The company started with only two stockholders and four employees - but 13 years later, we have grown to a staff of 30, including 16 technicians. Anthony Romano was my technician. He was on time, he was professional, friendly, neat worker. He explained everything he was going to do, was very detailed and very informative. After the service was completed he explained to me so that I understood every detail of how the new system worked, and asked numerous times as he was explaining if I had any questions. I would definitely call Tindall and Ranson again and would highly recommend them! Very very good experience.

Crooks! Asked for an estimate on a basic plumbing job (remove tub, reroute drain, install new fixtures). First, they sent someone from construction/home improvement who took 2 weeks to come back with an estimate that was nearly $5.5k above the going rate. Tindall Ranson $7,100 vs. J&D Plumbing $1,650. No idea how they can be that far off the mark. I would suggest finding someone else for plumbing unless you have $ to burn. Outrageous and insulting.

This was a new water heater installation through Tindall and Ranson. The installer, Anthony Romano, arrived at the earliest of the stated time window. He was clean, neat, courteous, and professional. Anthony takes care and pride in his workmanship and work area. He did not rush the work, but was carefull, clean, and intentional with how he did everything. Not a spill, drip, or fingerprint remained when he finished. Tindall Ranson should be happy to have this employee doing their work and representing the company to customers.

I had gotten several quotes and I was glad I went with PSEG and their installers Tindall and Ranson. Anthony Romano was a very professional and knowledgeable plumber. He explained everything thoroughly, was neat and efficient and gave me recommendations on ways to make the furnace/water heater room have better air flow. He and the extra man were both a good team and got the 75 gal out quickly and neatly. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I was referred to Tindall Ranson via PSEG. Dan was our technician and he was stellar. Kept our home clean, had to work with some janky piping and installed the new hot water heater. Took time to explain how everything works. He worked solo and I don't know how he manages working with heavy tanks, but he was efficient, neat and professional. I would not hesitate to reach out again should I need more work done in the future.

Matt came to replace my water heater - he installed the heater, removed the old one, answered all of my questions, offered advice to keep the thing in good shape, everything. They were able to send Jason in on the same day as the appointment was made! The company that my home insurance recommended has terrible reviews and couldn't send someone over until after the coming weekend. There's a hefty price out-of-pocket, but it's mostly worth their professionalism and attention to detail. He even came in our house wearing a face mask and shoe covers.

I needed my hot water heater replaced and Tindall and Ranson sent Andrew out to do the work. He was OUTSTANDING! He was on time, professional, courteous and followed COVID-19 protocols to the letter. He wore covers on his shoes and put down drop cloths on the floors. He explained the price up front and explained everything that needed to be done in detail. Used to be my go to plumber. Very disappointed when I asked for service on a very simple but important household facility (faucet in kitchen sink). They couldn't see me for two weeks and would not consider fitting me into a cancelled slot. Refused to do this. Would not bring an upgraded faucet, only what was on the truck. Showed little interest in my business. Goodbye.

Dan was an excellent installer. He explained what he had to do and made me feel confident that everything was well done He gave me great advice and suggestions for preventing future problems as well.
