So glad my bro-in-law recommended this place to us. They are very quick to respond, courteous and reasonably priced. Now I have a reliable plumber to go to when I am in need of one. Isn't a reliable plumber one of those necessities in life, like a doctor and a car mechanic?! Lol.

We noticed what appeared to be possible leak on the downstairs ceiling. Since the master bath is right above the area, we contacted Vortex to help assess the situation. Scheduling was easy and the associate arrived and almost immediately located the problem and discussed the needed repairs. Once the parts were available (the next day) he returned and repaired the old plumbing, showing exactly what he was doing step-by-step.

He was so professional, courteous and even made sure that the surrounding furniture and rugs were covered before working and throughly cleaned the area before leaving. Labor and parts were very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company (or use them again if needed).

This company has been INCREDIBLE! They are so fast to get us an appointment and their workers are so sweet and the best part is there's NO BS! They have come through for us so many times from toilet back ups, a big project in our garage. They are honest and work quick and efficiently! We love Paul and mike!

Horrible company! Horrible customers service! They replaced a screw on a faucet and in less then 2 weeks it broke "because of over abuse". Really how can you break a screw in half in 2 weeks? Total fraudulent company! I'm contacting my insurance company so they are aware of what they are doing. False reporting so they can get paid more with the insurance or make a deal on the side!

BEWARE of Vortex hourly charge as they will slow down their work to charge you more! Super slow Mike and his helper (trainee) charged me for 2 hrs of job to replace a shower handle cartridge - (2 workers 2 hours $214 labor only). That includes 40 min trip to Home Depot which is across the street from my home on Euclid/Riverside, 30 min to check any more leak after job completion and writing the invoice - that's more than an hour! I thought having 2 workers would speed up the job - but no- it seems Mike is training the other worker. I complained unsuccessfully. DO NOT USE VORTEX!

Great customer service and great work by the Vortex team. Had some issues with old plumbing and they were able to take care of it at a great price. Everything was neatly done and cleaned up. Highly recommend Vortex.

I've used Vortex several times to repair leaks and reroute piping. They've always been very responsive, have done great work, and are reasonably priced. I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors.

I had a few experiences Vortex and thought Russell was a good knowledgeable plumber, but the last experience with another Vortex plumber was terrible, and they don't care about their customers. Plumber came to check a soft spot on the ceiling and within less than 15 minutes determined it to be caulking rather than a leak, so no work was done.

I asked for a bill and he didn't give me one saying that the office would bill me later but it would probably be nothing because they had another job in the area. I am not used to plumbers giving freebies, do I emailed Debra at Vortex to note what the plumber did and that I was expecting a bill from them. Never heard back from anyone, nor received a bill in the mail.

Apparently they billed my HOA $285 for TWO HOURS of work for TWO PLUMBERS. I called and emailed Vortex several times and was promised a response on one Friday and then on the next Friday - basically they think that billing inquiries should take weeks to address. No sense of reasonable timeframes. Three weeks later no one called me. One of the times I called I actually got Debra on the phone and she said that she was aware of my concern but she was training someone and didn't have time to deal with me. How's that for customer service?

No time to deal with a customer that she billed incorrectly. She never called back by the end of the week when she promised to, so in 5 days she couldn't find any time to deal with a wrong bill issue. I tried to get in touch with the owner via LinkedIn but was also ignored. There are plenty plumber around, so they don't have my business anymore, you can give them your business, but if anything goes wrong, they may not have time to deal with you. After all they have more important office stuff to deal with than to work with a wronged customer.

Our plumber, Eric, showed up with mask on and went right to work. He replaced our bathroom sink and had no problems. This company has great prices. Cost was about 1/4 of another plumbing company that quoted us. We have used this company for other needs and always have been very satisfied. Definitely recommend using this company.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT EVEN BOTHER CALLING! The women who answered the phone gave the wrong information to begin with then put her supervisor, "Debra"on the phone who was incredibly rude! Save yourself the extra time and money, go elsewhere

I had an irrigation leak and this company was dispatched by the home warranty company. It ended up not being covered by the warranty but he explained all possibilities and options. We found an easy fix that met our needs. He was friendly, on time, professional, and wore a mask. I would absolutely use this company again.

We had an emergency toilet back up situation on a Saturday night, it was a disaster and already had a plumber come out and say they weren't able to fix the problem and that we'd have to find somewhere else to stay. Luckily, Vortex Plumbing was able to send someone out, on a Saturday night, thank goodness! Their plumber, Eric, showed up and couldn't have been nicer and more helpful!

He wore a mask the whole time, he was super knowledgeable, and very friendly. He took a look around the property and got right to work on the pesky toilet. Within 30 seconds he was able to identify and solve the issue. We are so thankful for the awesome service we received, we can't thank you enough for fixing this emergency on such short notice! I would highly recommend this plumbing service to anyone.

My grandmas water started backing up in her kitchen sink on Christmas Day. We called vortex and they had someone out there within a couple hours to fix the problem. Was very impressed with their quick response and ability to fix it so fast!

My HOA requires us to use Vortex plumbing, it is a racket. They charge $90/hr and milk it. Be careful if a second person shows up, they will double the rate, this should be established at the beginning not at the end. We have had to use them several times over the past few years and I wish we could use another service.

He fumbled around for an hour saying he didn't know WHAT part he needled even though that was ESTABLISHED IN THE BEGINNING! Still I was charged the hourly rate. I feel cheated. This company used to be really good but now I HAVE MY DOUBTS DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER!

My go to plumbers! Today was my second experience using Vortex. My first time was with Paul for a slab leak, second time was with Mike. I thought Paul was good. Mike was equally as good. Very thorough and a bit of a perfectionist ( which is a good thing ). My appointment was at 9am and he was here at 9am. I had 4 things going on and he saved the hardest for last. Mike was professional the entire time and I never had a doubt my issues would be fixed. They have become my go to plumbers from now on. I definitely recommend them.

Vortex plumbing was awesome, I called them they came out that day, assessed the job, Paul and Eric were informative and skilled they capped off the pipes, rerouted the plumbing, cleaned up their mess and their price was great. They saved us! We will use them for all our plumbing needs.

Patrick was the 4th plumber we had out to look at our slow draining sink. With the first 3, they ran the snake twice, a 75 foot camera line, offered to tear the wall out, remove a 2 foot section of the garage floor to get to a possible problem, do a hydro flush of the pipes. Some of these possible fixes would have cost up to $2,000.00. But Patrick came out and within minutes he saw that it was a simple solution.

The style of hardware in the sink didn't have a plunger but a metal screen type. It has about a dozen circled holes. This type is usually used for commercial use to prevent unwanted items from going into the drain. Patric drilled the holes a little larger and the slow draining water moved much faster. It was a refreshing change to have a plumber that didn't try to flush my pocket book. Thank you Patrick!

I've used Vortex Plumbing on two different occasions. Both experiences were very good from start to finish. The employees that manage the appointments are thorough and polite. Both times we used Vortex, they sent Patrick. He was punctual, personable, and thorough. The first time, there was a leak in the ceiling of our garage. Patrick explained the entire process before he began cutting away at the damaged dry wall.

He determined the cause of the leak and came up with a solution right away. The second time Patrick came out, it was to repair a twisted/damaged hose spigot in our back yard. Just like the first visit, he thoroughly explained the process before getting started. He was in and out of here in no time. I will definitely be using Vortex Plumbing again in the future.

We were having a water heater problem and were unsure of just who to call to evaluate the problem. Of course going to the internet we found a plumbing company that was highly rated so contacted them for a technician to respond. Having evaluated the problem, which I really don't think he was doing anything but guessing, he said he could fix the problem for anywhere from $2800.00 to $5000.00 which included costly repiping and structural work to my home.

After politely sending this person on his way I called Vortex Plumbing of Chino for help. Their representative responded promptly, quickly evaluated the problem and replaced a part and flushed and checked all connections within an hours time. The cost for everything was very reasonable. I feel very confident that our water heater is once again working correctly. I will definitely tell others that I completely recommend Vortex Plumbing for any and all of their plumbing needs and to ask for Paul.

Vortex is prompt, courteous and clean. They submitted the best bid for our Water heater installation in 2015 and did an excellent job. When the drainage valve failed on a saturday afternoon at 1:00 P.M. the Plumber Patrick answered immediately, juggled a busy schedule to come over and solved the problem. Every time we call them they respond promptly, make an effort to accommodate schedules and provide competent, professional, courteous service. The negative reviews I read here are truly puzzling. And, by the way, the other plumber we called never called back.

Horrible! These guys are crooks. They can and shut off the water to our building without so much a knock on our door and there are only 4 units ion our condo building. LAZY Plumber. Then left without a word and came back 6 1/2 hours later and said that is not his problem talk to the homeowner association. There ARE cheaper more attentive plumbers out there. Use them NOT VORTEX
