I called this business because someone referenced them and gave them a good review. They really are awesome! Wendy scheduled my appointment for the next day. The technician arrived in a timely manner, was polite and fixed the issues that were pending. I highly recommend Falcon Plumbing. They service Broward and Dade.

No hot water for 2 days, contacted this company to fix my issue, tech showed up on time.so 5 stars for that.i'm somewhat of a handyman so i already knew that it was not a voltage issue, my guess was heating element and i was kinda right, so tech checks, calls his office and they quote 760.00 to replace both elements (new hot water heater @ home Depot 600.00). then quoted 1000.00 to put a new unit. Declined again. Tech then pushed a re-set button on my existing water heater and fixed the issue.total cost 75.00 including service call.so they get 5 stars for that.honesty rating zero.

Wendy was calming as my husband and I panicked over a broken water pipe in our home. She told us what to do until the plumber could get took place on a Sunday night at 8:30. When the plumber arrived he did his job explaining everything. He had no attitude about it being later in the evening. I would recommend Falcon Plumbing to anyone. Service: Find & repair leak

Wendy was so friendly on the phone and made me feel at ease. There was no rushing or surprises. The plumber that was prompt, friendly and professional. And, again, no surprises! I was overwhelmingly pleased with the service from the very beginning. I'm thankful that my friend recommended them to me! Excellent company, I would definitely recommend this company!

I would not recommend Falcon plumbing. I called due to a huge water bill. Their website states that they have many gadgets to detect leaks. The plumber arrived and changed the lid for the toilet. We looked at the meter and we saw that it's still running. I asked if he could use one of the devices listed in the website to find the leak but he said he doesn't have those.
I still had to pay $90 even though the plumber told me there's still a leak somewhere in the house. (Obviously!) I called 4 times to see if they can send someone to detect the leak using the leak and deduct the amount I had already paid. They said they'd send someone on Friday and the person never came. Again, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Mission and a headache.

Excellent service! I have worked with Falcon Plumbing in the past. My garbage disposal stopped functioning and I knew exactly who to call. Wendy, the owner, is always a pleasure over the phone and sends someone timely. Ralph was the technician; he did a tremendous job and kept me informed on the work being done. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for your hard work and service!

Had a sewer line backup in the late evening. Within an hour Wendy was able to have her technician Michael onsite. He was very courteous and professional during the entire visit. He made sure the bathrooms were cleaned up before leaving. He successfully unclogged the sewer line. Great customer service from the initial phone call through the entire visit. Would definitely recommend Falcon Plumbing.

I appreciated that service provider called ahead for the appointment. Chris was the plumber who was able to identify the type of pipes in my home using a telescopic camera. We were given a jump drive of the images seen. Excellent job! Chris came prepared with a mask and was very safe in his work. Highly recommend this company!

My experience with falcon plumbing was phenomenal. It was an emergency call late at night and I thought I was screwed for sure. I made the call wendy was very nice and fair in the pricing. The plumber that showed up was ralph. He too was polite and had such a great attitude for his job and how late the call was I really felt at ease. He was in and out within 2 hours.

Highly do not recommend! I had a water leak. Mike showed up with an attitude from the beginning. Charged me $287 to go into crawl space under the house to search for the problem. He did not locate the problem, charged me $287 and left promising they would have an estimate for me to find and repair the leak. They did not even follow up. What a waste of time and money! I then called Doctor's Plumbing (786)282-5599. They came out, immediately identified the problem and repaired it.

This is the third or fourth time that I have used Falcon Plumbing and I couldn't be happier with their service. Each time they show up promptly and perform the job quickly and their prices are great. Today, a technician named Justin fixed two problems for us in the kitchen and outside on the patio. He arrived right on time and completed the tasks efficiently and quickly, as well as for a very reasonable price. I am so glad I switched plumbers a few years ago. I highly recommend this company.

"VERY BAD SERVICE TECH SCREAMED AT MY WIFE" Called for a water leak ($195), technician (Ralph), came in stating that needed to change pumps on toilets $150 I agreed, when he chanced it, said that my toiled on second floor was clogged, said that needed to run the snake I said ok, that was another $150, then when when I was not looking don't know what he did that my shower was not running and started running water he said I need to run a snake from the roof that was another $400, my wife and I told him that was working perfectly fine before he came in, he started yelling at my wife and had to tell him to lower his voice, he kept yelling at my wife saying (you think I broke it, you saying I broke it, I'm doing this for 30 years, ), I said just tell me what I owe till now ($697) and leave my house, the next day I called and Lindy (owner or manager), said Im very sorry this happened to you and company will reimburse with $195, you will get a check in approximately 4 to 5 business days that was over 22 days ago. I called today and Lindy said I don't remember what you are saying just called after corona virus is over.

I've been a customer for over 25 years and in all those years the owner, Wendy, has given me great advice on solving all my problems & the plumbers she hires are truly outstanding in their knowledge of how to repair or replace all my complex plumbing issues. I have a house built in 1954 that is on well water with a septic tank so the problems are complicated & difficult to solve, but never once in 25 years have I been disappointed!
That's an amazing track record for any company. The men clean up after themselves, are courteous & very professional. The price is always very reasonable. Wendy has repeatedly researched for parts of my older fixtures to save me money. This company deserves more than 5 stars.

A really well run and honest plumbing company. They were there for me when I was out of town and my wife and two small kids were in need of a plumber due to a large leak in the shower. They showed up quickly. diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in no time at a very fair price. Hats off for an all around wonderful company to knows their stuff.

My mother and I were shopping at Home Depot and an employee from this company (I know he worked for this company bc he was wearing the Falcon plumbing uniform) yelled at my mother a 70 year old woman (while my daughter was in her shopping cart) "Stop touching my shit!" just because my mother moved his shopping cart so she could pass through the lane.
If this is the kind of human being that this company employs I would never ever ever hire this company to do any service for my family or my businesses. I'm infuriated with how he spoke to my mother. He's lucky I was with my children. POS!

Unethical rip-off. Plumber charged my wife $180 for a special flapper because my toilet can't use a universal flapper. It is on amazon for $8. He was at my house for less than 10 minutes. I have left multiple messages for a call back to explain how a 10 minute visit to change a flapper costs $180 but have not received a response. They rip you off and don't have the decency to at least make up an excuse as to why. Certainly will never use them again.

I had to download Yelp in order to rate and comment on this business. I wish I could give them a zero star. Customer service is what keeps businesses alive. This company lacks every ounce of it. I scheduled an appointment with their dispatcher. I am an industry professional and I was very specific in describing the scope of work that I wanted to quote at one of my projects.
I waited for nearly 3 hours on site, no one called, no one showed. I called them to inquire on the status of their appointment, instead of apologizing for keeping me waiting 3 hours on site, the owner was super rude and annoyed because I was interrupting her and she had to get payroll done. She said she would call me back, yet I heard no response.
The following day, I called their office and was disconnected about 8-10 calls. I followed up with an email and again gave a full description for my scope of work and provided the drawings. The only response that I received was that they don't have the manpower to do my job. No apologies for their disregard of my time. My project is a simple renovation, it consisted of installing a new shower pan and new plumbing fixtures in a shower, disconnect and reconnect a vanity and toilet, provide a new water line and drain for a laundry washing machine, and move a kitchen sink 2 feet along the same wall. It's interesting that no one ever bothered to ask what my timeline for this project was.
I suppose they're just booked for the next 365 days and that's how they determined that they don't have the manpower to do my job. Or maybe they're just busy doing payroll for the next 365 days.payroll can't be done without jobs to bill so perhaps when the economy slows down they'll think about the importance of customer service.

I had used Falcon Plumbing once before and was happy with the service and the price. I used them again for a stopped toilet in my master. It took the gentleman 5-10 minutes from front door out including payment. I was charged 198.00. I called and was told that they had a fixed price. I will not use them again. But the young man who came was very professional and polite.

I would recommend this company. I live down in Homestead and not too many people are willing to travel that far. Thankfully I called Falcon. The service was professional and not rushed. The plumber explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. The customer service was great. Thank you Falcon for quickly and efficiently solving the plumbing issue.

Quickly came out and fixed a shower that had been leaking for months. I was told by another company that it would require breaking through the wall and replacing the internal plumbing! The Falcon plumber told me that yes, it could be fixed that way and ultimately might have to be. But he was able to pack the leaky connection and it's been working well for a few months now. Very happy with their service, and the price was more than fair. The folks were friendly and helpful from my first phone call to the moment he left with the job well done.

Great company to work with. Every time I've called them, they were able to come the same day and even provided a call 30 minutes prior to let me know they were on the way. I did try calling other companies and they cancelled on me, so I was happy that this company has always arrived around the time they estimated. The dispatcher and the plumber were polite and explained things well.
They weren't the cheapest, however, they are licensed plumbers so I believed the prices to be fair with that consideration in mind. On different occasions their work required them to make a mess and they did bring in a shop vac to clean up. One time I had a problem with a slow sink drain and they actually took the time to show me how to fix it on my own the next time it happens. I had called them for something else and was pleased that they didn't charge me for the time to fix the slow drain.

What a ripoff, 45 Minutes and 198 bucks later and nothing. Falcon Plumbing Miami is not worth calling too expensive and really lousy service. The guy was nice enough, but he said to me if I use an Auger for what probably is an foreign object stuck in my toilet it will cost 198. I asked him does that usually work? ( I know the answer, most cases no and any plumber knows this ) If I have to take the toilet off it will cost 310.
I paid the 198. just to get them out. this company is a rip off the. rates are out of control. Usually any other plumber ( Mine was not around today ) charges 90 for using and aguer. NEVER, I will tell my Building manager that he should not recomend to others either ( RIPOFF ) Next review to Angie's list coming soon. I wanted no Stars!

Complete waste of time. They left me waiting an entire day for a service they said they could do that day. Only to be told after 3pm that they would not show up. Was not able to get other people who could have done the same job in because of how late in the day. To not lose the business was lied to and they tried to reschedule. Nothing worse than a company that lies to try and leave customer from going elsewhere, now ill sleep in a hotel so my kids don't have to smell the backup in my house they committed to fixing.

They are friendly, and competent. Used them several times, some jobs were complicated. I had a problem with the price on one job but the owner, Wendy, made sure I was satisfied eventually. I recommend you confirm pricing before hand so there are no surprises. WRONG! A month later I called Falcon for a simple clean out and they declined to honor our previous agreement of hourly pricing.
They insisted on charging a flat rate of $650 to remove a toilet and run a snake, a job that my handyman and his helper accomplished in 1.5 hours the next day. How can they justify their prices? As a General Contractor and owner of apartment buildings for over 20 years I have used a lot of plumbers and although capable, they are extremely expensive.
