Critical: Responsiveness tried twice to get an appointment, when finally scheduled no one showed up. called several times with no response.

During a plumbing emergency Buddy responded quickly and efficiently to take care of the problem. His price was reasonable and he gave me information about applying for an adjustment to water billing after the leak was repaired. All this and the weather included freezing rain during this outdoor repair. If plumbers wore hero capes, Buddy would definitely qualify. Big thanks to Buddy and his team!

I am a single, unemployed senior, due to the pandemic. A broken pipe emergency call left me waiting 4 days without a word after being told that I'd get immediate help. I was told the job would require 1 hour of labor and materials, but I was later billed for 8 hours of labor plus materials. My yard was left a mess for me to remediate after my recent surgery.

SCHEDULED A APPOINTMENT A WEEK IN ADVANCE FOR 6/12 FOR A SIMPLE WASHER HOOKUP CHECKUP. WAS QUOTED A PRICE OF $97 TO HAVE IT COMPLETED. CONTACTED BUDDY MINTZ OFFICE ON THE DAY OF TO VERIFIED TIME AND SERVICE. WAS PLACED ON HOLD AND THEN INFORMED THAT AN EMERGENCY CAME UP AND THEY WOULD RESCHEDULE. NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL BACK. MOST LIKELY THEY FORGOT TO PUT ME IN THE LEDGER AND WAS NOT HONEST ENOUGH TO INFORM. WILL NOT BE CONDUCTING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

This is the only plumber I will use. Mr. Mintz is truly one of the nicest and fairest people I have ever met. With me not knowing anything about plumbing or the actual prices for fixing plumbing related issues, I have found Mr. Mintz more than reasonably priced. But it is his caring customer service side that sets him above other plumbers. This man and will not take advantage of you. Also, the lady who answers the phone although very busy seems to sincerely care when speaking to her.

My latest issue pertained to my hot water heater going out. I called the office and by noon, Mr. Mintz was at my house and by 12:45 the issue was corrected. Mr. Mintz, thank you for being such a kind and fair person!

First off I'd like to say that I never post reviews but due to how satisfied I was with Buddy's service I felt a need to do so. They came out and fixed my plumbing which had a major issue at 7:30 pm on a Saturday. These guys are true professionals and do exceptional work at an honest price. Don't even try any other plumber in Wilmington. These are the guys to call.

My boyfriend and I were having issues with our water pressure so we looked up Buddy and chose him based on his great reviews. We had no idea what was wrong and asked if he could come by, but Buddy troubleshooted the problem over the phone with us! It ended up being a simple fix that he walked us through when he easily could have come over and charged for a service call.

He was so polite and friendly and I can't believe he was able to figure out the problem without even being there to see it! We feel bad that we didn't get to pay him for his help but now we know we have a plumber that we trust to do our repairs. He really cares about helping his customers!
