These folks are phenomenally responsive and expert at their work. I had a sump pump fouled beyond belief with iron ochre, more rains forecast, and my go to outfit that did the original install was booked and understaffed so recommended I call Mastercraft. Janet was beyond helpful on the phone this morning and said she would do her best to pull one of her crew ASAP to get over to me on the west side of Ann Arbor.

In under two hours she had Marcus here with a new pump, and an hour later he finished some expert work and creative solutioning. Impeccably clean and caring work. If only everything in the world worked this well and with such integrity. A++ Hire these people and let it rain, but not on your parade.

On 2/12/20, the company sent 2 well-qualified plumbers to repair a leak in my whirlpool tub. After extensive testing, including the removal of 2 rare Italian tiles, it was determined the tub needed to be replaced. I paid the bill of $750 and later signed the written estimate of replacement. Despite numerous subsequent texts, emails and telephone messages, the company has not followed up. I am out a significant amount of money and am left with a hole on the end of the tub. Shocking unprofessional behavior. I cannot recommend this company.

Staff were friendly and helpful, Stopped by shop, given advice and, free part. Worked on my house 2 year's ago professional work, Quality parts, fast and clean, fare price. I recommend.

$50 to receive an estimate, not a diagnosis, but a simple estimate. Charging $50 for an estimate is a money grab, I never said it was hidden. I would never pay for an estimate, and I don't know why anyone in their right mind would, it's shady practice.

We had a terrible experience with this company. They came out 3 times (1 for diagnosis, 2 for actual work), spent 2.5 hours but could not solve the problem or pinpoint the problem area. The other plumbing company came out later solved the problem within 30 minutes with fraction of the cost. They charge hourly rates, so the bill added up to 600 for this unfinished, poor job they have done.

We had an excellent experience with Kevin from Mastercraft Plumbing. He recognized our water leaking problem immediately and replaced our shower head connector pipe. He was efficient and explained everything to our satisfaction. We will certainly use this company again.

Fixed leaky spigot and replaced duct work for dryer exhaust vent. Very professional and kind. Quality work.

Tony is a very professional plumber. He walks you through your problems and his explain his recommendations. He uses only quality manufactures and explains the difference from the solutions he installs compared to what you will find at the box stores. Tony has fixed shut off valves, hot water tank and now a new water softener at our house. We keep going back to him because of the trust factor. No issues yet with any of his work.

They replaced my hose bib. Arrived on time, did fast and quality work. I will use them again!
