Brad showed up at the early-end of the appointment window. He was courtesy and offered his honest opinion of options (repair old tank, install new tank, install tankless). He removed the old water heater quickly. His installation of the new unit was quick, clean, and up to code. He gave a thorough tutorial on how to reset the pilot light in case it goes out.

He also advised on how long to wait for the hot water and the best way to flush the hot water lines. I would recommend this company to anyone having issues with their aging water heater.

Customer service was great from the beginning to the end! David arrived after calling first and went over the scope of work and quickly and efficiently removed our leaking water heater and install the new one. He went over all of Ins and outs, cleaned up and left in a very timely manner! Great experience, would highly recommend.

Had some unpleasant experiences in the past with Home Depot subcontractors so decided to try a company that specializes in what they do. I had seen the WHO van on my street before so I gave them a try. Called them and received an estimate within minutes. Brad came out and did an outstanding job. I hovered over him while he explained everything as he worked. I find it fascinating to watch skilled workers perform. You may pay a little bit more at WHO but I feel it was worth the service. I will be a lifelong customer.

Called in at 8:45 on a Saturday morning, Phil took my call and explained everything from pricing to arrival time, answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. I called their hotline and the first person I talked to was not rude directly but not very friendly. I had to get some more details on my heater and the second person I talked to was super nice. He walked me through my options and scheduled someone to come out. He also called the morning off to confirm the technician was on his way. When that technician got here I had the feeling from the beginning that he was annoyed he had to cone out, he said multiple times that I "was lucky to not have an emergency " and that I should get quotes from other companies too.

The way he said it didn't sound like he was trying to help me but to just get out of there. I had a follow up question and he answered it with literally one foot out the door already. I ended up going with another company who was amazing all the way.

WHO installed a 75 gallon water heater in my basement and it leaked in the cold water line when we took the first shower after that at night. Upon close investigation (see the picture), the installer connected the new pipe directly to the very old and corroded old pipe, possibly because he did not want to replace the old valve. That turned out to be a poor judgement.

He most likely thought this could last for one year without leaking and passed the one year warranty period. No, it leaked right away when we took the first shower. We called WHO the next day. In a few hours, a technician was sent to my house. He agreed that the corroded valve and the small bottom section pipe should have been replaced in the first place but now it was difficult to rectify this because he needed to drain the tank too.

He called his office and said he had to charge me $325 but I only agreed to pay the parts and up to $125. I think I was being reasonable but WHO decided to make this needing further investigation and the technician left without fixing the leak. What a wonderful company. I paid top dollars, $600 more than my other quote to just get the assurance of the backup of a bigger company.

I guess I am not getting what I have hoped for and possibly over paid the water heater installation. $4950 including a floodstop device. I make another call to complain and they said they were very busy and would call me back tomorrow. I will update the review when this is all settled and resolved. Stay tuned.

Woke up to a broken water heater so I called around and WaterheatersOnly.com was very efficient and helpful with price quite estimates. They were able to get a technician out within an 1-2 hours (Sunday mid day) and my guy, Will, was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get his recommendation before stating the job + upgraded me to a larger tank for the same price. Good value for money & time & honest. I would highly recommend.

We replaced our 14-year-old Bradford White Ultra Low Nox Direct Vent Water Heater (nothing wrong but we wanted to do it before something happened). We researched and called various companies. We contacted a few on Yelp, providing detailed pictures and description. We immediately axed multiple companies who wouldn't give an estimated range up front on Yelp on the basis that given the clear pictures and description a provider should be able to at least determine a range.

We finally settled on Water Heaters based on their up-front communication, reputation of having installed in our apartment complex and the fact that they specialize only in installations. Steve B. from Water Heaters came to assess and provided a quote within the estimate range. He was knowledgeable and thorough in the sense of wanting to ensure proper overflow path.

He was also accommodating/willing to get the job done before Christmas. He was also very considerate and professional. My wife has a compromised immune system so COVID precautions are important; Steve volunteered his vaccination status, wore his mask at all times and wore booties *before* stepping into the apartment (also when coming back in from the balcony).

The replacement went swiftly. No surprises, professional, quality work and friendly/respectful interactions. Pricing seemed fair - slightly higher than one or two other estimates (estimate range as we didn't get actual other quotes). We would use Water Heaters Only again as we value the combination of professional/courteous/friendly service, clear and responsive communication and quality work.

My heart-felt thanks to Daniel VanHove, the one-of-a-kind technician who installed the new B/W water heater for me when my old unit burst. He did such a beautiful job with utmost professionalism, details and courtesy. We even engaged in a fun-filled conversion while doing the installation of the new unit. Despite a full day of hard work from the previous orders, he has completed the removal of the old unit and installed the new one in record time. The pricing and service fees are also very competitive with other contractors.

When I asked for quote for my water heater problem, they checked my heater's serial number and told me that my heater was under a recall and therefore I should contact the manufacturer for the recall (btw, that's https://www.waterheaterrecall.com). They patiently pointed me to the direction although that means I would not hire them. Thanks a lot!

Walked into the garage on Sunday night to hear that horrible sound of dripping water. Found water spraying from the front of the unit. not good. Called Waters Heaters Only on Monday morning from their Yelp reviews. Very friendly on the phone, sight unseen gave me a rough estimate and said they could have someone out between 1-4 that day. Tech Loni called at 1:15 to say he was on the way. Loni arrived and inspected the unit to confirm that it was time to place a 20 year old water heater.

Final quote was only $25.00 dollars more than what was quoted over the phone. Loni was awesome! quick, clean and very personable. Had hot water by 4:30pm! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I called WHO on Sunday morning at 7:30. The tech was here about 10:00 am. He told me what was needed and told me how much it would be. Doniel was as fast as he told me he would be. He was very efficient and left it cleaner than when he arrived! This is my 2nd time I have used WHO. I'm completely satisfied.

Emergency replacement was great. Have used WHO twice and would highly recommend this company for consistency over many years.

From the telephone quote, to service, the professionalism and customer service of this company was above and beyond. We called multiple places in an attempt to select a company to replace our broken water heater. When we contacted WWO, they were very informative, answered our questions, and promptly set up an appointment for someone to come to our house.

The technician that came to our house was Peni B, and we could not have asked for a better tech. While the final quoted price was $400 above the telephone quote, we nevertheless found the price reasonable and went with the service. And we are very glad we did. Peni took customer service to another level. He patiently answered our myriad of questions, he trimmed a shrub that was encroaching the side walkway that he used to enter the location, so not to scratch the new water heater, and he also removed (and replaced) the door off the hinges to allow for more space for the water heater to enter the location without damaging the heater.

He left the location extremely clean; better than when he arrived. Peni was extremely courteous, informative, and respectful. WWO is fortunate to have such an amazing technician as an employee.

My water heater went out and the parts I needed to fix it would have taken a few weeks to get to me. I decided to go ahead and get it replaced based on the age of my water heater. I called at 8am and they were able to get me in on the same day! I was given a ballpark figure to replace the water heater and I was told the technician would be able to give me a more accurate figure when he actually sees the water heater. Doniel called me when he was on the way.

He was polite, professional and courteous. He wore a mask and covers for his shoes before entering my house. He made sure to inform me of any potential things that might get dirty since he will have to move the old water heater through the house. After he was finished he even pointed out the things that did get dirty as a result of moving the old water heater.

I appreciate he was up front and forthcoming. Overall I recommend this company, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of price. I received 3 estimates and they were in the middle.

Called Water Heaters Only looking for a quality water heater replacement for my 30+ year old unit. I was specifically requesting after hours install. Christian Valdez was the service technician assigned to my project and he was a great professional! He answered all of my questions and performed exactly the service that was estimated without any compromised parts or procedures.

John showed up in a mask which was appreciated. He was a nice, friendly technician. The work looks great and it was completed on a timely manner. He also took away the old heater. I'm very happy with the work. The technician was late getting here. I understand delays. They happen. The office was very responsive when I called for an update. This service would have been even better if they had called and notified me about the delay. The service was great and if they want to have a WOW factor, they could get ahead of any delays and notify their customers ahead of time. I would happily use them again.

I noticed our water heater was leaking today. I found Water Healters Only on Yelp based on the great Yelp reviews. Phil picked up my call and scheduled an appointment for me today and Will showed up at my house in half an hour! Will was very friendly and patient to answer my questions about the new unit and how a water heater works. After installing the new water heater, Will hauled out the old unit and cleaned up all the mess.
