after. He had to haul his equipment down into my mud basement to clear the drain. Mission accomplished! Drains running beautifully! And it was under warranty so no charge! Thanks, Andy!

Had a small leak at the main meter box which needed some repair. Called and got a timely response with someone out within a couple days because it wasn't an emergency or anything. When John H. showed up, he was on time and very friendly. He was able to detect what the problem was and recommended some solutions regarding fixing leak and a better valve than what was put in by builder.

I was so pleased with the work by John I went ahead and showed him a few other plumbing issues I had put off around the house. He was more than happy to look at each item and give some options about how to resolve. In each case he was able to explain what might be needed and how he would go about fixing each item. He was up front about pricing and I think the quotes were very fair for what he was offering to do.

After the work was done, I was very happy with the work which included garbage disposal, pipes in garage, water heater, new hose bibs, water hammer prevention on washer. The work was done in a timely manner and looked real good when done. There was attention to detail and I know that he was truly interested in doing the job right and making sure I was happy with everything being done.

I would definitely recommend Al Coronado for any type of plumbing issues and just want to say if John H. represents how this business operates normally, then I am extremely impressed!

From start to finish dealing with Al Coronado plumbing was a great experience. Our plumbing rep, Marty, took great care of us in getting a new water heater and our technician, Alvy, was awesome! It was a difficult install and hard to maneuver in the small closet the older one came out of. But it's perfect and Alvy stayed until it was done so we could have hot water! They all did a great job, honest, trustworthy and know what they're doing! I recommend and we will use them again!

Robert was very professional and knowledgeable in his craft. Diagnosed the problem I had with a gas line very quickly and efficiently. I called Al Coronado Plumbing only a few days ago and got a quick response time (hard to come by these days) and amazing customer service from the receptionist to the plumbing technician himself. Very cool, very respectful. 10/10

After 23 years, our water heater gave out. I remember seeing a commercial for AL Coronado recently and they really seem sincere about doing a good job. So I called Al Coronado and Chris Jackson came over. He explained everything well, showed me what I needed to bring everything up to code and then got the ball rolling by getting a technician out here the next day and updated the water and gas lines to the heater and installed the new hot water heater itself. Then technician did a really nice and professional job. Very happy with the work.
