They came out within a couple of hours of my call and explained and wrote up an estimate for the repairs that were needed with a reasonable price. The next morning they showed up promptly and did the complete job. They cleaned everything up and removed all the old parts. Thank you both for a job well done!

Guaranteed plumbing tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and he gave me various options that fit my timeframe and budget. Rich, Joe and Anthony were All very professional and nice technicians, they worked with me. The office staff were great also! I'm very pleased with their service.

I had used Guaranteed Plumbing several years ago and was very please on their work and work ethics. So when my inside drain was backing up and causing a very wet basement, they were the first and only one I called. They came early and went to work. My basement is no longer subject to a water issue. I highly recommend Guaranteed Plumbing. I have been using them for many years for various services. Guaranteed has replaced a pipe in the basement, installed new pipes, garbage disposal and faucet in my kitchen, new toilet in the bathroom and I always use their emergency service for clogs. I have a very old house (100 years old) and the bathtub tends to clog a lot. Guaranteed always comes out and knows exactly what to do considering that it is an old system.

The work is of high quality and I have always been satisfied. I do plan on updating the plumbing and I will be calling Guaranteed Plumbing. The staff is friendly and attentive and strive to make the customer happy. Thank you to Eric for your help last week and making sure I remained a happy customer. Also thank you to Zack who came to my house after work hours to make sure I could use my bath that day.

Tenant sent me a text at 7:00 that heat wasn't coming out of vents. I saw the text just after 8 and immediately called Guaranteed and told them the problem. After giving them my tenant's name and # I was done! In less than a couple of hours the service rep was at the property and had uncovered the problem. He then called me to explain the problem and with my consent, he was immediately able to fix the problem.

By 1:00 that day she had heat! As a landlord with multiple properties, Guaranteed Plumbing has become an integral part of our business. They're always there when you need them. They're reliable and professional. I've been using them for over 10 years! I wouldn't use anyone else.

I wouldn't recommend guaranteed plumbing. Plumber who came to my house suggested I needed a new heater for around 5 to $6,000. Called another company, who came out cleaned my heater, and the heater has been working fine since. I read your response, are you suggesting that your technician was able to diagnose the problem with just looking at the heater?

Of course, at this point you would suggest that I get my chimney cleaned, since I mentioned that the heater only needed to be cleaned to work properly. Suggesting the chimney be cleaned as well is only elementary. My 25yr. old heater is working fine, and when the time comes for a replacement, I can guarantee it won't be done by Guaranteed!

I highly recommend this business. They care a lot about the quality of their work and making sure their customers are satisfied. The price is always fair and they get the job done quickly. We had a leak in our tub which they fixed. They also did a great job repairing the ceiling that was damaged as a result of the leak. One of their plumbers, Bill is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional.

He is genuinely caring and made us feel at ease regarding the repair. I have used this business for a major job in my basement and also the leak mentioned above. I will continue to do business with them and would recommend them to friends and family.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing & Heating to schedule an appointment to come to my home to check the plumbing problem I was having. The date/time I scheduled the appointment the plumbers showed up with pleasant/professional attitudes. They listened to my explanation of the problem and then gave me their ideas of what the plumbing problem could actually be steaming from.

They immediately begin working to research the plumbing problem/s. When discovered they both came to me to discuss what plumbing problems they had found. They discussed price/labor/parts which should always be discussed before plumbing jobs begin in all locations so that the plumbers and the customers can agree. Every plumbing detail was discussed before the job began.

Once the job was complete, both plumbers cleaned the areas of my home where plumbing concerns were located as if it was a personal property. They both had extreme pleasant attitudes as well as professional/knowledgeable attitudes. Guaranteed Plumbing is definitely the company to call for guaranteed plumbing services.

Very kind and responsive staff and plumbers! General Plumbing and Heating came out to our house less than an hour after we called. They identified the problem immediately and fixed what needed fixing, rather than recommending an unnecessary replacement. We are repeat customers, and they consider senior citizens in the pricing. I was very satisfied with the service, I receive from Guaranteed. Anthony the technician that came knew his stuff, an double check his work. I have a older heating unit that I was having problems with, but no more.knock wood. I believe I have found a company that I can rely on. When it's time to get a new AC/heating system Guaranteed is first in line.

Zach, the tech, who came out to fix our drain outside in our backyard was prompt and arrived on time. He was professional and communicated in detail of what the problem was, what he needed to do and how long the work will be guaranteed for. Zach was very patient and pleasant in answering all our questions we had about the work that needed to be done. He even cleaned up, put everything and showed us a problem and told us how to prevent a situation from getting bigger. I'll use them again for future issues.

I have been dealing with Eric and his team for many, many years. When I have a need for a plumber, it is such a good feeling to know he is only a phone call away. These days it is not only difficult to find reliable and good service providers, you're sometimes just plain lucky to get them on the phone. Never with Eric. I had a faucet on my tub that went bad and called Gauruteed Plumbing around 10:30 am and they had little Jim out at 11:30 am. They had the job done before 1pm and they were great. Our sewer pipe was clogged and Guaranteed Plumbing came out quickly to clean it. We decided to get a video of the pipe and they came out the next day. It was apparent we needed our pipe replaced due to roots. They gave us a reasonable price considering they were at our house twice already. They handled the removal of a school sign from our sidewalk that needed to me removed before they could begin work.

They were out a few days later. They sent a four man crew to the house who worked all day digging and replacing the pipe. They were neat and considerate of our garden area. They only broke up cement where necessary. I recommend using their services. Tip: be prepared for dust. Keep windows closed while they saw through cement. :

I have used Guaranteed Plumbing and heating several times. I have been exceptionally pleased with the workers and the service they provided, so much that I have them on speed-dial. Just recently I needed a boiler replaced. Jim and Isiah showed up on the scheduled date and time and removed and replaced the old, non-functioning, outdated boiler. I am very pleased with the work that they did, and with the performance of the boiler. All of the workers that I have met are always polite, respectful and professional. Thanks to the inside crew (Debbie and Leslie) as well for prompt scheduling.

They did a job that someone wanted to dig the ground and charge me almost $1,000 they did it for $99 guaranteed it and it was so simple

Fast, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and reasonable! Guaranteed sent John out on a Saturday morning to clear out the main drain, which was backing up and spilling into our yard. He cleared it from the. front curb through to the back of the house. The work was done in under an hour's time, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received.
