Casey's Plumbing was excellent! We had a water heater explosion (maybe not that dramatic) in our house. They walked us through what to do and dispatched an awesome team out the next morning. They worked quickly, walked me through everything they were doing and then showed me how to use everything. These guys were the absolute best! They are my go to guys for all things plumbing. A million thank you's!

Chris, from Casey's Plumbing, came out promptly to explain the options I had when a pipe broke going into my house. He explained everything without pressuring me to go with the highest option. Once a plan was in place, Chris and everyone at the office had permits and equipment arranged so he and Mark (who was also great) could be out bright and early the next day to do the work. It took them all day to get everything done; but, I'm happy to report, I have water! I would highly recommend Casey's to anyone who has need for a fantastic plumber.

OUTSTANDING job from my first call to job completion. Every person I spoke to was professional and helpful. The service technician was awesome. We had been without hot water for the past 14 days due to a faulty install by another plumbing company. I called Casey's Plumbing after hours, to try to resolve the problem. The night phone service was a live person who made us an appointment for first thing next morning. John, our service tech, called first thing next morning (this morning) to make sure he knew where we were located.
He arrived, got to work, and quickly identified that a brand new hot water heater (only a week old) had been improperly installed and was ruined. He made arrangements to immediately replace the water heater. After a parts run and some lunch, John spent all afternoon getting things right. And as I type this, we have HOT water for the first time in 14 days. Way to go John, the support staff and Casey's Plumbing in general. A top rate company and a top rate experience.

Casey's has done a wide variety of plumbing in my house over the past dozen years or so. Last was a leaking shut off valve in guest bathroom. Casey's came very quickly and Vasily(sp?) was on time very courteous and friendly, explained what he would do and the cost and replaced both valves quickly. After a day or two, there was an ever so tiny leak, and Tyler came out, tightened and checked it. However, over the next week a few drops appeared. Immediately, Tyler came out replaced the leaking valve and it is fine now. Responsive, skilled, friendly and pricing that appears to be in line with what you should expect than what you might want. I always call Casey's Plumbing first. Be a premier member if you are a home owner.

I've had an ongoing relationship with Casey's Plumbing for around 10 years. I first had them re-plumb my house. The last big thing I had them do was repair a leak in the water line from the street to the house. They are not cheap, but then again, they are professional plumbers, not handymen, and I've never had problems with their work.

Weird and rude experience. First scheduler was nice, told me a plan, let me know how they work, etc.they cancelled last minute and rescheduled for a couple weeks later due to their plumber being sick. Got a call the night before from the owner who was super rude and told me that since my entire house needed to be replumbed (what?) that they probably couldn't send someone out tomorrow.
I asked her to clarify and explain and she said she was the owner and obviously we had lost trust at some point and that we should cancel. Reading the other reviews I think I got off easy. Do not hire these people.

Lots of numbers but worth considering, Casey's charged me $180 to just come out and offers half of that towards the repair. Obviously you lend them a lot of trust because you don't want to loose on your $180. Not knowing much about plumbing I agree to pay their ridiculous fee of $1034.00 but left me feeling like i was way over paying. after doing some research what they actually repaired was my waste and over flow along with one pvc pipe(about a foot long) and some fixtures costing less than $150.
That leaves $884 for 3.5 hours of work that's one fancy plummer at ~$252 an hour. When i tried to call one of the owners Brenda Casey picked up but could not explain to me why it was that high only that they have a 2.5 year warranty for their parts. Lets see if i would have just gone with a $90 an hour plumber by estimating a little, stay with me people, 4 hours at $90 an hour with $150 in parts leaves me with (4 x 90) + 150 = $510. Does a $524 dollar warranty on $150 worth of parts make sense to anyone?
Well while speaking with her I ballpark exaggerated the price of paying an extra $700 dollars and ask her if she has ever paid for a $700 dollar insurance on $150 worth or parts? all she said was "yes I have" Fantastic customer service Brenda. Don't waste your time and money even trying to call these people I just hope this helps anyone save the trouble and headache.

These guys are great! I would not go anywhere else. I also use the electrical division and love them also. I have known Brenda for years. She is honest and runs a high quality business. And, with her plumbers you will not see any (UGH) cracks when the guy is under your sink. These guys also wear booties to protect your carpet and they will clean up after themselves. NICE! They do not charge extra and you will always know exactly what the cost will be before you schedule that visit. The prices are reasonable and you won't get gouged with them.
