Lesco Plumbing & Heating LLC

We have used Lesco Plumbing many times since they were recommended to us a number of years ago. They have repaired and replaced pipes and our water heater. They are prompt, very professional and friendly, and they always do great work! Today Marco and Saverio came out to install two new hose bibs, I would call them hose spigots, in the front and back of our house.

They answered all my questions before and during the work. They drilled through the basement cement walls carefully and their work was neat and very well done. Now I don't have to worry about water leaking down into my foundation from the old spigot. Marco and Saverio are excellent. I am extremely happy with their work and will count on Lesco in the future.

We were so pleased with our experience with Lesco and our technician Saverio! It was super easy to schedule the appointment to have our washer drainage fixed - Lesco was very responsive and we were able to get a next day appointment. Saverio was on time, very communicative throughout, and explained issues clearly. He fixed the washer drainage quickly and it's working perfectly. We are very happy with the work, professionalism, and prices from Lesco! Our house in West Orange is over 100 years old. One of the pipes to the boiler started leaking, and we got quotes from 6 different plumbing companies ranging from $750 to $12,000 to repair the leak. The technician from Lesco who came by (Jonathan) was on time and professional, and I got a text message with a picture about 10 minutes before he arrived, which I appreciated. Jon explained the issue and repair work clearly, answered all my questions, and quoted me a very reasonable price for the job.

It was the only quote we got that gave us any confidence, and we were glad we went with Lesco on this job. The work was clean, quick, and effective. But my house is old, so the repair ended up causing another leak in a different location. Jonathan came back the next day with another technician (Steven) to repair the new leak, offering a discount on the new work.

After this repair there was another minor leak from an open valve; they came by that same day to check out the issue and made a minor adjustment for no charge. This work was done about a month and a half ago, and there have been no problems with the boiler since. We were so happy with the work that we've been trying to get added to their regular service plan.

We also recently called Lesco again to have a leaky basement faucet replaced. The technician who came to do the job (Chris) showed the same excellent professionalism and quality of work we were expecting, again at a reasonable price. It's clear to me that this company is committed to great customer service, and I'm confident that the next time we have a plumbing issue we're going to call Lesco first. Thanks!

You can always expect professional, high-quality work from Lesco. I've tried several plumbers in the South Orange/Maplewood area and like Lesco the best. I've used them for several projects, including a whole-house humidifier installation and gas line installation to a fireplace. I'm always happy with the quality of their work, timeliness (they stick to their appointments), and transparency of pricing.

Our heating system is broken, when the weather is cold, there is nothing worse than this. So we need repair service urgently, after several phone calls, we received recommendation from someone in the trade to contact Lesco plumbing, heating and cooling, and ask for Marco. Lesco's dispatcher quickly arranged for Marco to come between 11:00am to 1:00 pm, he arrived on time, found out the problem and fixed it in no time! by 12:15 Our heating was back on, thanks so much to Marco for being punctual and professional, his service is highly recommended.

I had an issue with my heat system this week. Chris was the technician on the call. He was awesome. He was knowledgeable, professional and patient with all of my questions. My problem was resolved. We've had multiple plumbing problems over the years and had several work done by repairman from the businesses near home. But problems were never fully fixed. I called Lesco. First I had to fill out the service request form online and would have to pay $89 for just having them come to my house. This fee will be waived if you get the service from them.

They email/text back very quickly. I could make an appointment promptly. When Steven and Jon arrived on time, they put on the shoe covers so that they didn't make our hardwood floor dirty. They were very professional, friendly and explained the problems we had in detail. I called them for the plumbing work, but ended having them the heating maintenance work. The plumbing problem was more serious than we thought and they will come back later and work on it. I will write another review after that job is done.

Since moving into our home in last year, we've reached out to Lesco for a number of repairs and the installation of a new water heater. Each time the technicians were professional, on time, friendly and knowledgeable. They were always quick to diagnose the problem and explain the fix. I want to give a special tip of the hat to Marco, who has done the last few fixes at our house.

He's been great in every regard, and I'm always put at ease when I see him at our door. Have we spent more money on plumbing fixes than we had hoped in our first year in our first home? Yes. But given the quality of service Lesco offers, I don't have any second thoughts about it.

As this was our first time dealing with steam heating, The technician, Chris, was very knowledgeable and able to provide us information on how to maintain the steam boiler so no more issues persist. We woke up to find that our Heating system was not functioning. We called Lesco and they quickly set up an appointment, confirmed it with an text and email and kept us informed as to the arrival of the technician. Chris arrived within 2 hours of our call, diagnosed the issue, called in our parts which they searched for locally, gave us the price to repair and discussed options.

We agreed to the price, and they immediately bought at a local supply location and had delivered to our home within the time it took him to take out the blower and capacitor. Lesco just installed a sump pump in my basement. As usual, they were professional and were perfectionists. I have used them for years and they always do a great job. Thank you to Jonathon, Steven, Juan, and Stan for being neat and leaving my house in the condition that you found it upon completion of the job. Very well run plumbing company. Modern booking system, on-time (in fact they called to see if they could come early due to a last minute cancellation!). Chris did a great job and explained things clearly. In the past, we have used Lesco for a plumbing emergency, and the owner himself called and came out to make sure the job was done right. I have been using Lesco for may years for minor repairs and have always been very satisfied with their work and pricing. But this last visit my old boiler needed some big repairs. The technician Chris Susicke was very professional and walked me through the repairs that were needed. He also gave me options on the repairs with two different quotes, which I liked.

I contacted Lesco for the first time about a leak from the drain in our commercial kitchen sink and received an appointment first thing the very next morning. Chris was our technician who arrived on time, was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. I stepped away for about 15 minutes and to my surprise, I came back to a finished repair job.

You wouldn't have even known he was ever there, everything was clean and working perfectly! Chris even looked at an issue that started a couple days before with our small hand sink and he quickly fixed that as well. Very impressive at a very reasonable price!
