I am the maintenance director at an assisted living facility, and the Root 24 techs are so good with my residents. Very hard to find great sub contractors who get the job done right the first time. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

Critical: Quality, Value They came out 2times so far and our downstairs toilet is still clogged and the sink gurgling is still happening. I am not paying the bill until this is fixed. They also sent a second bill with a late charge. I don't think so. Service: Sewer cleaning

Owners of place hired Root & didn't inform us of their intentions. Root dug deep trenches, down to rocks tree roots and clay. Replaced sewerline leaving pipe 1 ft high out of ground (due to hole w/clay huge roots and rocks) very dangerous. The yard is One issue, second being they tore into siding of my home> to find water access panel, shredded door to pieces and left it unclosed- didn't screw it all back on.

Lost the end cap, cut very Jagged hole for pipe to go through! ~Now I must repair this Mess they left? Yes! Also, I was told I will be fined by the Owners here due to the negligence of Root24! I am a Sr. Citizen, disabled, and not capable of fixing at this time due to severe pain from an MVA. How can they do business & be So Callous & Sloppy? They need to fix what THEY tore up! I am on a very limited Income, if they tore it up They Need to fix it! Fuming Mad & Considering a Lawsuit. TMH @ CMHP #1400 Crescent Blvd. VERY POOR WORK! Sad.

Just had an encounter with one of their impatient and rude drivers who laid on his horn for several seconds while I let several cars out of a parking lot. He was behind me, the light ahead was yellow and we would have not made the light, but I guess this was still to great an imposition on him. Thank him for letting me know never to use your company's services.

I wish I could give this company 10 stars. Every single person I dealt with from start to finish was incredibly helpful and kind. I was desperate for service, they scheduled me and showed up with a couple hours to unclog my drain. Big shout out to Marisol, Woody and Susan for the amazing help and professionalism! 10/10 would recommend! Hopefully I won't need you again, but if I do, I know I am in great hands! THANK YOU!

Honest company with integrity. Roto Rooter tried scamming me by saying we did not have an outdoor cleanout pipe to unclog a drain and said we had a collapsed pipe outside under the sidewalk. They were going to charge us $8.7k for a new cleanout pipe and pipe replacement. Root 24 came out to our house in a couple hours and found our cleanout pipe that was buried under some dirt and grass and cleared out our drain. They ran their camera system and also found out that our pipe was fine and wasn't broken. Work was completed within a couple hours. They should get more than 5 stars.

I have never had such a professional experience with emergency plumbing, I thought they were going to call tomorrow but they showed up as soon as my rental company reported an issue with plumbing. It was within the hour, I was so surprised. The company whose house I'm renting did a really poor job on a lot of the infrastructure and plumbing, and these guys were only supposed to take care of the backed up washer-drain price, but went above and beyond staying an extra hour to work on a sink that hasn't worked since I moved in. It was a lot more work than they expected but they were so kind and so patient. Cannot recommend these guys enough - thank you.

I usually get a water bill for $50 a month. This month, I got a bill for $220. Placed a call on Thursday at 4 PM and Tim Austin was out the next morning. He called to say he was coming, called when he was close to my house, and then did an inspection to find the water leak. He found it under the house, took out corroded pipe and fixed it by 2 PM the same day.

He worse a PPE mask, as did I, and kept my safety in mind while repairing my burst pipe! He was friendly, honest, and the cost was more than fair. I highly recommend Root 24/7 Plumbing service with a special thanks to Tim Austin. They will be my regular plumbers now. Thanks for a great job!

To Expensive Lousy Job Of Caulking. Last Time I Will Use Root 24. Used My Towels And Rug To Clean Up There Dirt. All They Had To Ask And I Would Have Washed Them. Purely Unprofessional Work For A So Called Plumbing Company

He was thorough, kept the natural mess of plumbing work under control and and - most of all he explained things so I could stop worrying about hidden problems and unexpected expenses. SHOULD BE ZERO STARS! WARNING! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You'd be better off with Roto Rooter! They send people out that have no clue what they are doing. That love to just cut holes in ceilings and walls. The master plumber was sent out and had no clue of his job. Had me stressed for days thinking I was going to have to spend a few thousand on a new wet bed. Had Action 24plumbing come out (GREAT COMPANY) and do the job correctly and found out no plumbing was leaking. Just needed my gutter patched. Root 24 didn't even run water through all my plumbing before not giving me an answer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Had an emergency as my main shutoff valve broke and was spraying water everywhere on a SUNDAY! After I got the water service off, Root 24 Plumbing was sent out by our insurer. They responded quickly and completed the repair in a very timely fashion. Very happy with the service we received.

On January 5, 2019, I got my sewer main line replaced by the Root 24 plumbing company. The guys showed up on time, they were very friendly and they kept me informed about what they were doing. They did an amazing job. Thanks guys
