Great guys, responsive, clean and polite. They do a great job. Only con is that they're super expensive. I learned to ask for the price before I hire them for a task. I thought it was by the hour.

One of our toilets needed repair quickly right after Christmas so I contacted Phill. He responded quickly and was able to come the next day when almost all of the local plumbers are too busy and gave outrageous quotes. Phill showed up promptly in the morning as scheduled and performed the repair quickly. He also did not charge me for replacing the toilet valve since I already have the part.

I will be using him for all of our plumbing needs since he's very professional and charged us reasonably. I highly recommend Phill's Plumbing, especially if you're in Orange County since he's local.

Phill does good work and is friendly, prompt and professional. His hourly rate is at the very top end for plumbers. I recommend requesting a written estimate BEFORE any work is commenced. The 2 old faucets that were removed were more difficult to remove then originally thought. However his is actual invoice was much, much higher than his verbal estimate. Lastly, I recommend buying the plumbing item yourself from Home Depot or Lowe's or Ace Hardware because Pill's markup on the plumbing item was OUTRAGEOUS.

These guys are just terrific. Very professional, prompt, friendly and fairly priced. And they're a family owned biz. I needed a new kitchen faucet installed asap and they fit me into their sched for the following day. Phill sent out Joe who was great. This is the 2nd time I've used them. Highly recommended.

I decided on a top tankless water heater brand & model. I graciously answered Phil's question, also pictures, including gas meter, which he thought was a concern. He talked about pulling a permit, complained that under metal pan did not have a drain (never had a problem in 23 years I've owned my well-cared for house), said that "tankless" are way more expensive than "regular", warning necessary annual service of $350, or would it break down every few years, said it was common, for units to be defective, so requires direct purchase from him, rather than me purchasing it. Discouraged me for no sensible reason, except to serve his own greedy, selfish, agenda. Seems, he had me jump through hoops, hoping to find a reason not to install it.

Then quoted $2,500 over the price of the unit! This is a new kind of unit, requiring less labor intensive installation! He also wanted to add a part, though, the "bundle" is all inclusive, (all over phone and text) manufacturer reconfirmed I did not need any extra parts!

Very professional. Very honest. Joe was very friendly, and took the time to explain everything that he saw as issues, and even gave me heads up on potential issues I might encounter at some point in the future - - along with cost effective ways to address should they occur! I will absolutely call Phill's any time I need plumbing work - - and I recommend them without hesitation to anyone that is looking for a qualified and honest contractor.

20 years ago I used Phills Plumbing for a copper re-pipe in a rental. His price was reasonable and the re-pipe has lasted without any problems. Recently, because I was having a new paver driveway installed and I found he had a fair price with some good reviews, I chose Phills for putting in a new water main line from the meter to the house for my rental. Additionally I had him run a separate line for a sprinkler manifold.

He wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. I spent some time drafting a description of the work, with pictures and Phil was the only one who drafted a thoughtful and comprehensive explanation of the work that needed to be done! Since I am a DIY guy with a fair amount of plumbing experience, I'm fairly competent in assessing plumbing jobs. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work.

Called Phill on Saturday morning. He came out within 20 minutes. Diagnosed the problem with the water heater and repaired it within 30 minutes. He was professional and I would highly recommend this company.

Don't hire this guy. He will overcharge and try to gouge you for more money. Had a really bad experience with him.

I called Phil's Plumbing to fix my downstairs bathroom. Joe who works for Phil showed up as scheduled, was very professional and quoted me a great price. Does not get any better. 5 Stars!

Don't work with this idiot. They don't care about the Job you are offering. They are very expensive, won't return calls or email. Save yourself time and hire someone else.

Today is the second time Phil and Co have fixed a plumbing issue at my house and both times I was very impressed. Excellent customer service and affordable pricing. Phil has a ton of experience and it shows in his ability to diagnose the problem and start work on the solution. In both cases, once the problem was located, he gave me all my options and costs involved.

Each time the problem was solved and the cost was as stated--easy as that. Phil's Plumbing replaced two toilets, fixed a leaking valve in my shower and stopped my kitchen faucet from drenching the space under my cabinets. He and his other employee I worked with were respectful, kind, helpful, hard working and honest. I have already recommended him to my family and will use no one else.

Over the past 15 years, I have called Phil to repair various plumbing issues on my 20 year old house. Phil is extremely responsive, reasonably priced, professional and caring. He will only repair what needs to be repaired, is quick and returns phone calls promptly. Within a day or 2, plumbing repairs are done.

Hands down the best plumber and best plumbing company around. We recently purchased a home that defined "deferred maintenance" and encountered a significant number of both major and minor issues that needed to be addressed. Phill's Plumbing took care of all of them, and they have earned my utmost trust. They are super responsive, even on a weekend, and provide extremely high quality work.

Each job has been explained thoroughly, and the cost was very fair. Every time the work was done in a timely manner, and cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they had been there. I couldn't recommend them more highly for any plumbing need. (Even though I hope we won't need them anytime soon!)

I discovered a water leak that was flooding my garage floor, apparently through the wall or concrete. I called Phill's Plumbing (using Angie's list) on a Sunday, late afternoon. Phill himself showed up early the next morning, which was Labor Day! He capably located and isolated the leak and was able to do the complete repair in just a few hours, using what he himself called "surgical precision".

I have dealt with concrete slab leaks before and know they can be time-consuming and frustrating to repair. This was no exception. The leak was in a slight bend in the pipe, behind dry wall, plywood and into the concrete. He had ALL the necessary equipment with him, saws, jackhammers, etc of various sizes. He was very pleasant and professional, and left my garage spotless. THANK YOU again, Phill!

I can't believe Phil's Plumbing has no reviews here yet! Our main water valve broke tonight and we called 4-5 plumbers but Phil was the first one to respond! Thank goodness for his speedy service we had the valve fixed in no time. My husband couldn't stop talking about how expedient and efficient his service was, and that I MUST post a personal review in and around social media.
