Gas or electric water heaters can usually be repaired if they are under 8 years in age, older than that its usually best to replace a water heater. If your looking to have your bathroom fixtures upgraded we would be happy to help you out. We offer free estimates and advice for this type of work. For kitchen renovations we can offer a free estimate to help you put together your budget.
If your water heater is over 10 years of age, we suggest replacing it as opposed to repairing it. Water heaters do not generally last much longer than 10 years in Tucson. Also, if you have not changed your anode rod every couple years, then the metal in the tank is probably started to rusted away. The Anode Rod is a replacable part within the water heater that stops hard water from eating away your metal tank.
Pipes not drain like they should? Not to worry, Arico Plumbing can clean just about any drain quickly and cleanly. We have large root cutting machines and smaller grease buildup machines. We also have chemicals that can help you drain stay is good working condition. If you have a root problem, make sure you ask about our RootX chemical treatment, this burns up the small (soon to be big) roots before they get a hold within the drain system. A drain line is usually considered a line the run from a fixtures and ends once it reaches the main line under the house.
Toilet making the wrong sounds? Toilet can last a long time but they do need service ever couple of years. Toilets have parts that wear out but the good news is they are usually not too expensive and easy to replace. If you thinking about repairing one toilet you might consider doing the same to all your toilets so you can save on labor in the long run.

I have used this company for years and have previously gave 4 star reviews. However, now with an emergency main water line leak, they tried to rip me off with a $10,000 repair estimate for what other plumbers charged $3500. In addition, their bid was just a number, no details, no warranty, and no explanations, . Disreputable to an old customer.

I received 3 quotes to install a new water heater. The quotes were comparable but I chose Arico because the gentleman providing us our quote gave us a great explanation of the services we were looking for. The Arico Technician, Angel, arrived promptly and advised the steps he was taking to remove our 12 year old water heater and install our new one. Then he provided a detail info on the water heater itself. Everyone was very professional from the time I first called through the installation.

Jeffrey arrived a little after 1000 hrs and finished by 1030 replacing a hose bib on our back patio. He then sat in his truck for 15 min with engine running I assume writing up the bill. At 1045, he called in my credit card for a FULL HOUR job listed as 1000 to 1100. Questions I asked him about the job and the parts were answered if at all curtly and perfunctorily. Like "where was this new valve made?" "I dunno." It matters to me. I feel the extra time charge for the second half hour was unreasonable and fraudulent.

Critical: Quality Set up an appointment to have someone look at my hot water heater. Never mentioned anything about a 40 dollar fee. Had several others look for free. Since they were not transparent enough to inform me and just hand me a bill I chose not to use their services. 8 other providers estimated for free. Should have been upfront.

We have been customers of Arico and have never been disappointed with their quality of work and service. For our most recent call our technician John showed up on time and was personable and professional and made sure not to leave a mess behind when the job was done. My Joe Homeowner attempt at plumbing that had gone sideways was quickly resolved and he gave me the names of a couple places in town that I could try for the hard to find parts for our 40 year old faucets.
He even took the time to give me some pointers on how to finish up another project that is going to save me time and avoid some aggravation. I highly recommend Arico in general and John in particular.

Arico has been amazing with working around my schedule. As another Service Business Owner we can't always keep appointments because we are providing services to our customers. Had a plumbing issue where we were rerouting some water pipes in the kitchen. A craigslist plumber I was using because he was inexpensive couldn't figure out why some pipes under the floor were still leaking. Arico was able to come out the next day, and after I explained the issues one of their plumbers was able to figure out where the issue was. They made the correction for a very reasonable price.

We worked with Arico through our warranty company for our AC coil that wasn't working. Tim did a great job diagnosing the problem and getting all the necessary information to the warranty company. They kept us informed during the waiting process and made sure we got the right parts. Tim came out and finished the whole exchange in an afternoon and was very patient with my questions, he even went the extra mile to help us get our outside unit cleaned up and prepared for the summer. I will definitely use them again if the situation arises.

Having had plumbing issues in our new house, we've had a couple of different places sent that our home warranty company sent over. I've grown a little weary of plumbers during the process. We had Roger out, and he explained everything to me in great detail.why he is doing this or that, what it will resolve, etc. I'm no plumber so his explanations are welcoming. Very friendly, quick service and good work. I've now found the plumbing company I'll use in the future.

I can always rely on Arico for excellent, reliable service. Many years ago I had a water pipe break outside & I called three well known companies to get an estimate but I also needed service soon. Arico was the first to arrive, the best price and the friendliest. I only call them now. I recently have needed to call them for two different services and both times Josh was my serviceman. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and finished each job in record time I couldn't be more pleased!
