Bryco Plumbing Co. is simply the best! Johnny Whiteside is amazing and can get the job done. Johnny has a can do attitude, provides a great explanation of what he is doing prior to beginning the work. He is very professional and is the absolute best plumber I have ever seen. Very pleased with the work done by the two gentlemen who replaced my water heater. They were in, removed the old water heater, brought a new water heater and had it installed within 1 1/2 hours. I can't say enou about their professionalism. On the other hand, Bryan.the owner of Bryco Plumbing is another matter. After the plumbers left, I realized I hadn't received any receipt or invoice for the $2,300 I wrote a check for.

I called Bryan and asked him if I could have a receipt or invoice. He said, "what do you need it for". I told him for my records and proof that his company did the work should anything go wrong. He said nobody in his business gives receipts or invoices and wouldn't give my one. I persisted and finally he said he'd email me a receipt in 15 minutes. It's been over a month and I've gotten nothing from Bryan or Bryco Plumbing. Something's fishy.

My husband and I just purchased a home and had so much work to do. Every other vendor we dealt with has been awful. We called Bryco For an estimate and the same day they were able to come and give us a quote to install the water and drain lines for a washer/dryer. They arrived on time. The next day I asked how quick could they start work and he said can you meet me in two hours.

Again they arrived on time, started work that day and completed all work the next day as they promised. I was so pleased to finally work with a company that did as they said they would and stayed on schedule. Will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

I found this company on Google, had to replace a water heater and I was looking for quotes Brian sounded very professional over the phone and explained his pricing very well I asked due to covid19 that he wear masks and his plumbers came with masks and kept them on even though it was very hot outside I explained to Brian that I had to change my heater ASAP, it was torture without hot water He even managed to due it the next day Thank you Brian and team Bryco for a great experience

This company wants to charge $2400.00 for a water heater replacement, etc removal of the old. Crazy pricing, truly overpricing and I wouldn't recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Talk about a scam, people need to educate themselves of true costs for this type of service. Thank God for Google and Free Enterprise. I am getting mine done with another plumbing company for $933.00.

Shop around consumers as there are a lot of Sharks in the water. FYI: Another company to watch out for is San Antonio Plumbing, they quoted me at $2,200.00. Highway robbery at its best.

I was an angry customer, and they resolved my issue and left me satisfied. I will call them again (if they'll accept my call). I had to have Bryco out twice within a week. The first time, our toilet had a sewer smell, so the plumber took off the toilet, replaced the wax ring, and reset the toilet 3 different times to ensure it was stable and didn't rock.

One week later, that toilet backed up. Since it was after-hours, we had to have the emergency call, at a cost of $370. This is why I took one star off; Roto-Rooter augered the very same toilet only a few months ago, and charged $150 at 9pm; Will-Fix-It and Beyer Boys quoted me around the same price ($170-175) that time, as well. I didn't call either of them this time, because I figured it made sense the work of resetting the toilet multiple times caused some of the wax ring to fall into the pipe, which is where the clog came from; I am certain it should not have been clogged, since the bathroom is hardly used and the drain was augered so recently. So, I called Bryco back, and they sent another plumber team. Unfortunately, they didn't agree with me that the work done last week brought the need for the return visit, and took my card info to run the $370.

I called first thing the next morning (and didn't get the name of the guy I spoke to), and we had a round-and-round that resulted in him agreeing not to charge my card. So, what could have been a 1 star review became a 4 star review. I am not sure they're happy with the resolution, but I am (of course). And since they were straightforward and listened to me, and agreed not to charge my card, I am comfortable calling them again for a scheduled appointment.

We used Bryco to replace a hot water heater and then again for plumbing changes with our kitchen and bathroom remodels. They come out quickly and on time, are very courteous and respectful of your home. With our remodel, several plumbers showed up as they finished other jobs so they could complete our plumbing needs. Pricing is good and we will continue using Bryco for any other plumbing issues.

We have finally found a professional, family owned plumbing company that we feel comfortable handling all our plumbing needs. The owner Brian really knows his plumbing. Our inside the house water heater needed replacing and Brian gave us several options and prices and we really didn't want another tank water heater in the house so we went with a tankless water heater.

The "inside the house" tankless option fit our budget and it was installed. It's great, we love it and we now have a lot more space in the laundry room. Daniel and his partner (female ) did a great job, both were friendly, courteous professional installers. Thank you BRYCO Plumbing!

These guys are the BEST at what they do. They communicate with you very well, are friendly, personable and have always arrived on time. Super affordable and the quality of work is top notch. Have had them install a PRV for my insane water pressure and an Expansion Tank for my water heater on one occasion, a garbage disposal on another and both services were done quickly and they left no mess behind. ***Follow up it has been over 9 months since last repair and I have yet to have any issues with either of the previous visits.

I had a positive experience with Bryco - they were responsive, early to the agreed upon time, and they performed the job well. The plumber even took the time to explain what he had found, and how it might have been caused. He showed me what to look out for as well. Another positive was that I had been afraid that my issue might have required a very expensive repair, but instead it was a relatively minor fix and they were very upfront about that. I will call them again the next time I need a plumber!

My 15 year old water heater finally gave and I had no hot water. Bryco came to my home home within an hour. They checked the burner as the heater was not leaking. They attempted to order that part but it was not manufactured any longer. They suggested a water heater. I checked with a few places and the price was very fair for installation. By the end of the day, I had a new water heater and hot water in my two story home! Dan and Ally are a great team, knowledgeable, and careful.

They had to maneuver in the garage close to a vintage 1976 Ford 250. Everything went very well, and Brian, came out to the house and inspected a very well planned and perfect installation! I would call them for any plumbing issue!

I am so happy with this company. Daniel has helped us several times- he is professional, lets us know what is happening and why, and gets the job done well! I highly recommend Bryco!

I have had the pleasure of using Bryco Plumbing twice recently and they are fantastic. Their plumber Dan is one of the nicest humans I've ever met. We needed a water heater pronto and they came and got the job done. Ditto for installing a new fancy toilet. And they were reasonable.

Horrible. Never use this company. They lie and say one thing and do another. Day 1 the problem is this. day 2 the problem is something else. Day 3 it keeps progressing like this. And day 4 I finally hired a new plumbing company. They break things and try to hide it. And when caught they blame it on the people before them, or some other excuse. They even had the gaul to say I was wrong. There are better plumbing companys in Chatsworth.

I encountered a plumber from Bryco who was working on my neighbors property and he was verbally abusive using inappropriate language and completely unprofessional. I will never use Bryco to do my work and would recommend that you assess the employees they send to your house to perform any work for you.

Unbelievably poor customer service. Called to have them come back out to correct a fault with the new water heater control panel. That had just been replaced 4 months earlier. Could not get anyone to return my calls after calling for 3 days. With NO HOT WATER. I called over a dozen times. No response. Horrible service. Do not recommend these people at all.

They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS WARRANTIES. Original cost to replace & install a new control panel was $425. Only worked for about 4 months. Had a one year warranty. Still haven't heard back from this company. Horrible experience.

We have used Bryco Plumbing several times in the past and it certainly feels good to go with a company that is sincere and honest about their pricing. They came in and unplugged my garage sink and took the time to do it right. The guy was persistent in making sure that all of the dog hair was removed from the sink ( thats where we wash our dog) and once he removed all the hair, he turned on the water to test the flow and showed me that it was working well. Its very hard to find a good company with good people and I am taking my time to write this review and highly recommending this company, thank you Bryco Plumbing.

Finally! A plumbing company we can count on! Our main line clogged up yesterday and we needed a company who could fix our problem right away. We called them up and as promised, our plumber, Marc, arrived within half an hour. He was professional, informative, and went to work immediately after we stated our problem. Oh, and their prices are also better than some of the other companies we've used in the past.
