I had a gas leak in my basement on a Friday night. I didn't think I would be able to get in touch with a plumber but I called Bob and he came within an hour and fixed everything.

Two weeks ago, on a Friday afternoon, I could no longer switch the sponges around the kitchen faucet fast enough. The leaks underneath the sink were ok because out of sight. I first called the plumber in my area with many fantastic reviews. They would send someone Monday to give me an estimate. If I didn't approve, I forfeit the $78.(?) I then called Hoegler.

He arrived about 2 hours later, looked over the situation, told me what it would cost & that he has his full shop in the truck. He encountered unforseen issues from 37 year old plumbing & a botched professional hookup of a reverse osmosis tank & filters which caused needing new pipes to be welded on. The first time I witnessed in person someone with the 'failure is not an option' mindset.

And he disposed of the osmosis rusted tank & 4 filters & hoses that filled the cabinet & I removed earlier to the bathtub. Thank you Bob! I just hope if there's a next time, you'll have a good ringtone!

Bob and his wife were responsive to my "cry" for help last evening - literally. I was in tears when I discovered water all over the cabinet that holds my garbage disposal. I explained the circumstances causing my distress and Bob reassured me he would address the situation the following afternoon, to calm down - and don't slip on the wet floor! I had a problem with the Shower valve in my apt. Bob was responsive to my calls and was very transparent about what the problem could be. He also said upfront that till he starts the work he might not know the actual issue and how much it would cost. He was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed the issue within a reasonable price.

Bob is very professional and cares about his customers. He knows what is required and is willing to challenge inspectors when warranted. He goes the extra mile and knows the business. I recommend him highly!

With the heavy rains we had, my sump pumped must of worked twice as hard. I noticed it wasn't kicking in anymore and realize it stopped working. My limited plumbing skills told me it was broke, I still had water rising so I could not leave it for another day. I called Bob Hoagler which several friends used and raved about the quality service. I called about having our water heater replaced. The lady quoted extremely high price. It is more than $2,000 higher than most of others. I do not think she fully understood. Yet she is the person who picked up the phone. Sad that she blocked customer from reaching to the right guy who does the job.

I called Bob as a new customer after a rainstorm left my basement flooded. Within 6 hours Bob arrived and replaced my broken sump pump. He took the time to explain the scope and costs before any work was completed. Afterwards, he walked around the perimeter of my house and found a broken gutter that was the source of the flooding. I have used Bob Hoegler Plumbing a few times over the past five years. Bob has always been responsive and shows up on time. He has replaced faucets, moved a gas line for my dryer, repaired a shower head and installed a sump pump and back-up sump pumps system for me. One time I called when he was on vacation, his wife called me back right away and set up an appointment. I would recommend Bob Hoegler Plumbing to anyone who wants a job done right.

Great and very professional. Had an emergency situation with the shower not turning off. Only plumber that came without giving me any issues or saying they would have to research the house. He came and did what needed to be done quickly and professionally.
