I had a major leak that the guys responded to and resolved immediately. The leak happened because my house was piped with polybutylene. I asked if it was possible for them to repipe the house so this wouldn't happen again. The rerouted and repiped the entire house not leaving any trace or damage of the work. Very clean, professional, skilled, on time and fast. Fran came to check to see if he could assist but Paco and the guys are very good at what they do.

I am very impressed with the quality of work, how well they communicated what needed to be done and how long it would take. I defiantly will use their services again if needed.

They came early. Help me with several problems that I was having. Most people don't you to ask for help doing other jobs. They were up front about the charges. At 84, I need extra help with some other plumbing. This was their second time at my house for plumbing leaks. Nothing happens at the same time. I'm looking forward to our next visit. We returned home after a week to find the ceiling over the dinning room had fallen in because of a leak in the upstairs bathroom. I had a leak between the meter & the house. The team determined that the leak was not under the pad. They rerouted the supply line, added a shutoff valve at the house, and cleaned up everything. Have used this company two Times. Will Johnson and another young man came out to unblock my drain and I have to say that both times Will assured me that he could do it. They eventually had to jet it. It started as a backed up drain but proved to be much more. They could have just unclogged the pipes for a temporary fix but they didn't do that. They showed me how the pipes were holding water which meant it was not draining correctly. And they were able to detect another clogged area further into the piping. This was all under a slab foundation.

They showed me what they were seeing visually with their camera equipment. It was a mess that needed correction or I'd be calling for repairs again sooner than later. Fran and team were helpful in advising what was needed and when the work started they stayed on it until finished. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. While no one likes to have home repairs, it is certainly less stressful when you get the right people involved.

I had the good fortune to work with these professional in an outside pool heater that is not part of their normal work scope. The owner and lead technician came up with a great plan to complete a pvc and propane gas project installation. The entire team was professional and friendly. Broke the pipe behind drywall to toilet at 8:00pm. Called East Atlantic, surprised to actually talk to a human instead of voicemail, and the actual OWNER at that. Told me to get a pen and paper and write down what I could go get from a Lowe's/ Home Depot before they closed. told me step by step how to "fix" issue so that I wouldn't need to pay for emergency service that night.

Also checked in to see if I had fixed it later that evening. Said he would come out and repair if I could not do it. Cannot thank him enough. We will be using them to finish the repair for a permanent fix. More importantly, we have water and it's not gushing onto the bathroom floor! Thanks so much for your time and professionalism! Fran and his staff are amazing! I run a restaurant, and we use east atlantic for our plumbing needs. The work they do is very thorough, fast, and, unlike other workers in their field (and many other fields to be honest, ) stays fixed and doesn't just break again a few weeks later, there is no band aid with these guys, they do the work and do it right to the point where it isn't a problem anymore.

When we call Fran, the response time is lightning quick, he's usually out within the hour and hops right on the issue. He also is amazing at communicating what the problem is, what they had to get to fix it, how they fixed it, and any issues that arose during the process, providing pictures of the process the whole time. Couldn't imagine handling this restaurant without the help of Fran and his staff! Truly one of the good ones!

Our home had the original 64 year old cast iron sewer pipes. We'd had multiple issues in the past few years since we'd bought the house, and other companies did not give us the full story of how bad the pipes were. When we started having issues again, I called East Atlantic We were smelling sewer gas and they found a pipe cap had come off under the house.

We knew it was due to a possible clog and as soon as the cap was put on, everything started backing up. First thing the next morning the techs were back to clear our line, we were shown the camera images of how bad our lines were and we knew they all needed to be replaced. We immediately began the process of replacing all of our cast iron pipes under the house.

They were straight forward in pricing and kept me informed about what we needed to do. Pricing was right in line with what I'd thought it would be ( it was a big job). Within a few days, due to weather; our job was started. We were amazed at how quickly our job was completed and we were only without water for a short time. We are very thankful to have found East Atlantic when we did. The employees are great and customer service is top notch! We look forward to working with them again in the future to replace the remaining sewer line in our yard.

I have used East Atlantic Plumbing since I purchased my home in 2001! Fran is an exceptional plumber, always fair, prompt, and the job is always 100%.
