William Betz, Inc. opened its doors in 1914 as a family run plumbing and heating supply business. Our motto was prompt and courteous service then, and it is the same today. In 1996 we went from a single branch operation to a multi-branch operation. That is when we opened our Lester branch, followed by the opening of our Northeast Philadelphia branch in 2006.
We have grown from a small time hardware store to one of the largest plumbing suppliers in Philadelphia, yet we still manage to maintain the service and knowledge one would expect from a family run business. Along with our superior service, we have the most knowledgeable sales force in the industry to respond to any and all of your plumbing and heating needs.

I will tell everyone this. This place BETZ Plumbing. Is the most unfriendly, nasty, unprofessional customer service I have ever seen or dealt with. I will drive 30 miles out of my way to go to another plumbing supply. And they Wonder why small companies goes out of business. The upper management should rethink. I will bring all my supplies or order them from other companies.
