Thank you SPS Mechanical! My in-laws arrived in town to visit from Texas and our A/C system promptly decided to imitate their southern climate. After a service call, SPS addressed our A/C issue with same day service. Ted Fisher came to the house and evaluated the problem quickly. He corrected our issue, even though I believe it was complicated, and even stayed after business hours to make sure we were cool. Thank you Ted and SPS!

SPS Mech dispatched plumber Melvin Colvin to perform a video inspection of my slow draining sewer line. He arrived at the expected time and made a friendly introduction. He listened to my description of the situation and we walked down my property to help determine any additional problem areas. He agreed the video inspection would tell us where the problem existed.

He explained the costs for the inspection and any possible repair scenarios. He quickly found a root bound section of pipe and performed a quality repair in a short period of time and was on his way. I was very impressed with his professional work ethic and friendly personality. It's nice find someone who take pride in their work and gave you more than what you paid for!

Tony was prompt, courteous and professional. After evaluating the gas line shutoff valve he went over all the options with me to ensure I knew exactly what he was doing and what I was being charged for. He was thorough and his work was clean, very happy overall with the completed job.

What went from trying to install a new washer and dryer turned into plumbing hell. The main shutoff was not working. The secondary shutoff was used to turn water off to home but after washer valve was replaced due to a corroded-on hose, I turned water back on from shutoff and water sprayed from valve. No way to turn it off in home. Once water dept was able to turn water off from street, called SPS and relayed the issue. Decided was able to wait until next day (since it was about 830pm at that point) to wait on repair now that water was off.

They came out next morning, evaluated the issue and listed options. Was able to repair all piping, valves, washer box that day and get the water up and running and washer reconnected. I now have piece of mind that everything in the washer room is replaced and no longer a ticking time bomb.

Joe was great to work with. He explained everything he was doing so that I could understand. He came for maintenance but found an problem. He spent hours to fix my system. I've been having a short cycling issue with my furnace after converting to gas in 2019. Ted Fischer came to the rescue and was able to fix the current issue. He also was able to explain to me what the problem was and even drew a picture to help me understand! Thanks so much Ted! I will definitely be asking for him at SPS with any future services.

HVAC system suddenly became inoperable so I call SPS. They responded with an appointment quickly and Ted showed up as scheduled the next morning. Great Guy, he quickly diagnosed the issue, discussed repair options and repaired the problem. Very satisfied with the interaction!

This is the second time I've used SPS mechanical and their service and professionalism was once again, excellent. Technicians Ted and Joey arrived within the set scheduled time; they also contacted me via via phone to alert me when they were on their way. Shoe covers were immediately put on before entering the house and they explained exactly what they'd be doing during the system check.

They took an adequate amount of time for a thorough assessment of the chiller and fan unit. I was given a complete report of their findings with optional recommendations. Glad to have SPS as my HVAC service technicians!

We have a service contract with SPS and they send someone out periodically to check our heating and air conditionings units and perform routine maintenance. We are always pleased with their service. The Technicians are always professional, polite and respectful of our home. Our most recent service visit was from Theodore Fischer. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to us, making sure we understood everything he was doing, how long it would take and what we could expect when he was done.

After Ted finished the routine maintenance, we asked him a question about a problem we were having with our condensation pump. Unfortunately the problem only manifests when the temperatures are below freezing so he had to rely on our description. He offered several solutions to fix our problem and explained how each solution would work in the short term as well as in the long term.

He also provided several financial options that would work within our budget. Overall we were very pleased with the service. Ted was excellent and clearly customer centric, committed to providing the great service.

So, I had called a different company that rhymes with "blorizon". They actually refused to come out and quote the job. I then found SPS, and first spoke to Duff, who immediately sent John out. John diagnosed the problem quickly, explained anything I had a question about, and got the ball rolling on getting the work done. Tina and Debra were excellent in responding, answering any questions, and getting the team out to me and my new system installed.

The team was amazing. They completely removed my old system and had the new one almost installed in one day. They were as clean as they could be, respectful of me and my property, and their work is top notch. If you're not using SPS, you're making a mistake!

SPS is always available and the techs explain issues well. Additionally, they offer various solution options depending on your level of warranty comfort. Never had to have them come back to correct a job. Done right the first time, every time. Thank you specifically to James who has serviced my home several times.

Over the weekend our water heater went out and we contacted SPS for assistance. The service we received was excellent from the dispatcher to our technician. Mel was our service technician, he was courteous and professional. He came to our home in a timely manner and he completed thorough assessment our water heater. He gave us excellent recommendations and explained several options for resolving our water heater needs.

He took his time and ensured we understood what needed to occur during the installation process as well as ensured we understood our new system. Mel was excellent to work with and we highly recommend his services.

Horrible experience. Pros: located at Swedesboro and open at 7am Cons: service fee $100 while others charge $75 Ed came at 10am and told me he can't turn the AC on. I don't know why I would call him if it wasn't broken in the first place. Gave a vague "voltage enhancement system" excuse when it was just a capacitor issue. Tried to charge me $404; invoice attached.

I wasn't home but according to my neighbor Ed was sitting on my driveway for 2 hours. Management should address this. Another company showed up at the end of the day, and just by the hum of the unit said it was a capacitor issue. The other company quoted me $214 for the same capacitor installed on the spot. I went online and saw a tutorial on YouTube and got the capacitor for $13.20 including tax and shipping.

New Years Day my sweet one backed up into my house flooding half of my downstairs. SPS came out the next day and clears the clog in the main sewer line. Then found that the sewer line was broken. At firs, the quote was $3,800 because they thought the whole line needed to be replaced. But when the tech, Jeremy, came out to replace the line he found it was actually a bush that roots has grown down the clean-out because the previous homeownwr put the bush on top of the clean WITH THE LID OFF.

The roots and dirt eventu filled the sewer up, and backed water up into my house. They ended up only needing to replace the clean out and saved me $2,000 in the process. Nice work!

We utilized SPS to convert our house from propane to natural gas. Sal was very flexible and did all he could to get us the most competitive price he could offer. Ken provided us with the energy performance test and was very informative in how we could achieve additional efficiencies. Finally, Aaron and AJ performed our whole home conversion. They were very professional, left no mess, and got the job done right and fairly quick. We are 100% satisfied and would recommend everyone to give SPS a shot when considering whole home conversions.

The service Reef and his team performed was prompt, professional and friendly. SPS replaced my house's water system (filtration, softener, well tank, water heater and sump pump). The install was very clean and I am pleased with the price which was quoted much lower than a local competitor.

Excellent experience! My 21 year-old hot water heater decided to die over the past holiday weekend. I called early on Tuesday and Dino was sent out later that afternoon. They looked at the heater and let me know a new one would cost the same as fixing it. I had already set my mind on a new one so they were able to have a new one installed by late the same afternoon and didn't pressure me to get anything more expensive than what I was prepared to pay. Huzzah for hot water! Thanks guys for your professionalism, speed and willingness to work on a 95 degree day! Highly recommend.

SPS Mechanical did a great job resolving the issues at our new shore home caused by the builder. They serviced our HVAC system and corrected a problem with the induction heating coil. SPS was very accommodating and easy to do business with. Highly recommended.

I have worked with many contractors over the years and I can honestly state that SPS is the most professional, trustworthy, down-to-earth and knowledgeable company and group of people that I've worked with. SPS rescued my current house after a previous heating & plumbing company botched the under-the-floor radiant heating that my wife and I installed and also botched the installation and piping of our boiler for the entire house.

We faced a horrible situation. BUT, Sal & Reef and the rest of the SPS team were able to diagnose the issues, exhibited immense knowledge and expertise way-beyond others, completed the necessary repairs timely, were fair in their costs/labor and overall price, and worked with us on a payment plan that matched our financial needs. We have been customers of SPS for the past four years. Their work is always top notch and the service they provide is outstanding. Most recently, we converted from propane to natural gas. Their expertise was exactly what we needed. They actually advised us of some financing programs the gas company was offering and wound up converting our entire house including changing to new heating and air-conditioning- all high-efficiency units You cannot go wrong with using SPS for all your mechanical needs

On time and finished the job in 10 mins. That is the good news. $240 dollars for 10 mins of work! That is ridiculous. That is $24/min and the job required no parts. In fact it didn't even require a tool unless you include his hand and a paper towel. Even though I was happy with the work, I will never use them again unless I feel like being fleeced again.
