Barefoot Septic & Sewer, Inc. proudly serves all of Monroe County and all of Livingston County as well as eastern Genesee County, Western Ontario County, northeastern Wyoming County, southeastern Orleans County, and western Wayne County. The septic tank is a large box that is most commonly made out of precast concrete.

If your are experiencing any problems with your drains or system it may be necessary for someone to be home when we come to pump the tank so that you can run water to ensure the drains are all working properly when we are finished. We can often pump your septic tank when no one is home. We require payment when the pumping service is provided.
Every time that anyone in your home uses water, the wastewater that is generated as that water goes down the drain is treated in your own yard, on your own property! Just think, every time anyone washes their hands, washes the dishes, runs the clothes washer, takes a shower, or flushes a toilet, all that wastewater needs to be cleaned and returned to the environment. It is the job of your septic system to clean the wastewater and re-introduce the treated water back into the ground and environment.

EXCEPTIONAL Service! I called a few minutes after they closed and expected to get a voice mail. Instead got a knowledgeable receptionist. She knew what questions to ask and was ready to set up an appointment for the next morning. As desperate as I was I had a dental appointment that next morning so she arranged for the afternoon. The technician Matt was on time, professional and efficient.
With a series of questions and short testing he was able to determine the source of the problem. Got the tank pumped in no time and solved the issue. Will definitely use this firm again. This is the kind of old fashion quality service that is so refreshing!

Barefoot did a great job with our new septic system installation. As our 50 year old septic was failing they came out and gave an estimate right away. They began installation promptly as soon as the weather permitted and did an awesome job with quickly installing the new septic system, including leach lines. They were very professional and our new septic system is working great. I highly recommend Barefoot Septic & Sewer for any septic system work!

Barefoot last pumped our septic tank about 15 years ago. Called them again because of a slow toilet and Barefoot came the next day. I uncovered the access ports to the septic tank before they arrived. Carl and Lee arrived when they said they would and quickly got the tank pumped out. They pointed out and cleared the invasive roots causing the slow toilet and made suggestions of what I can do to eliminate them. The guys were friendly, courteous and worked efficiently. I'm very happy with their service and will call on Barefoot again in the future.

Andrew, who works in the office was amazing. Helped us getting service in a pinch. We thought we just had a clog. After trying to fix what we thought was a clog ourselves we realized our tank was full.we can't fix that. Andrew set up emergency services late on a Friday. Ben and Devon were there within an hour to help us. Our tank was so full the our vent was plugged.
They were willing and knowledgeable enough to know to use their equipment to clean to vent as well. My son was there with my father in law and they treated them both like family. They explained everything to us and we have a lot more knowledge about our system and how to prevent this from happening again, and we now have an idea as to the next step to improve our system. Thank you Barefoot!

Our main sewer pipe leading from our basement through our foundation out to the septic tank cracked. This happened on Sunday night right before a huge snowstorm. We called Monday morning to see about getting someone out they had no trucks on the road due to how bad the storm was. As soon as they were able to get someone out they did which was fast with the winter storm.
Once they looked at it they did determine we needed a new pipe. They came out the next day and replaced it! The cost was less than what we were expecting. They were very professional and so helpful throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs anything done with their septic tank!

Had an inspection on a 50 year old system for piece of mind. Turns out my D box and tank were falling apart. Had barefoot do the replacement of those two items. From the inspection to the install the whole team was super friendly and very good at explaining things. Their price was very reasonable and the work they did was top notch and done in a very timely manor. I will recommend barefoot to anyone in the future.

Barefoot septic is the best! I've used them for several years (over two house) for inspecting and pumping my systems. I recently engaged them to replace my leach lines and install a curtain drain. This is the first time I worked with the owner. Very efficient and professional. The coordination between Barefoot and two other contractors was incredible and the job was finished in a day. The best company I've worked with this year (and there have been a bunch :))

Barefoot Septic came out to pump my two tanks and did a great job! Scheduling was easy and they were able to find a date the worked best for me. Our service tech Troy was upfront and honest about the condition of the tanks and what he saw. The price was great compared to other local companies. They were clean and neat and you wouldn't even know they had come. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Our washer was draining out of its overflow pipe every time we ran it, so we knew something was wrong, that's when we called barefoot. We had no idea we had a separate tank for our grey water line, but Chris did an amazing job finding the tank, and him and Troy were very helpful in getting it unclogged and draining again for us! This was the second time we called barefoot, and both times they came out to help us, they have been wonderful. They were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable on the issues we have had.
