Called in the morning and they came out the same day to repair a very old rusty pipe that was damaged when snaking the drain. They were professional and knew what they were doing. Price was incredibly reasonable. In fact their price to do this entire repair was cheaper than other plumbers price to just snake the drain. Very happy with their service and would not hesitate to use them again

I wanted to take a minute to thank the team at Wittmaier Plumbing. I was out of town and my wife notified me of the toilet leaking. She called several other plumbers, none of whom responded. She found Wittmaier through a friend of ours up the street. The technician arrived promptly, and from what my wife tells me, was extremely pleasant, professional and informative.

They refused to take payment on the spot and said they'd send an invoice in the mail. That was very refreshing. When the bill arrived it was extremely detailed and a very reasonable price. I will definitely have Wittmaier out again to address some of our other plumbing projects. Thanks again.

Here's my latest experience with them: My ex-wife called me (yes, ex-wife, we get along) on Sunday with a drain-line clog which was causing drain water to pour into her basement.

Shower water, toilet water and washing machine water all dumped into her basement. By the time she called me she had already contacted a plumber who came out and told her she needed a new soil-line connection with a clean-out, which would cost her $2,700. She gave a $900 deposit. This just seemed a tad "off" to me, but I'm not a plumber. I needed to refer her to a plumber that I knew would be honest and Wittmaier Plumbing came immediately to mind.

I know Drew and I know he gives advice that is in the best interest of the customer. Their technician was able to come out on Monday, assessed the situation and simply cleared the clog in the line which included some tree roots. I don't know what he charged her, but it was no where near $2,700. You can imagine how happy she was to not have to pay a bill like that when a much simpler (and less expensive) solution solved the problem.

I have used Wittmaier plumbing several times, the most recent was Monday this week. I keep coming back because they are friendly, professional, responsive, trustworthy, and reasonably priced to boot. I bought a home that had good bones, but wanted to make some changes. I've used Wittmaier every step of the way! Three years ago, they helped install a gas line for an outdoor grill. Then, it was work on renovating my main bath. Next, installing a new kitchen sink faucet including upgrading to include a garbage disposal.

Every time, they have been able to schedule me within a few days to a week. They show up on time, and do great work! Most recently they helped me make some minor changes needed after a home inspection for the sale of my home. Quick turn around, and wearing a mask to keep us both safe during these crazy COVID times. This will always be my first call when I need a plumber.

Greg came out to clear a main drain line after hours on a weekend. Not only was he extremely COVID-conscious, he was polite, quick, and got the job done with little fanfare. Not having water that night was not an option, and we appreciated their speed, efficiency, and value. Highly recommended!

Do yourself a favor and call these guys first! The drain line for my kitchen sink has a problem area due to too many angles/fittings about 15-20' down. So it is now an annual event to clear the line. After using another local company last year and questioning "is this really how much plumbers cost out here?" (I'm newer to the area). I decided to call Wittmaier.

They are priced very fairly and do great work. Joe was great and explained a few things I hadn't considered. He ran a bigger drain snake than the other company to really try to fully clear the line. I just wish they offered a mini-jetting service, so I could get the line completely cleaned out and hopefully stop the annual event!

Great experience! Plumber showed up within the time frame given and did a great job on the repair needed. Charges were explained when I scheduled the job so there were no surprises when I received my bill. I've had HC Wittmaier do several different plumbing jobs for me over the last year or so. Being a perfectionist, I really appreciate the professional and quality work they do. I also appreciate the recommendations that were made as well as they point out other potential issues. As an example, they looked beyond the current repair and inspected the full length of pipe as it went through the ceiling.

They pointed out an area where the previous owner had partially kinked the pipe. I would have never seen it and it could have very well ruined my brand new ceiling and carpeting, among other things if it had failed. The price was fair and the work was great. I won't hesitate to use them for all of my needs in the future.
