Hi-Tech Plumbing Service

My water heater was leaking in the early morning hours. Hi-tech responded to me by 7am and arrived at my house by 10. Everything was fixed, including getting the electrical outlet up to code and replacing my water heater by 3pm. Everyone was very nice and professional. I feel what they billed me was fair, I was expecting to pay much more! I'm very grateful for this positive experience! Highly recommend!

Jonny Martinez is always a pleasure to work with! His professional, friendly demeanor coupled with his honest and heart-felt desire to put the customer first make him a real asset to the company! He always willing to explain down to the smallest detail what's going on during the service call and makes the whole experience comfortable and pressure free!

My husband and I noticed our a/c unit was leaking inside the closet, they got someone out the next day and explained the coils may need cleaning and vacuuming of the lines. The tech returned the next day since it was a few hour job, he just left and did everything possible to make sure we understood what was going on. He explained what could have possibly caused it and what to do/not do in the future with our unit.

Manny is good people. Did a good job explaining the issue. Placed the service call and that got here an hour later to replace liquid line filter drier. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because I'm a tough grader. Services: A/C system repair, A/C system maintenance, Repair HVAC

The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to identify the problem. He did a great job installing the defective part and got the unit up and working. He cleaned up after he had completed his work on the unit. Very, pleasant young manner. He was comfortable to be around. Johny is one of the best workers I have ever had in my home to repair my air conditioner. I will use Hi-Tech and Plumbing & Air and hopefully Johny will be my Technician. Great job Johny and Hi-Tech.

Don't use them. Tried to pull a bait and switch -- contracting with me to install three Moen Flo smart water meters, but then tried to claim they were only responsible for partial installation. They demanded full payment with work only half complete. After some argument they begrudgingly completed the work. Now, two months later, one of the meters failed and they are refusing to come back and honor their warranty. Their techs seemed like good people; their office staff are anything but.

Used their services for Air conditioning recently and was impressed by their swift response. I was able to get the tech out within 60 mins of my call. They provided an upfront quote and the technician was so nice and informative of the process. I definitely recommend them. They are fast, caring and truly knowledgeable people.

We have used Hi-Tech before and are extremely satisfied with the services they've provided. We've had their service contract for several years. I like that they send me a text prior to the repairman's arrival, showing me his photo and giving me some background on his experience. It always helps to know who you are letting into your home. Can't say enough good things about the technician, Jonny, who was thorough in explaining all we needed to know when making some decisions about our air conditioning unit. We never felt pressured. He went over and above what most technicians do. We recommend contacting Hi-Tech whenever you have any problems with your AC or plumbing.

I have a service contract with them and get 2 maintenance services per year. The tech was nice and seemed knowledgeable but told me I needed a new capacitor on 2 of my units. Their fee was over $500 for one and near $400 on the other. I asked why so expensive and was told that they use very high quality stuff. I asked why my 2-3 year old units needed new capacitor and he said sometimes they don't last well.

Anyway I checked online and found the same capacitors for $28 and the other was 3 for $60. I called to complain about the exorbitant charges and was asked if I signed the agreement which I had to before they would install. I would say this company is a BIG RIPOFF!

Worst place ever, they sent a salesperson instead of the plumber to upcharge repairs and criticize work that was done by professional home builders (Lennar Homes) instead of a repair of a Moen product; he suggested I have it replaced with the same item which will only cost $1200 and he will take the old one "dispose of it propperly".what a scamm. you have been warned.

We used their service a month ago, they said was problem with circut braker replace it, with used one charge us $815.54,w e called to ask replacement for a new braker but of course they denied it, and they offered us free matainenance a week later problem appear the same my nest disconect from ac, guess what all time was only sensor was installed a year ago to prevent leaking on my rug the disconnect the electricity from ac to thermostat. a month later i was cleaning my system since got disconnect again when my husband was cleaning surprised, he found a 5 dollar bill rolled on faucet drained water.

It's really discusting to see what measure they go to back fixing something they created first place I would never recommend this company to anyone btw when you call they give you round out to get you manager this only result in a bad reputation

Tankless hot water heater was working intermittently, tech suggested deschaling, didn't correct the problem first time through though.after $700 per unit. Everyone should challenge the technicians regardless of price etc. #Fixerupper tech did a great job thought and we super dicuecated. Service: Repair water heater

My AC went out on a Friday night; which also happened to be the beginning of a holiday weekend. I called Hi-Tech Pluming and AC and within an hour, two of their technicians, Manny and Kenny, arrived at my house. Hi-Tech had sent me photos of the technicians prior to their arrival so I would know who to expect. They were both very knowledgeable and professional.

My system was very old and had to be replaced. They took the time to show me all of my options and walk through what needed to be done, step by step. They were honest, upfront and did not try to upsell nor sell me anything I did not need. Due to it being a holiday weekend, it was going to be Tuesday before they could replace my system. An hour after leaving my house, they showed back up with two portable AC units for us to use throughout the weekend.

This was just one of the many ways Kenny and Manny went above and beyond. They had my systems completed installed, up and running on Tuesday. When the inspector came out, he even commented on what an excellent job they had done. Hi-Tech is an outstanding company which provides quality work and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for any of my AC or Plumbing needs.

Technician was super nice and polite. Just felt VERY over priced. I was charged $500+ for air duct cleaning and almost $600.00 on a clogged toilet. Sure he had to take the toilet off but overall the job took less than an hour, maybe an hour tops. Not to mention I pay for their "yearly plan" that is supposed to save you money but I don't see any savings. Will not be renewing my plan and I don't reccomend them unless you prefer to over pay for services.

I had no problem with the work. The Tech replaced a faulty water intake valve, customized the piping to fit the space better than before and installed the hot water heater. There are no leaks and we have hot water. I did not like the way their work order and invoice are set up. They press you to get a membership, promise you it will take 15% off the job and then present you with an invoice that does not have the 15% discount applied.

They tell you it's already in the final number. I argued and got them to give me an itemized bill showing the discount applied. Very up transparent. They are expensive and stuff like this makes me think I am getting conned even if it's all legit.

Provided us price matching with other vendors and scheduled water heater to be installed in a timely manner. Punctual at the appointment, clean with a nice job done. Will consider them for future jobs. Service: Install water heater

My AC was not working for 2 days, it was so hot, I couldn't sleep. I contacted Hi-Tech, they come on time, fast service, great price, can't thank them a lot. I would recommend them a million time, I feel like that was magic Service: AC maintenance

From the appointment setter Michael to the technician Ivan, they were very friendly and gracious. This company contacted me when my technician was running late and kept me up to date on his arrival time. Ivan was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything that would be needed as well as service warranty information and how it works. He even gave me mangoes off his trees. Very nice. My recommendation, go with a Pro always. It's worth it.
