Had an after hour emergency, the main water line broke and Tasco was the only one that was able to send a technician after midnight and repaired it even though it was on a Saturday to Sunday hours. I have used Tasco several times in the last years for plumbing and air conditioning repairs in my apartment. They have always been responsive and done a professional job at fair costs. When my air conditioner broke a few years ago and I was considering to replace it, Tasco's owner Frank convinced me to invest a few 100 dollars in a repair because the air conditioner still had a few years of remaining life in it.

He was right. Anyway, we finally replaced the old air conditioner last week. Tasco gave me a good proposal for an air conditioner that has the features I wanted and fits into the available space, and they got it installed within one work day, including the modification of one of the building's riser pipes to make the air conditioner fit through the door.

Aside from some delays at the beginning, when it took a few days to obtain the initial proposal and another week to obtain all technical information I had asked for, I am happy with Tasco and will continue to use and recommend them for plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning projects.

Liked the email attention and response. Then the scheduling was ok. The service arrive as scheduled on time and finished everything what is was supposed to be. No problems with my new water heater. Will recommend them for sure Service: Boiler installation

The work was a simple one, change a water valve. They made the estimation so cost prohibited that I had to look elsewhere after paying $130 for the visit. As I expected the service I received from the second option I called was very reasonable, at least 1/3 of what Tasco was estimating. Look elsewhere if you want a decent and reasonable work done.

Tasco and Frank have been my go to people for AC and plumbing. They are ALWAYS responsive and on time. They call while the tech is on the way too. Once they were early and the tech even waited for me! Always reliable, quality work and reasonably priced. I recommended them to my neighbor for plumbing and he thanked me for the referral.

Living in a Condo we relied on the recommendation of our Bldg Manager to have our Heat/AC Pump inspected and maintained. Tasco sent out a mechanic the same day requested and followed up to ensure the mechanic arrived and performed to our pleasure. Tasco worked with our Bldg Manager to ensure that our system was healthy and in compliance with our Condo requirements.

They are very honest and direct. We asked for yearly maintenance and they explained it was not necessary, rather every few years to clean the pan and drain the system. They also inspected our hot water heater as requested and indicated it was functioning well and replacement could be differed. They offered a quote for the replacement of our hot water heater as requested the next day. Overall Tasco is a responsive, honest company and we will seek them when we elect to change our hot water heater and future maintenance of our Heat/AC Pump.

First of all, buy a vacuum cleaner for your guys to vacuum dust as it's created when you work in people's furnished homes; that's what quality residential plumbers do. You don't come in a home where people are living and do the job as though you were on a construction site, with no protective equipment, proper tools for cleaning or consideration for people's belongings. Also, even if there was no pandemic, workers should wear booties when entering a residence.

Your guys closed the door from the bathroom to my closet but ignored the fact that it couldn't close all the way because it had a hanging shoe rack on it. So, they just ignored that fact and allowed my entire wardrobe and bedroom to get covered in debris. Thank you for that. Had we known, we could have removed the shoe rack so the door could be closed all the way. Further, when we initially agreed on $385 for the job, there was no mention of an additional charge if you couldn't enter the wall through sheetrock from another room vs. the marble where the problem was.

You don't show up at someone's home and try to extort an extra $200 from them because you think you can get away with that because the people are desperate to stop a leak in their home "during a pandemic." Totally immoral. Totally sleazy. Not that this is even relevant, because it isn't, but it took your guys an extra +/- 20 minutes to go through marble than sheetrock. And, unlike your guys initially estimated, it didn't take breaking up to 10 marble rectangles or so much extra time.

That was a total exaggeration to make asking for an extra $200 totally legitimate. They quickly cut the proper shape opening on 3 rectangles. They should be able and prepared to work in bathrooms. They expected my wife to clear a totally packed walk-in closet in order to break through the wall to make their job a little easier. After finally agreeing to accept the pre-agreed up price, paying them that and a tip both in cash, the boss, Frank, called the next morning and tried to bully us.

Instead of apologizing for the whole ordeal, he threatened to put a lien on our property if we didn't pay the extra $200. Tasco has now been banned from our building. Beware of Tasco Plumbing!

I am a Realtor that manage several properties for client's. Under the recommendation of the Association of #TurnberryTowers called this company to do a simple repair of a leak on a refrigerator due to the external connection. The appointment setter at Tasco was very pleasant and told me it was a $95 visit charge plus the parts, something that should have cost $95 let's say plus $20 (the part actually cost $2).

So a total of $115. Well they did not have the part so the technician had to go and buy it and came back, so the work got done, but they charged us $230!, we complaint and manage to get it done to $190 still an over charge, taking advantage of customers. And in order to send a Plumber you had to give them a credit card, so they have you. My advice to the association and to you is to look for a reliable and honest company that does not want to take you for a ride.

Last week when I was out of the country, I received a phone call from my wife that our A/C was not working properly. My wife was at home with (3) children under 6 years old. I reached out to Tasco at 7:30pm and within 1-hour, somebody was out my house to inspect my unit. Unfortunately, my compressor was bad and I needed to replace the unit. Frank from Tasco (knowing that my wife was home alone with the kids) made sure somebody was there at 7:00am to replace my unit the following day.

In a service related industry, they are definitely at the top of the pack. This review does not give justice to how much they helped me out. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anybody.

We love Tasco and have called on them for years. They helped us with a remodel as well as service and repair over the years. They always respond when we call - weekends, nights, whenever. Are they the cheapest? Nope, but you get what you pay for in this business. If you need new equipment installed or need a repair done right and on time, give Tasco a call.

Today we called tasco because our sink was clogged. We were told over the phone the charge was $95.00 per hour. We agreed to that charge. The guys came over quickly. Unfortunately at the time to make the payment they wanted to charge us a fee of $100.00 extra for "use of materials" meaning the snake they use to unclogged the sink. We called the company to explain that the agreement was $95.00 per hour.

Nobody mentioned a charge of 100.00 extra for using a snake ( a necessary tool to unclogged a sink). The worst moment was WHEN WE TRIED TO EXPLAINT THE SITUATION TO THE OWNER FRANCISCO ENRIQUEZ A/K/A "Frank" he started making threats saying he knows where we live. He went further as to state that he was going to "come over my house, bang on the door, and kick my ass." The threats continued.

We had to call the cops, the Miami Dade police is taking care of the situation. We take threats seriously, especially after what the south Florida community has to experience yesterday. Please stay away from these people.

I have known Frank, an owner of TASCO for years and he is very committed to his clients and his staff. There are a hundred Frank stories where he has saved us money and looked out for us. I had my AC break down a few years ago and did not know that Tasco provided emergency service. The other company told me I needed a new air handler and so I got quotes from a couple AC companies and called Tasco for a bid. Frank came and told me they were trying to rip me off and my air handler would last a few more years and it just needed a cleaning.

Another time had a water leak water going everywhere and called Tasco in the middle of the night. Frank answered the phone, and came to fix the leak with his guys in the middle of the night. He even called in a water/mold remediation company and stayed to make sure that everything was done right. I have never ever known anyone as hard working as Frank nor as honest. I would not hesitate to recommend him and do, in fact, to all my Clients.

Super Expensive, charged me double what they originally quoted me. Extremely rude workers. By far one of my worst experiences I have ever had!

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Came to "fix" our washer and charged $200 dollars to then find out it wasn't fixed AND THEY BROKE THE DRYER! We didn't notice till the next day. Asked them to come back and fix what we already payed them to fix and took 3 weeks to get ahold of them to have them tell us it's not their problem.

Owner wouldn't return calls he's always "out". Anyways, we will be going to a meeting at our condo to have them out of the building because I have never heard a decent thing to be said about the company or employees for a matter of fact! A joke!

Very poor customer service, felt overcharged and told contradiction as the staff explained afterwords that i was being charge 2 hours ( $90/hour) because the tech had to go get the tools at the hardware store and it was out of his way when asked the day before i was told i will be charge for the garbage disposal itself and $90 per hour on instalation.wow $325 for a $74.5 garbage disposal and 25 minute instalation job, BRAVO! good luck keeping up your returning customers if any. Let me at least say that the tech was, clean, punctual and polite.

Totally agree with the other review. This place has HORRIBLE customer service. The workers consistently and blatantly overcharge for time. One of the guys working broke something. I spoke to the manager who started to get an attitude and tell me he was not responsible. After I had a discussion with him about the bill and he was literally shouting. I had to hang up the phone on him. Definitely do not use this place. 100% unprofessional.
