Was walking through my neighborhood this morning, when in the crosswalk, my dogs and I were almost hit by their van. They made no attempt to stop and even swerved slightly at us. Signs are posted at all crosswalks that it is State law pedestrians have the right of way. If their workers cannot even do the simplest things like stop at a crosswalk, how can they be trusted to work on complicated plumbing.

Stop searching and go with McKinley! We used McKinley when one of our two hot water tanks went out. We were fortunate enough that we had a second tank to take our time and shop around. We decided to go to tankless water heater. We quoted 4 plumbers off of The Woodlands best website. The other 3 we quote were rude, tried to sell us a maintenance plan and were much more expensive than McKinley.
He walked my husband through step by step what needed to be done and made us feel very comfortable. His team are all hard working guys who chatted with us about our love of music and Star Wars while taking their breaks. We installed the largest unit possible. They came at 9AM and were done by 2 PM. I was impressed with the timeliness. They installed this unit when it was 108F out, removed two hot water tanks and routed all the new piping in less than a full day. their cleanliness is impressive too.
They put runners down to keep the floor clean and even moved all my holiday decorations out of the closet they had to work in to ensure nothing was damaged. They eve offered to help put the items back, but I declined as I thought they had already done enough! Additionally, I was very impressed with the model they selected. My husband and I are engineers and we size heat exchangers for a living.
The Rinnai they installed is ranked one of the top 5 that can be installed. McKinley provided a 1 year warranty and Rinnai has a 12 year limited warranty. They picked a model that was very appropriate for the ground water temperature in this area and I am confident we will not have any issue with the heat exchanger under performing. We are looking to do more plumbing work around our house and we will be going back to them.

We had a visible leak on the back of out kitchen wall. When the crew arrived, they asked my husband if he knew where the leak was coming from. This was strange because if we knew, we would not be calling the company. Long story short: they ran pressure test and found nothing. They ran cameras and found nothing. Charged us the hourly rate and left.
We kept seeing the leak for several more months until we broke the house siding out of desperation and found the leak. We called them back to come and repair and they wanted to charge us again for something that was already paid ($475/ hour). They huffed and puffed and told my husband he needed to break off more brick so that they could reach the leak from the outside. (Leaks are usually repaired through the inside, behind the kitchen cabinets).
In order to have them repair a leak that should have been discovered months prior, I had to inquire to speak with the owner. (He was nice with me and promised to get the job done). My husband overheard them, calling me a "crazy lady" (highly unprofessional) and I guess one must turn into a crazy person to have them to their job. I would not use this company for a leak detection.
They do not use thermal imaging device that could be purchased for less than their hourly rate. One would think that a company that claims to do just that, would own an equipment to help them do their job. If they would have done their job, we would not have suffered the damages we have now.

This is an honest and straight forward company! I am always leery contacting the plumber because I anticipate being talking into the worst possible situation which will cost the most money. These plumbers took the time to problem solve and consider many options. When they pin pointed the issue the didn't push cutting through dry wall and ripping up pipes. They wanted to make sure the issue could be solved another way, even if that meant we didn't use them at the end of it all. We appreciate their honesty and professionalism!

Had a good experience with this plumbing company. Will is a master plumber with 20 years of experience. He arrived with an apprentice plumber. Both were professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and tidy. I was given a speedy diagnosis of the issue and different economic options on how best to resolve it. I needed this fixed immediately and they did so - Very efficient. Fast, friendly, serious, and done right. Definitely recommend asking for Will!

McKinley Plumbing serviced my home for the first time in January 2019 they installed a new hot water heater, installed a new part on my sprinkler system and they also installed a water softener in my home all on the same day at a very nice price. Well! less than 6 months, my sprinkler system and my water softener leaked for several months I had no idea because my sprinkler system is covered up with a insulated bag to prevent it from freezing up in the winter.
Come to find out the water leaked because the pipes were not sealed properly. I called McKinley Plumbing and informed them of what happened. They came out the very next day, fixed both leaks and did not charge me a dime. I was so happy, and impressed They were very professional. I trust McKinley Plumbing service, they stand behind their work. I will only use them for all of my plumbing services.
Other companies would charge you a small service fee, they did not charge me anything. If you want a company you can trust, you need to call McKinley Plumbing Services. They are the best! I promise you will not be disappointed.

I moved into a home in The Woodlands about 4 years ago. Since that time, McKinley has replaced two existing water heaters, shower plumbing fixtures, kitchen faucet, and this morning replaced a garbage disposer. I think the caliber of their service professionals is way above their competition. I would not consider calling anyone else. I have never had a bad outcome and I trust their workmanship,
