Tony was great, he responded immediately to an emergency leak we had, Told us a temporary fix over the phone while responding and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficiently and at a great price. Definitely my number one phone call for plumbing issues in the future!

Tony came to the house on Monday to look at my 17 years old failing water heater and replaced it on Tuesday. Reasonable price and great honest service. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a replacement water heater because I'm selling my townhouse. Tony returned my call promptly and came to give me an estimate. My requirement was that it needs to pass inspection. He assured me that they get the permit from the town. After the install and after I paid, I kept calling for the permit number so I can get the inspection.

He NEVER RETURNED ANY CALLS. I found out that there is no permit on file in Denville and am now in a horrible situation with my buyer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH TONY. HE DID NOT RETURN REPEATED PHONE CALLS TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION.

Tony was honest, efficient, timely and honored all commitments. I would definitely call on him again for any hot water heater or other plumbing related needs. Thank you Tony for being one of only a few contractors practicing your profession with integrity.

What a lifesaver! Tony was available and informative. He was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. More than that, he was polite and understanding since we are new homeowners, Tony gave us a heads up on how to handle the fallout from the leak. I appreciated that he did not charge me for more work than necessary. The cost of the work was right on par with the estimated cost online. It's safe to say that in future I will definitely call the Doctor.

Great service provided by Tony and his team! He guided us through all the options for a new water heater and helped us pick the right one based on our need. He knew ins and outs of how water heaters work and explained in detail why one option would be better than the other. He also spotted a few things based on the location of our water heater and recommended solutions.

The pricing was great and he made sure that I knew about the energy star rebate option. In addition to the water heater installation, Tony also helped with the outlet of our water softener and reorganized the pipes that were a mess earlier. Kudos and highly recommended.

I called the Doctor Water Heater yesterday after finding my hot water heater leaking all over my basement floor. Tony came out quoted the job immediately, detailing all aspects of the work. By 4pm the work was completed and Tony took his time to review the new system. The quote matched the invoice. He is highly knowledgeable and skilled and I deeply appreciate his professionalism.

I believe Tony aka Anthony Intile is knowledgeable, friendly, honest, genuine, master plumber who is expert in every aspect of Hot Water Heater Installation and current safety codes. I had a very old water heater which was desperately in need of a replacement. He arrived on time and provided free consultation; He patiently explained what needed to be done while we went through dimension/plumbing/venting/aspect of space limitation and based on all of these criteria he recommended the right water heater.

My old water heater was in very tight space but Tony did wonderful job at replacing old heater and installing new one at the same place. On the installation day he and his crew arrived on time, quickly and efficiently completed the installation. In primary consultation he suggested few improvements to match the current code of safety. He suggested to change main prv (pressure relief valve), upgrade to copper piping and widen venting line.

He also worked things out with township office to shut water supply on the day of installation. After installation I had to call him on two occasions; both times he came to take a look and did not charge us. I also called him regarding a problem I had with my furnace which had a pilot issue on Sunday Morning at 7am :) and Tony was polite and gave me right advice that solved the problem.

Overall I could not have asked for a better plumber/water heater installer than Tony. I am extremely satisfied with my experience. I would certainly recommend Tony to my friends and family member.

My hot water heater failed (leaked all over the basement) and I called Doctor Water Heater because I noticed that the owner lived a few blocks away from me. I am so glad I did. Tony came over on a Sunday and did not charge me anything to take a look. I had asked him about a secondary plumbing issue. I had agreed at this point to move forward with the water heater and he mentioned he wouldn't mind taking a look at the other issue. Tony came over 8 am this morning to troubleshoot the secondary plumbing issue, and he didn't charge me anything for this service.

He took the water intake yoke assembly apart 3 times to make sure it was sealed up, but unfortunately it had expired its durable life. He knew that I had someone else coming to fix it, but had tried to save me a couple of bucks, which, as a young homeowner, I appreciate. You can see he is very passionate and enjoys his line of work. Tony ended up going to another job site to complete a project, but was communicative and extremely flexible with my work schedule and said he would come back in the afternoon. Tony came with his service rep, also Tony, and they both installed my new hot water heater in about 2 hours.

The job went very well, everything looks clean. The pricing was very fair for the services provided. Not only did Tony & Tony do an outstanding job, but I enjoyed working with these guys. Thank you, Tony & Tony!

We had an old water heater that developed a leak in the inner tank. Tony was very responsive and did a fantastic job with removing the old heater and installed the new one quickly. Great communication and explained the processes from start to finish.
