We have used Great American Plumbing twice, and both times Joe did a great job. The last thing we had done was a water heater replacement. He was very patient in getting the proper permits and dealing with our condo association in getting them everything they needed. He showed up on time and worked in a timely fashion. Highly recommended.

I hired Joe at Great American Plumbing to solve a unique problem I was experiencing with rust in my hot water system throughout my entire house. Joe diagnosed the problem quickly (an old cast iron water distribution pump) and he ordered a more modern bras pump that does not rust. Pump was installed, system was flushed and problem solved. Never a bad experience! I called him out for my business' backflow testing. On the same day as our appointment my toilet broke. I mentioned it to him when he arrived and suggested making an appointment to fix it another day. He took the time to fix it right then and there, even though that's not why we had called him out. He did a really great job and charged me very reasonably. I'll never use anyone else. If you want someone who's gonna give you a fair shake, choose Great American!

We have used Joe and Great American Plumbing at our two businesses in Hollywood and Margate for over 4 years and they are the best. Joe is always responsive and comes out right away for emergencies. He has helped us deal with the cities also, who sometimes ask for inspections that we don't understand. And his prices are great too! Good work, good price, and always answers all our questions. I needed two toilets replaced so I called Great American and I must say that the name says it all they where absolutely Great!. They came to my home and provided a fair and honest price without the typical BS that other companies use to up sell. Fantastic Work done by Joe I describe Joe as Understandable, fair, and amicable. It saved my day with a backed up toilet. I called around and it was the best price in the area, although extra work was required, Joe was very fair in the price: Not tho mention that he pointed out the poor job done by contractor who did the bathroom and, went beyond to not charging me for the grout missing. Excellent work and peace of mind: I added Joe to my list of dependable service people. Thank you!
