Mr Rooter

Needed an emergency drain clean out over the Memorial Day weekend on Saturday evening. I contacted three outfits. Heard from two and the only business to follow through, dispatch and have someone available was Mr. Rooter. Response was 30 minutes, plumber was knowledgeable, professional and effective. Cleared drain blockage, removed all roots that had grown into pipe, provided images out 80ft to street hook up.

Due to legacy construction issues he also had to remove a toilet to access pipe. Based on feedback from another plumber the price was a little high, but with holiday weekend, extra work, etc I would say it was fair. Was very satisfied with the experience overall.

Steve had a very challenging job but he just kept at it (staying late into the evening) till he cleared the line. He was incredibly nice and very knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for a nicer person with incredible work ethic. Service: Sewer cleaning

Nick did an excellent job! He got here within twenty minutes and cleaned the sewer line quickly and reviewed options for future preventative maintenance. He was very professional and I would highly recommend. Services: Drain cleaning, Sewer cleaning

If you need plumbing services, call Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Rochester. Derek and Nick were very informative as to what needed to be done, what assurances were offered and what they planned to do. I was shown the list of services and pricing before they began their work. They were both really nice guys, respectful and helpful. We had a terrible clog in the pipes from both bathrooms and it took some doing to get them both cleared.

We were given the details of what they had done and assured the drains were running freely again. We elected the 3-year warranty in case we need services again for the plumbing issue. Beware the pitfalls of extra tough toilet paper! Derek and Nick both represented Mr. Rooter very well, by their demeanor and integrity. I would definitely call Mr. Rooter again if services are needed. They definitely earned their paychecks!

The front spigot on my "new" old house was leaking, and Mr Rooter scheduled and kept an appointment promptly and professionally. Nick and Cameron explained the problem and the solution very clearly. They also noticed that there was a rusty leak in another pipe. They gave me the option of having either or both repaired. After going for supplies, they were able to finish both jobs that day.

I have had many workmen come to this house, and I have not always been satisfied with them. I called Mr Rooter again, because they took good care of me when they were here a few months ago. I was not sorry. They are not the cheapest, but I know that the price was fair, and it was done right and well. I will be calling them again, I'm sure!

Nick and Derek are very sweet and professional. Nick has installed a toilet in my bathroom previously and was quick and efficient. He explained everything and took his time with me to help me understand the process. They always have a smile. Honestly they both deserve raises it's hard to find good employees like these.

Mr. Rooter did a fantastic job upgrading my previously outdated sump pump system. They came on time, took their time going over all of my options, provided me with the beet course of action, and was able to perform the job on the spot and was complete within the hour. Definitely would recommend! I'm now also enrolled as a member and will be utilizing them for other services as well!

Our technician was wonderful, He did a great job. However, we noticed after he left that there was a $99 charge for a "preferred membership" for three years. He did not ask us if we wanted it, tell us he was including it, or point it out on the invoice. Basically just got us to sign and pay while glossing over it. Be sure to look your invoice over carefully.
