We originally placed an emergency service call on an off day and time through the phone service. The response was delayed and we eventually canceled the call and called during regular business hours. All the service technicians we met with were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and detailed. We will continue to use Reimer for our home repairs.

We have had several Services completed by Reimer and they were all great. To start, Chris R came to service our A/C unit and he let us know at each step exactly what he was doing so we understood the process. Next, Mitch J came to look at our plumbing and complete a hot water tank flush. He noticed some erosion and rusting on our main pipe and quickly made a plan to correct the problem.

The next day Todd T and Cody Z came to fix the problems Mitch had found. Todd and Cody again explained every step of the process for what they were going to do and within a few short hours it was good as new. Lastly, Patrick D came to service our furnace and he like the guys before him was very knowledgeable and efficient in the work he completed for us. Our experience with every person from the Reimer company has been great!

Just moved in our new home and was not familiar with how to erase the various schedules in our thermastat. Zach came over sam day we called when we couldn't get the heat up to our desired temp. Patrick recently came to perform the annual maintenance on my furnace. In addition, he alerted me to an electrical issue with my nearby fuse box. I called an electrician that same day and got it taken care of. The situation could have been much worse had Patrick not brought it to my attention. Our technician was very knowledgeable about our furnace and showed us what was going on in our furnace. We were very pleased with his explanation of everything. Andrew and Eddie serviced my 14-year-old furnace today. They made recommendations on how to prolong the life of my furnace, and also provided options for a new system. After careful consideration I decided to have a new system installed. They were extremely helpful and honest. This is the old furnace that will be replaced in two days. I'm a first time homebuyer. Kevin is awesome and so knowledgeable and I am so appreciative for him taking his time to show and explain in detail all of the plumbing issues this house has. The consultant Mr. Rosso was very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The technicians Todd and Blake were efficient and friendly and did quality work. Everyone made it a priority to get our work done within 48hrs of call.

Andrew came within a few hours of my call to them. My air conditioning was not working properly. He diagnosed the issues and determined I needed a new unit. While here I asked him to look at my furnace also as it it older and has given me a few problems this past winter. We discussed the problems and decided it was best to change both units out at this time.

He spent a lot of time explaining the cost and cost effectiveness of different units. He helped me with financing it so it will work best for me. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable about his job. I would Recommend him to anyone. The picture is my room temp when he came out, will post another once it's installed.

Our air conditioning system was not working properly and Reimer sent technician Andrew Westpfahl out to our home to diagnose the issue. After looking everything over, he did a great job in explaining the situation and all our options to resolve the problem. My wife and I decided to go with a brand new furnace and A/C system for peace of mind and Andrew went above and beyond to get us set up.

The following morning they sent an installation crew (Gavin Zaczek and Tyler Barnes) out to begin the job. These guys did a fantastic job of installing the new A/C system, furnace, and digital thermostat. They also did such a good job cleaning up, that you wouldn't even know an installation took place. These technicians were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Reimer - hands down, the best there was, the best there is, and the best there ever will be!

Talk about professional, responsive and considerate! This company has been all that and more since we had them install a new AC system four years ago and then again last year replaced an old boiler system with a new combi, boiler wall unit. We can't say enough good things about the employees that were here doing the work, the service maintenance men, and the office staff.

Everything has worked well as promised. We have no worries about the great comfort we have had between the heating and cooling in our home or in the future. We know they will take care of us.

Our technician, Chris S, was very professional, courteous and polite, introducing himself immediately. He then proceeded to provide outstanding customer service and an excellent customer experience, taking care of a water pipe leak we called about and another water pipe leak I had noticed just prior to him arriving. He worked quickly to repair the water pipe leaks, and completed the work leaving no mess leftover for us to clean up after.

He diagnosed a toilet leak as needing a new wax seal, and upon our request to examine the current condition of the toilet, was able to provide us valuable information so that we could make a financially wise, educated decision to schedule a future appointment to replace the toilet, instead of simply replacing the seal (which he was more than willing to do, not pushy at all). Chris S was the ideal tech, extremely qualified and personable, and someone I would highly recommend!

I will definitely be calling Reimer for future plumbing, heating and cooling needs. ***UPDATE*** The toilet has been installed, technicians Todd T and Sam showed the same professionalism and expertise that seems to be a common theme with Reimer. Old toilet was removed and new toilet installed quickly and with no mess left to clean up. Again, I highly recommend Reimer!

We love being able to call Reimer and have someone come right out. Marty came out for our annual Hot Water Tank maintenance today. He's very friendly, on time, and clean. He's also very good with all our animals. He's also very efficient and quick; in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend Marty if you need someone who is knowledgeable and friendly!

I called Reimer at 1:08pm for a central air tune up earlier this afternoon. They have an $89 tune up special currently running. By 4:15pm the service is complete, and I had a optional $30 part replaced for a total with tax, of $131.72. The service is quick, efficient, the technician, Kevin, was friendly, very knowledgeable, and willingly explained and answered all questions. I highly recommend Reimer for any hvac and plumbing needs.

We woke up yesterday morning to a cooler than normal house. The furnace boiler was running but the house wasn't warming. We immediately called Reimer. After explaining the problem we were told they would call us back in a few minutes to let us know when someone could get here. A couple minutes later they called back and said someone would be here in about an hour.

Less than a hour later, Lou the service tech arrived. After running some tests on the pumps and electrical system, he diagnosed that the problem was with the relays that turned on and off the pumps and furnace burner. That is why we like Reimer. Although he said we should consider upgrading our really old heating system, he tried to repair the problem.

After doing a good cleaning of the contacts, everything began working just fine. He did no high pressure selling to convince us to buy new relays at $385 each (x2). Instead we were charged less than $100 for the service call and repair. This is why we recommend this company.

Thank you to Brett and Reimer for your fast service on our central air system. On the hottest day of the year, the response time was outstanding and greatly appreciated. Brett thoroughly tested our entire system, quickly narrowed down the burned out component and replaced it, and at a very reasonable cost. Within a couple of hours of calling Reimer, the AC was working like new.
