Went to Lowe's in Royal Palm Beach, Fl and bought a dishwasher with installation. North County Plumbing is the installer, when they went to Lowe's to pick up the dishwasher the installer noticed the box was damaged and asked Lowe's to open the box. No surprise the dishwasher was damaged. The installer from North County called us before Lowe's did and advised us of the situation.
We are going to give Lowe's a chance to remedy the situation, we want to say Thank you to North County for watching out for us the customer it will not be forgotten when future plumbing needs come up.

I can't say ENOUGH about this company and about Don in particular. We had a shower cartridge/valve problem and our hardware is not brand-name as we ordered it online. That made our problem 10 times more challenging and we had two others look at it in bewilderment. Don came, determined to find a solution, and fixed our problem in record time. He's so talented, it was second nature to him but he was still honest about what might happen with those parts in the future.
It's really heartwarming to have an experience like this when we've been down about our bathroom for sometime. Tony was also remarkable - he came to assess our problem before escalating it to Don and was SO responsive. His follow-up/follow through was amazing. The entire company is impressive and they won't kill your pockets. I'd recommend a thousand times. Thank you!

I highly recommend this company, I will give it more than 5 stars for their honesty and reasonable price compared to others companies. My kitchen sink was clogged for two days, I tried heavy duty drain opener, used a plunger, .nothing works. I used Roto Rooter in the past, and decided to shop around and try another company. Based on North County Plumbing excellent reviews, I decided to call them.
The price they quoted me over the phone was reasonable compared to Roto Rooter. After asking me a few questions, Ricky was very helpful explaining over the phone what could be the problem, and told me to use a simple technique, and if it doesn't work, then I would call back and have someone comes in. His technique worked immediately. Thank you so much Ricky! I am grateful to have found a reasonable and honest company. I will use and highly recommend them.

Michael repaired a leaky faucet outside today. He was more than professional, checking that the water that had been turned off came back on properly in all sinks and bathtubs inside. He explained what he was doing as he worked which I really appreciated. The cost for the repair was reasonable and something I could afford. I will use North County Plumbing anytime I have plumbing issues.

I had a leak from my kitchen sink. Everything in the cabinet below the sink was soaked. I called at 4:40 pm and got my appointment for the next morning. Eddie was amazing and fixed my problem.
