These guys are amazing. My company had a leak in the wall. They opacares it quickly and fixed it with no hassle. They also located a leak under our slab that they fixed. You can call the owner direct and he will help you solve any problems you have.

I recently had a drain issue, and called Royal Rooter. We made an appointment for 9:00AM. At 10:00AM I called and asked where was the technician. Initially, they did not know, they later called back and told me they had unforeseen problems and were running about one hour behind. At 4:00PM he finally shows up and fixed the slow drain in about 15 minutes.

There is no excuse for having to wait all day for a 15 minute job. Everybody carries a phone today, they could have easily called. If you have to take time off work to wait for them, I would think twice.

Richard has helped me three times on my commercial building and I don't have anybody else. They were big jobs including one that was Hydro Jetting the sewer lines to the street. Reasonable and fair.

Richard and his team did a great job diagnosing our sewer drainage problem. They were honest and spent the extra time explaining to me the challenge. Definitely working with these guys again.

Not TRUSTWORTHY! Im giving one start to this company honestly i would give them nothing we had an appointment between 10 am -12pm and they never showed up or either call to excuse there missed appointment. I have an agenda I had to change all my plans because of them. I lost my time and energy. So please think twice before booking an appointment with this company do so if you have time to waste.

I have had them replace toilets, sprinkler valves and now a leak in the attic. They always get the job done ASAP and very professional! thanks guys!

Professional and on time. I had water leaking from under my sink and had no idea what it was. i called royal rooter they helped me shut my water off to the house over the phone. And had a technician here within an hour. come to find out my water line sprung a leak. they had it repaired that day and with hardly any damage or clean up. will use them again.

Update. they got it right this time. poor guy came into quite a gross mess. he was very professional about it and come to find out that they did try to call me to let me know the tech was on the way, i just didn't get the message as they had been given my work number. still, A+ for trying to communicate. he had his work cut out for him he did a great, timely job. thanks royal rooter.

I've used Royal Rooter several times and have had a great experience every time. They have replaced toilets, cleared drain lines, and just recently went way above and beyond and rebuilt the cabinets under my sink after I had a leak behind my dishwasher. Very responsive and professional. Thanks team.you have a customer for life

These guys came out and had no communication between dispatcher owner guy and tech. I spoke at length about a simple flapper fix on a toilet and even emailed a photo of the toilet. He came out and did not have a handle to replace on the toilet of any kind on the giant van. Said he would have to charge me again to bring a handle out. We went to home depot and got a generic handle ourselves and screwed it on.

I told him I needed the valve replaced and the guy who showed yup had no idea about it. Next they were 2 hours late for an appointment i called because we were waiting and my wife was bitching about it in the backgrouind. He heard on the phone and said he did not want to do business with us any ways. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! UNPROFESSIONAL!
