Tankless Hot Water Solutions ("Tankless") was referred by a neighbor who converted from a traditional water heater to tankless. They were very pleased with the experience. We used Tankless for a replacement of an existing tankless water heater. They provided a professional bid and stuck to that price throughout the project. They were professional, courteous, and took excellent care of the home during the process. We would recommend them 100%.

I have never written a review before but felt compelled to do so after my experience with Ted and this company. I have been living in my house for about a year now without properly circulating hot water (showers and sinks for multiple rooms and kitchen would take 10-15 minutes to warm up). Other plumbers could not figure out the issue but Ted came and diagnosed the problem right away.

He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, not to mention patient, honest and just a pleasure to deal with. He is certified for many of the top water heater manufacturers including our tankless water heater brand Navien) and was able to resolve the issue and get us instant hot water flowing in every single room in under an hour. Ted and his technicians, Joseph and Marcus, were outstanding. In the initial phone call I went over my issues with Ted. He was responsive to my concerns and was willing to brainstorm ideas as to what might be the problem.

I've been using them for years. The owner, Ted, is great and his team is always professional and does excellent work. Kevin is who we deal with most often - he's knowledgable and skilled, and always does a great job.
