ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Just needed a toilet to be repaired. They billed me for traveling time. They didn't do the job because they needed an authorization to buy the parts. What parts from a toilet could be so expensive that an authorization is needed? (translation for excuse to a new appointment and bill me again for traveling time) I had to call 3 times for my second appointment because the administrative staff goes out for breakfast and lunch 3 times per day and never call the clients back.

Furthermore they charge 140 per hour plus the labor of the helper. HELPER! just to repair a toilet! go figure!. I ended up paying for another plumber service and had my toilet repaired without so much complication. WHAT A TERRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER CALLING AGAIN.

Critical: Value Called them to fix a valve at the residence, upon my initial conversation they claimed to be experts with this type of valve. Brand Grohe. Now U$D 500.00 later they leave and I still have the same problem. Extremely Disappointed and surprised that they have been in business this long.be careful with this company Service: Plumbing fixture installation

They changed out the pipes under our house and everything went smoothly. Robert the owner is an honest and reliable plumber.

The service was fine if you want to pay $265 to fix a clogged bathtub.

Had a leaking shower that dripped all night and called Bay Plumbing but never again. Unresponsive and rude dispatcher. If you want to be ignored and teated rudely call them.

The employees are awful. They came to to do work and literally got into a yelling argument with the staff at my building because they wouldn't follow direction about where to park. The Bay Plumbing employee literally was threatening to fight the guy trying to do his job. They're complete animals. The most unprofessional people I've ever worked with and that's saying a lot for Miami. Super embarrassing. I recommend to use Borkat Plumbing. Super professional people. The people at Bay Plumbing are ratchet AF. You don't want these people in your home.

Critical: Responsiveness Although ave usedthis company before they did not respond to an emergency at an elementary school. Did not dispatch plumber after multiple calls and told we were next and would be there withinin an hour. After 4 hours of no show and flooded backed up tioilets I would NOT reccommend their services for any job. Service: Repair water fixtures

Showed up to unclog sink charged 396 dollars now it's clogged again called since they were here on 1/25 they said they don't guarantee their work time to avoid these people and report to the bbb

Bay Plumbing, although used in past, was unreliable and unresponsive to an emergency at a private school with very young students on campus that had all toilets backing up. Repeatedly called and told on way ot next call. Do not use a service that cannot perform. Anle to use Coral Gables plumbing who responded immediately late afternoon when called.

OMG! After calling and asking exactly what they charge to install a faucet, (126.90), I made the appt! Man came and gave me a bill of 263.30! I said.,"WHAT"? YES! They have a hidden charge for "TRAVEL TIME"! 140.00 EXTRA FOR TRAVEL? WHERE DID HE COME FROM---KEY WEST? So basically, wherever they have been, they charge you the minute they start they truck and head to you! BEWARE! BE VERY AWARE! Just got off the phone with Coral Gables Plumbing and they charge to minute they enter your HOUSE! Call them!

I have been using Bay Plumbing for two years for a very old building that has many plumbing issues. They are courteous, on time, clean and I have never had a repair fail. They are a bit more expensive than companies I used in the past however, it is well worth the price for the service performed.

Ruth was extremely helpful in setting up the appointment and was able to send over a plumber within 15 minutes. She also explained pricing beforehand which was super helpful. My plumber, Nick, was polite, patient and efficient when replacing my garbage disposal. Customer service was excellent! Everything taken care of in a total of an hour.

Very reliable plumbing company which is tough to find these days. Their employees are always polite. The work is done properly and priced fairly. Most important to me was they kept the work area clean, and left no signs of being there. Will recommend to all.

MAJOR RIP OFF IN TRAVEL CHARGES! I have used Bay Plumbing for several years and have always had great service from the plumbers they send. Yesterday I called them to snake my kitchen drain, they sent a plumber out, first call, who successfully cleared the drain and handed me a bill for just under $400. My issue is that $120 of that charge was for 'travel charges'.

It cost me $120 before the plumber even knocked on my door. Bay Plumbing is 6 miles away, I paid $20 per mile for a plumber to drive to my home. When I called the office to inquire about such a large travel charge, I was told 'we charge for travel time and that's what it costs'. STAY AWAY

In at least three occasions, they have managed to save us money. When we needed to change out the plumbing in our house, they did an excellent job, did not try to oversell, and saved us at least $7000 compared to the other companies' quotes and attempts to oversell (tear down walls, etc.). I appreciate their honest and quick help. Definitely give Robert a call for any new job you need estimated.

The saga continues. After thousands of dollars and 2 years and 3 toilets we finally had to call another plumbing company (Coral Gables Plumbing) because the toilet STILL continued to get stuck. LO AND BEHOLD the most amazing thing was discovered. An old metal pipe cutting tool had been lodged in the pipes for many years! I don't understand why Bay Plumbing did not discover this since we were told and we paid for the same camera diagnostics that Coral Gables Plumbing did.

I have used Bay Plumbing for many years for jobs both large and small. When I had a major leak a few years ago, they brought a smart solution that saved me a lot of money and a ton of headache. Recently, they quickly and efficiently changed a broken shower fixture. The guys are always friendly and on time, they clean up and, most importantly, give it to you straight.

DO NOT USE! I used these guys based on recommendations by neighbors and I am disgusted! They came to fix two leaky toilets which they could not fix because they did not have the parts at the cost of $232. One of the toilets was a standard American signature which is a cheap toilet. Alex the plumber recommended I spend over $200 in parts for a toilet that costs basically the same thing.

I had to leave to pick up my son from school and my nanny told me the guy was just killing time (they charge per hour) no matter if they fix anything. I called the company to complain and I never got a call from the manager. I still have two leaky toilets.

Absolutely the best plumbing company in Miami/Coconut Grove/Key Biscayne.highly recommend Bay Plumbing - they immediately showed up to help with our emergency; since it involved buying our house, just prior to Closing, it was a tremendous relief to our family.

Constantly re-arranging work schedule. Made me schedule roofers according to their time frame to compete their work. Then, changed times again. Then, never showed up and never replied to texts and messages. Extremely unprofessional.

After asking neighbors for recommendations, I decided to call Bay Plumbing to take a look at my tankless water heater. They explained pricing and set up a time to visit between 12 and 2. They called first. I missed the call and returned it within 5 minutes. They explained I would be the next stop. A short time later, the receptionist/dispatcher told me they weren't sure what they could do for me and that I should just buy a new water heater.

I didn't even speak to a plumber to discuss the issue. They gave me the impression that it was the end of their day and just didn't want to bother. I ended up having the water heater repaired. It was an easy fix. Certainly did not cost the amount of a new unit. I won't call Bay Plumbing again.

I just spoke to Juan, who is the emergency night person at bay, with a number of questions about replacing the sink. I got to say he was extremely helpful in areas that go way beyond normal plumbing services, and he was very generous with his time. I've called around to a lot of different companies. And most people don't have that time a day for anybody unless they're looking to book them at the moment.

So it makes me feel pretty good about this company, that there is someone that's willing to talk about where to buy the lowest cost bathroom sink, whenI even told him there's a good chance I might just mount it myself. He did share their pricing @ the end of the call & it didn't seem bad at all, and I don't have one of these bullshit 3-4 hour minimum commitments. Bay Plumbing is super professional, friendly and they were on time which is something I really appreciated as well. They replaced all my faucets and did a terrific job. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place has the worst customer service. Don't even waste your time calling. It's frustrating enough dealing with a plumbing issue to then have to deal with rude, uncaring individuals. If I could have given less than one star, I would.

Last Friday afternoon, we had a major leak in our sink at the office after a tropical rainpour. Water was spewing everywhere and dangerously close to our servers. We called two other plumbers, left messages, and never even got a call back. Then a friend of mine referred me to Bay Plumbing, and boy I'm sure glad that she did! They responded with a call back within 20 minutes, and were at my office just 30 minutes after that. Friendly, hones, reasonable and dependable - they have all of the qualities that you could possibly hope for in a plumber.
