I live in Kingwood and discovered Jared's Plumbing on Best Plumbers. I called them to replace 2 - 50 gallon water heaters in my home. Alex from Jared's Plumbing came out and did it all the same day. We had a water heater installed. The first initial call and visit were great and done in a timely manner. However, things have gone down hill very fast! With the new water heater, we have Luke warm water and the water heater will not stop running. Called back to have them come but out and look at the issue. Plumber was there for five minutes and left.

If I have a new water heater installed, why is the water Luke-warm? To take a hot bath, I have to boil water on the stove. The old water heater worked better then the new water heater. I have called several times waiting for the owner to call me back. My husband also talked to the plumber and he is waiting for a call back. Something is not right about the new heater and the company have not guaranteed their work at this point. Brand new water heater and no hot water. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY! I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP RESOLVE THE ISSUE!

A little over a year and a half ago Jared's installed new water heaters for myself and 2 of my neighbors. A few nights ago mine quit working. I called Jared's to check on warranty. He told me they only warrantied for a year but the manufacturer has 6 years. He told me even if I paid him to come out that day he couldn't get the part because the warehouse didn't have them.

He told me the quickest way to get the part using my warranty and told me to call him when I got it in and they would try and squeeze me in. I got it and thought I could do it myself and they told me exactly how to do it and told me if I had any issues give them a call. This is customer service. This is a company that cares about their customers. Jared's will be my go to plumber any time I need one.

Had a hot water leak in the attic. Called Jared's. Jay and a helper came out right at the scheduled time. They fixed the leak, which is what I expected. But then Jay spent time showing me the failed plumbing they removed and explaining the failure mechanism in detail. That was much appreciated.

Water heater removal and installation- Showed up on time but gave me attitude when i said we needed to do the job in stages cause i needed to repair the drywall behind the water heater due to mold. Then doubled the verbal quote when i called back later.

Jared's plumbing are real professionals. They were really good about explaining what the cause was and how we could repair and prevent the pipe damage from ever happening again. They used state of the art parts and equipment. The Job site looked clean and stayed clean after they left. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

My husband and I are pleased with Jared's Plumbing. We called three local plumbing companies for our emergency, and all three could not make it until the following day. In another attempt we called a big name company. They were able to come out but we were shocked when they gave us an extremely high price for just examining the issue. Frustrated, we tried Jared's based off of a reputable plumber's recommendation and to our surprise they were at our door in less than 30 minutes. I believe we were offered a very fair quote for the job and the two gentlemen got it done well under 2 hours. We will definitely use this company again.

We've used them before and recently did again. The pricing seemed high, but our technician Jay was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. We would use them again.

I found Alex and the Jared Plumbing team on Best Plumbers and I have to agree, this is the Best plumbing company in the Houston area. I had an emergency plumbing job we needed repaired before Mother's Day & the crew at Jarod's Plumbing were here today and fixed my problem. Now, the bathroom on the first floor works great and our guests won't be inconvenienced the Sunday when we have our party. Now, all I have to worry about is making the food. Jared's Plumbing took care of the rest. Thanks guys, you did a great job! We really appreciate you rushing over and taking care of us. You are truly the best!

Had a broken water supply line to the house. Called Jared's to turn off the water over Thanksgiving weekend which was done within the hour. Called them after the holiday to repair the break. Came out when they said and did a fine job. Price seemed a little high for what was done but whose to say? Will use them again!

Very high prices and not friendly when I asked for an itemization of the parts. I had to call 3 times to see if the part was in. Not thinking i would've heard back if I hadn't followed up with them several time. Do yourself a favor and use a different plumber. You will regret this one!

Stay away from these people or you will get burned like me. Yesterday I called this plumber about 10AM asking for a sewer clean out at my home. The main line was plugged and no toilets would work. They made an appointment with me between 3-5PM that day to do the job. Around 3PM my phone rang but I was on the other line so I could not answer. I called right back less than a minute and the man tells me to late you missed you appointment. Needless to say I was furious and will never use this company again. I want to warn others of their tactics

I just used them to check out a leak through the ceiling. One person was here for 1 hr and 20 minutes, the 2nd guy less than 1 hour. They charged me $435 to cut a hole in the ceiling! The leak was actually being caused by an AC unit. $96/hour per person! OUTRAGEOUS!

High prices - very rude treatment - not professional - avoid Houston has far too many other options for plumbing repairs to settle for this.

WOW. Very rude. Service man left due to a "comment" that my dad made when we were scheduled for them from 9-11, after calling they came at 11:20. My dad said "I could have went an ate lunch if I knew you were coming at this time" Service man left saying we need him - WOW! After talking to manager - he was polite but said that there is two sides to every story and noone needs to be talked to like that.

I was very disappointed with this company. Although I did not use their services, I did use them for an estimate and was shocked by what they were going to charge for a garbage disposal replacement. First of all, I strongly believe the repair man never looked at my garbage disposal. I say this because when asked what model it was, he gave me a completely different model than the one that was in my sink.

He was going to charge $390.00 for replacement and repair, that is with the 15% off coupon on their website. I was shocked! When asked for a breakdown of the services he explained that the garbage disposal is $145.00 and the remainder is labor! After doing a bit of research on the web, I discovered the true garbage disposal in my sink was only $90 not $145. Needless to say we did not use this company and we installed the disposal ourselves. Saving $300!
