We keep copies of your test reports for up to 3 years just in case the water or health department needs to see copies!. We are qualified to test Backflow devices for airlines, schools, apartments, hospitals, medical buildings, mobile home parks, and homeowners, just to name a few of our customers. The devices are usually ripped out of the ground destroying the underground piping. To prevent your Backflow devices from being stolen, you can do one of the following: pour concrete pads, install cages, or install Sentry theft deterrent systems.

Very helpful for tankless water heaters! I just got off the phone with Mike as I am having problems with my tankless water heater. He was super helpful on the phone and gave me a couple of things to try BEFORE he comes out to fix my problem. I appreciate the help and would trust this guy with fixing my plumbing. Thanks Mike!

I called Takagi because we were having problems with our tankless and they recommended Mike. I couldn't be happier. He knows what he is doing, he is honest and he solved several other problems while he was here. I was most impressed that he continued to follow up until the problem was fixed to our satisfaction. It was not a straightforward issue and it required several visits to get it right. Mike didn't give up and now our system is better than ever.
