Extremely unprofessional. After coming to check out what I needed done the guy said he'll come back, he never came back. I called the office they said they were going to figure it out and contact me, never contacted me back. 5 hours later after I called the office about 5 times they finally answer and give me a bulls*it excuse saying they aren't licensd for my type of house. A plumber is a plumber. If there was an issue with the job all they had to do was be honest with me and I wouldn't of even bothered writing all of this.

Unfortunately, I did not the head the previous reviewer's warning about this company. They are very unprofessional. First, I had to call several times and was lied to about when the plumber would be arriving at the property. Then I was overcharged, but because the office was closed by the time the job was done I had no choice, but to pay in full and then try to get it resolved the next day in the office.
I was initially told they would refund me the difference. After weeks of trying to get Dusty on the phone, he finally answered the phone and said he changed his mind and hung up on me. Very dishonest company. STAY AWAY!
