Plumber specialist Jordan Kenney listens to you from the get-go. He is very considerate and professional. Jordan K. went above and beyond. One of our kitchen sinks clogged and not only did he explain what he was going to do before he did the work but when he was done he noticed some items near the area of work being done that he kindly recommended to consider for future.

He wasn't pushy about that to try to get extra work but explained the value for us to think of later in case we have more water damage later. That was something good to know. He was treating the scenario as if it would be something he would do for his own home to safeguard his own family's needs. That was cool. Thank you Jordan K. Have used Pacific Drain for all my sewer clearing needs in the past. The price for the exact same service went from $500 to $2100 since the new owners took over. The service tech was EXTREMELY helpful and professional and the manager was going to do the hydrojetting for $1000 because I was a repeat customer from the old ownership but it's still double! I can only imagine what has happened to the other prices they have. Don't call them first. They aren't the same reasonable company they were.

The plumber, Andrew Snoozy, that came to my home to replace a faucet, air gap and soap dispenser did a fantastic job. Very personable and knew his stuff. Would highly recommend them to anyone. The company itself is also great. I called the morning of not expecting anything for a couple days and they were out there in a couple hours.

Although my job was minor, the service I received from the technician was incredibly thorough. He was very knowledgeable about his profession and completed the job quickly. The sewer pipe from our home to the city sewer line was originally installed in the 40s. It's made out of tar paper called Orangeburg (cast iron was being diverted to the war effort). It's served us much longer than expected. But root intrusions and general degradation caused a portion of it to collapse. The folks at Pacific Drain came out and quickly repaired the collapsed section.

But they took it an extra step. They repaired our ancient sewer pipe by installing a sturdy epoxy liner inside of it, in under one day. This avoided the disruption of digging up the old pipe and replacing it. Now the pipe is good for another 25 years. Amazing! Their staff did an excellent job, were a pleasure to work with, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Pacific Drain for sewer pipe repair.

Great service! Brandon came out and inspected the sewer pipes to give us an idea of what we had before our kitchen remodel. The whole thing was quick and painless. Told it how it was, was very acceptive of questions, very easy to work with. 10/10, will use again with any future projects.

Easy to schedule, had records of our earlier use of their service and referred to that on the phone. Jordan was on time and very knowledgeable- it was a pleasure to have him in our home. He developed an approach to our slow drain concerns shared what he would be doing and checking in with us several times as he progressed. The plumbers worked hard and were able to replace old faucets that were frozen and very difficult to remove. They were professional, nothing broke, and they left my counters clean and in good repair. I had a leak in the water line to my house (outside). They scheduled me quickly and Tony came promptly BUT was very expensive. I would appreciate understanding the charges. $1400+. I will not call them again because of this. Very kind but I did not feel the price was fair. Have used them for other services prior and have been happy but this was my first plumbing call. Update: Got a very nice phone call from Joel. Shared my experience.
