I live on Jupiter Island and used these guys for a shower that was stripped and kept running.and the experience was not good at all. I was out of town for a month after the repair and when I returned the shower had the same issue on first use. The owner had some weird nervous laugh when he called back but ultimately refused to resolve the issue and did not want to be held responsible for what he called 'cheap plastic parts provided by the manufacturer' I would say try someone else if you need a plumber.

$1,000 later, the problem still has not been solved. Always cancelling at the last minute & rescheduling their appointments. 4 different technicians, 4 unresolved opinions as to what is wrong, yet 4 different bills! For a professional, licensed plumbing company, I would wonder where they were trained? Their answer is trial & error - all of which you pay for with zero results. I would never have them come near my house again

I've seen so many other company's that don't protect the area where the work is being done. Jupiter Plumbing always protects the floors. Sometimes emergency calls come in and they have to move the job, but so worth the wait. Matt at Jupiter Plumbing the Stocky guy is the man. He cleared my tub stoppage and explained everything in detail.

They are the best around hands down! Family owned business for 50 plus years! I have been using Jupiter Plumbing for over 25 years! These guys do it right the fist time and they are committed to their work. They may cost a bit more but their work is above all!

As the Executive Director of Mangrove Bay Retirement Community in Jupiter with 155 apartments, I can honestly say I don't know what we would do without Jupiter Plumbing.

We have depended on Jupiter Plumbing for 17 years and they have never let us down. Their team is knowledgeable, considerate and they always keep areas they work in clean. You can trust them to do the work correctly, efficiently and the rate will be fair. I would highly recommend Jupiter Plumbing for any household or business in need of plumbing services.

Jupiter Plumbing did all of the plumbing for our house remodeling project. Their plumbers were always polite, completely professional, and did very high quality work.

Had an actual appointment for last Friday. When I called in the morning for an Estimated arrival time the receptionist said, " no one will be coming to your home today.we have an emergency." Trying to be sound sane, while dealing with a broken toilet, I asked for another appointment for Monday. Answer, " no we are booked for Monday." You can try another plumber or wait until Tuesday.

At this point I had waited 7 days for an appointment. I called a responsive plumber. Run from Jupiter Plumbing as fast as you can. Yes, I was a previous customer. Just the worst customer service.

Had a water heater go bad, husband tried to fix but still no hot water so ready to replace the tank - expensive. Jupiter Plumbing came out, checked his work and discovered one of the new parts he had put in was defective. Replaced it and got it up and running for a reasonable price. Very impressed with their honesty as would have been an easy WH sale for them at a much greater profit. Would recommend.

This one hurts me. Several years ago they were referred to me by my Property Manager after I shared several bad experiences. I've called the company three times. The first experience was fantastic. I was that guy who referred them to everyone. The second time it took me almost a week to get an appointment and the third time I requested a morning appointment on a certain day because I had the time off work and was told they don't guarantee appointments and gave me a mid afternoon option.

Absolutely the rudest company I have ever dealt with on a professional level. The girl who answers the phone should be reprimanded for how she treats customers. We are doing an extensive remodel of a home on the ocean and she said they do not provide estimates, they need all model numbers of toilets and that they do not do anything over the phone.

I would strongly suggest that the plumbers working for this company fire the receptionist and answer the phone as they are losing thousands of dollars of business and no one is that good to turn away a paying customer. I would have given zero stars but then could not post the review. By the way, this is the second time I have tried to hire this company and the second time I was turned away. Wow! Unbelievable! Wouldn't trust them at all!

My day started terrible with our condo flooded. I contacted Jupiter Plumbing Service and they responded by sending Mike. He arrived promptly, was very friendly and replaced our water heater. He was professional, went beyond expectations during removal of the old, installation of the new and leaving the area clean. I highly recommend this company. Great job!

Once again Jupiter Plumbing came through and saved the day. Sadly I have needed them more times than I like to admit and they always come through. The first time I used them I had 4 other plumbers come out to fix a drain problem and the others could not find it. JP said they weren't going to leave until they fixed it. And they did - in a reasonable amount of time.

This time a 3 year old put a small spray bottle down the toilet and flushed, jamming it in the toilet. It was a struggle for Mike to get it out so much so that at one point he didn't think he would and said I am going to keep trying but you might want to start preparing yourself to buy a new toilet. And then voila- he got it out. Highly recommend Jupiter Plumbing. I have used them around 10 times in the last 4 1/2 years and have only positive things to say about them. Awesome team. Clean and precise work, Justin is the best. He completed all plumbing work professionally while we were remodeling our home. We have been their client for last 21 years for our business needs, always pleased with their work. Highly Recommend for business or residential.

If you have an emergency leak do not call these people. They have rescheduled us twice and our water bill goes up over a $100.00 every time they do. We can not afford a $200.00 a month water bill because they can't get out here. Would not recommend them to anyone.
