We've had issues with both toilets - for each visit, we have had Brian. He was amazing! Very punctual, explained everything to us - and did the repair (and in one case, a replacement) quite quickly. They sent out Willy experienced 40 years the guy was fantastic he went out of his way to do a full inspection and let me know the status of everything in my whole apartment this is a highly professional company he even went downstairs where people are claiming there was damage from water and calm the neighbors down and inspected what time is it were claiming as well as had a cup of coffee with them and now the people like me they don't speak much English so he was well Oaken in both English and Spanish I can't say enough how much I appreciate the service he delivered

I just have to say, this company is AMAZING and fair! I've had a problem with my toilet and shower backing up, I only have one bathroom so for it to be down is a serious problem. But they were understanding of my situation and when the technician (I forgot his name) snaked the clean out from the roof, he didn't just quit when I said the drain had. cleared, he kept at it and pulled out what looked like a rock (a pretty large one too). He could have just left when the toilet flushed properly but he kept at it and finished the job! I recommend this company to everyone!

I had a plumbing emergency at 9:30pm on a Thursday night. I called Joe Hillman Plumbers because they were one of the first search results I found. The person on the phone was very helpful scheduling an emergency tech to come out that late. Alex showed up about 45 minutes after I called, which is extremely reasonable at that hour of the night. He was very professional and kind, and was quick to check everything out, identify the issue, and quick with the repair. Great service!

The plumber, Brian, didn't install two spigots and a faucet correctly. After telling him that it was lopsided, he spent over an hour fixing it. They charge per hour, and he didn't compensate me for his mistakes. When I called and spoke with an owner, he gave me 30 min worth of credit instead of the full hour. I spent $1,310 to install 3 faucets and a water filter. Shame on you for stealing from me. EDIT: I changed my rating from 2 stars to 3.

A supervisor came over and fixed one of the spigots and claimed that the other had a minor defect that isn't fixable. He didn't offer to connect my water filter to my ice dispenser in my fridge. If this company took an initiative to fix and install the parts that I requested, I would have rated them higher. I also feel like I should have gotten a much larger discount for the sloppy work of the previous plumber.

Spoke with Betsy in the morning and she was very quick to find a technician to come right away. ALEX was very professional and personable. He found the source of my leak quite quickly and repaired it in a timely manner. The cost was much lower than what I was expecting. I would definitely recommend Joe Hillman plumbing. Ask to speak with Betsy and send Alex as the technician.

Overpriced. Sent out plumber. Didnt have the part he needed so he went to get the part. Which is fine, but they went ahead and charged me for the hour (150 p/hour) to go retrieve the part needed. Dont know how being unprepared is my fault. Service: Find & repair leak

This place is great! Definitely 5 star service. Stana who provided me with amazing customer service from the moment she picked up, was able to take care of my emergency toilet installation in a couple of hours. In a matter of hours, there was a tech at my door (which was also great and very efficient - thank you Brian!) New toilet installed, and old one disposed of. Definitely RECOMMENDED!

Alex Casseus assisted us with a leaking faucet on a Saturday night. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and left no mess. He explained the issue and the repair was flawless. Based on his exceptional service, I would use this company again for sure!

Willie the plumber came and gave me an estimate to repair and replace a leaky drain pipe under my kitchen sink knowledgeable and professional I would not hesitate to recommend Hillman plumbers at all the very good.
