Best plumber I have worked with! TCR was responsive and easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to fix my plumbing issue on a Saturday. Their fees were also fair and reasonable. I highly recommend.

I had one plumber no show and a second send two out without anyone making repairs to my Apollo water heater. The last plumber told me I needed a new water heater, although he did not know how to work on my water heater. TCR sent one Repair Person and he knew exactly what was wrong and completed repairs in a short time. I will never call anyone else but TCR.

When another contractor thru a big-box store failed to adequately respond regarding our need to replace a hot water heater that "died", I contacted TCR right before the end of the business day. I received a quick call-back from Terry (owner) and a response was promised between 9:00-11:00a the next morning. Happily, Brad showed up at 8:20a and I very quickly had a good estimate for the work to be done. Brad's helper soon arrived with the tank and we were back in hot water later that morning.

Both Brad and Tanner were very good, as well as being pleasant to be around as they efficiently went about their business. Overall, I was very pleased with the tank we got, the price and the work done. TCR will definitely be my "go to" plumbers should I again need such services.

I just had a great experience with this company. My water heater broke/leaked yesterday and I spent yesterday afternoon calling lots of different plumbers to get quotes. The response I got from all of them was that it would be several days before they could even send someone for an estimate. When I called TCR, they immediately gave me an estimate and said they'd send someone first thing in the morning.

The guy assigned to my work order showed up on time, was extremely friendly and helpful (even with unexpected things), and got the work done quickly. And now I have hot water again instead of waiting days just for an estimate. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues.

On more than one occasion when I had a plumbing problem, TCR/Terry either came himself to see what the problem was, or promptly sent one of his awesome plumbing team to sort things out for me. They were prompt, courteous, well informed, and were willing to explain the work that they had done. They also cleaned up after the work they had done which was appreciated. My rental property had a clogged drain last year. While other companies quoted me thousands of dollars and 2 weeks to clear the clog, TCR was able to do the job the same day for a reasonable price. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and got the job done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional plumber.

I scheduled 3 jobs on the same day with them. The employees showed up on time. They were very professional, maintained social distancing, and were wearing masks.they did a great job on installing the water heater, and also installing the new kitchen sink hardware and the new shower hardware. Matt responded quickly for my request to replace my broken water heater. He came over right when he said he would, looked over the job, and gave me a quote. When I accepted and asked when we could schedule the job, he said. "Right now." All right! He and Nick started right away, removing my old water heater and expansion tank, and replacing them with new equipment.

They worked quickly and were done in less than 3 hours. Matt answered all my questions and was professional, courteous, and friendly. Matt & Nick cleaned up the job site, hauled away the old equipment, and wore masks the whole time they were in my house. Before they left, Matt showed me the new equipment, the shut-off valve, and how to change the water temperature. I received a receipt for payment and an invoice describing the job. Well done. I am very happy with the service and the price.

I had a great experience with Terry and the entire team at TCR Rooter & Plumbing. I had a main sewer line backup at my house, and I had to have some cast iron pipes replaced. I got quotes from a few plumbers. Terry impressed me with his knowledge of the issue. He quoted me a price, and he came in under the quote. On top of that, he was able to fix the issue quickly, and his entire team was a real pleasure to work with. You are in good hands with Terry.

Terry and his guys saved us twice in about a weeks time! We just bought an older home that came with a list of issues. First they unclogged our kitchen sink drain which turned out to be a much larger chore than expected. Never once did the guys complain, they even had to get on the roof to unclog the line. The next time I called they replaced my water heater same day service. Terry has some of the nicest guys in the business. They are all very friendly and professional and they get the work done no matter how tough of a job it is. TCR will be my go to from now on!

I recently had a water fitting break outside of my house which needed to be replaced. TCR rooting was able to come out and fix it within an hour for a very reasonable price. Very thankful and happy with their service

These guys are great. My mother's house had the pipes burst due to extreme high PSI from the town supply. We were lucky to catch them with time and they jumped right in and got our house completely re-piped in a single day. Amazing and I honestly still cannot believe they pulled this off. Great people. Bottom line: TCR responded quickly and professionally with my recent plumbing issue. Great help over the phone and quickly gave an accurate estimate of when they would show up the next day (even showed up early). Work was done well, professionally, completely with good clean up after completion. Two thumbs up! The Deets: During the shelter-in-place time period, go figure I would have a plumbing issue.

My HOA management company communicated that TCR was our condo complex's go-to for plumbing. When I called (it was getting towards evening), I got someone on the line instead of a voicemail which was a pleasant surprise. I was greeted nicely and professionally and my issue was noted so they could contact the plumber. The plumber Terry got back in touch with me quickly and even helped me with preliminary help items over the phone.

I was given an early time slot for in the morning for someone to come help me out, and Kiko was even an hour early that next morning which was another pleasant surprise. He quickly evaluated the situation and within an hour had things squared away in a professional manner (both of us were wearing masks and practiced social distancing due to the shelter-in-place timing).

There were a few things that had to be fixed to resolve the issue and it was done well with minimal mess or disruption. The area was cleaned up pretty well and price was what would be expected for this type of work. In conclusion, TCR responded fast when contacted, was extremely timely in response, and did a good professional job resolving the issue.

Swift and great service! Was referred by a co-worker and called bright and early at 6:15 and was amazed to get someone on the phone. The tech Brad was amazing and not only fixed my leak but explained everything. I'm a new homeowner and was stressed the whole day about my leak. So happy and pleased with this company for taking care of me!

Terry is the bomb and knows his stuff. Having been through the worst of the worst with other plumbers in Raleigh, I can proclaim TCR is honest, thorough, efficient and kind.

Had a few snags getting scheduled, but in the end, everything worked out fine. Good expertise and a friendly demeanor.

There was this tree. It appeared to be a perfectly lovely little tree, blooming prettily, home to chirping birds and an occasional noisy woodpecker but this deceptively nice tree had a dark underside. It ate through the sewer line and created an issue for the nearby homeowner. It forced a strike-back. That strike came from the HOA-recommended company TCR Rooter & Plumbing.

I prepared for the worst, but was pleasantly (if one can ever be pleasant when dealing with &@$) surprised by interactions with some of the nicest and easy-to-work-with group of people. I suppose plumbers as a whole either can be nice because you're in a bind and have no choice or be not nice because you're in a bind and have no choice. It was interesting to watch the process.

First they diagnose the issue with those cameras that go where no one wants to go, then bring the vacuum to clean out what they can, another group comes by with the backhoe, call the town to advise of an emergency dig and mark the utility lines, and then start the repair. They leave one poor person behind to fill the hole in the ground -- he must like that or he drew the short straw that day.

Either way, things were put back the way they started (nothing a little bleach can't fix) minus part of the bushes removed to get to the break, minus the offending tree roots, and minus the now-depleted rainy day fund. The tree lost this round and water was restored. Now about that tree -- enjoy them -- but don't trust them. They can be shady.

TCR plumbing is the best! Fair price and great friendly service. I would recommend their work to anyone. I had a plumbing emergency last week during the Holidays. Terry and crew came out and had me up and running that day. Just in time for family coming into town. Terry and team have been very friendly and accommodating. They quoted a fair price and I would use them again in the future. TCR rocks!
