Brian from StS came out today to fix the exterior faucet on our home which had been broken since moving in. This was the second time he had been out to the house, first to fix our leaking upstairs bathtub that I had poorly attempted to fix myself. Both experiences were fantastic, could not recommend highly enough. Brian has always been on time, very professional - courteous + knowledgeable, and affordable. Very thankful he was able to help us out so quickly when we have a newborn and cannot do much around the house these days.

Our sewer line was clogged. Sinks to Sewers came out to look at it. One of their employees spent several hours working hard on the problem but was unable to fix it. He was courteous and professional the whole time. There was NO CHARGE for the service call and he referred us to another company. I was very impressed and will definitely be calling Sinks to Sewers for future work.

I'm grateful I called STS to repair my leaking shower faucet. Pat, Ed, and grandson Owen did a fantastic job. They were very helpful when we discovered my lifetime delta faucet was discontinued (basically obsolete) and advised I obtain warranty parts from the faucet company. Ed was very personable and a great problem solver when said part was missing parts and had incomplete instructions.
Price was fair, service was quick and professional, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend and will most definitely call STS again when I have my next plumbing issue.

Had two toilets that needed to be repaired. The office staff was friendly and helped us schedule a convenient appointment. We scheduled for 3:00PM and Eddie was here literally at 3. He fixed everything promptly and took the time to explain everything. Great service. Great value. Will use again. Service: Toilet repair

The whole team at Sinks to Sewers, from the office staff I worked with to schedule the job to Eddie who did the initial investigation, to Brian who came to fix the problem once identified, was absolutely incredible to work with. They returned phone calls promptly, were on the job on time, were friendly and professional, and exceptionally skilled at their craft. Would recommend 10/10.

I wasn't going to leave a review but I have been unable to get a response from the messages I've left. The first time we used this company it was a great experience. The man was knowledgeable, respectful and honest. The second time we used this company we needed both our outside faucets fixed. They came in June 2021 and both are already leaking, it's July 2021.
For 600 dollars I expected better quality. Both of the plumbers that came to my house were nothing like the fist guy. They were rude. One of them used our bathroom literally three minutes after they shut our water off and didn't flush. Gross! The fact that I can't even get a call back is disappointing. I thought this was a company that took pride in their work. Guess we will be using another company from now on.

If you care to have COVID-19 vaccinated service people in your home- beware. This business has staff who are not. We had two people show up at our home and when I asked if they were vaccinated they took out masks and put them on. Apparently, it didn't cross my partner's mind to ask when he made the appointment. We have used this business a few times over the past 20+ years as home owners but plan to find another service provider in the future.

Friendly and professional but couldn't fix my problem. I have a clogged drain that I couldn't snake myself with a 50 foot snake, so I called these guys as they were referred by a friend. They said they'd get it taken care of. Their plumber who showed up was very kind and professional but after trying a couple different times to snake/plunge the drain, no luck.
He expended all 60 feet of his snake and had no other options, leaving me to have to call someone else with more power. Had I known they were so limited (I mentioned I had a 50 foot snake myself that didn't work) I would have gone with someone else from the start. I didn't get charged for the actual cleaning fee since the line wasn't cleaned, but still charged $90 for the service call and time.
I understand having to pay to operate but I'm very disappointed in the lack of capability and am back to square one with $90 literally down the drain. I'm sure these guys are good at what they do and may be better equipped to handle different problems but I was not satisfied. Update: I had Michigan Power Rodding come out to take care of it.
They snaked the exact same way, and they hit the clog in 35 feet. Upon showing me their equipment I immediately noticed that the end of the snake was much more rigid and capable of breaking through a clog. They even went to 60 feet just to make sure everything was cleared, and at that point they made it all the way to my final clean out. This means the original STS technician made it just as far and only poked through the clog, not actually clearing it at all.
The equipment difference was insane, with STS's equipment looking barely more capable than my own. Managements only response was that they tried, but honestly using low grade equipment doesn't cut it, because I also tried with low grade equipment. Don't waste your money or your time with Sinks to Sewers for drain cleaning.

My kitchen sink was leaking so I called Sinks to Sewers. This was a non-urgent leak and they got me an appointment two days after I called. The woman who scheduled my appointment was very nice. She also called me the day of my appointment to let me know when the Plumber was on his way. Eddie showed up to fix the problem and he was kind, clearly explained what was wrong, and fixed the issue quickly. The price wasn't bad either. I had a great experience with this company and I highly recommend them.

Super happy with Sinks to Sewers. I called about a leaky kitchen sink and they were able to send someone out same day (even though it wasn't an emergency). Edgar was great--he showed up wearing a mask and quickly identified the source of the leak. He had a spare garbage disposal in the truck that he got right to work installing. He was done in less than an hour and, while it wasn't cheap, it wasn't exorbitant. I know who we'll call next time we need anything looked at plumbing-wise!

Fantastic company. When I called them I got great advice over the phone, and they were able to schedule an appointment for me quickly. Once they came out to our house, they were an amazing help -- and really went the extra mile for us. I haven't written many Google Reviews in the past but I felt compelled to do so for them since I felt so strongly about how great they were. Definitely reach out to them if you have plumbing woes.

Sinks to Sewers goes above and beyond for their customers. I wouldn't use any other plumber! Our old bathroom sink rusted though, so we needed to have a new counter top and sink installed. Ed came out to do the work and when he realized that the new countertop would be too heavy to carry up the stair alone, he called his son to help, who came over immediately.
Both men were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My husband and I are so pleased. This isn't the first time we've used Sinks to Sewers, and I'm sure it will not be the last. I highly recommend Sinks to Sewers if you're looking for quality work from a trustworthy company.

I called to get some plumbing work done. They didn't answer, so I left a voicemail. I got a call back about 30 minutes later. The woman who called back was so helpful and really took the time to explain the repairs and costs. They weren't able to get me an appointment quickly enough (it wasn't an emergency service call), but gave me good referrals and offered additional advice and suggestions, even though they likely weren't getting my business this time due to scheduling. I will definitely call them first if I ever need plumbing service in the future.

It's rare that a visit from a plumber turns into a pleasant experience. But Brian from StS was so courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and tidy that it was actually great to have him in the house. Brian took the time to explain exactly what he planned to do, gave me a consult on another maintenance issue (and called the office himself to setup a follow up visit), and was so quick and quiet I hardly knew he was working. I'll be a customer for as long as I live in Ann Arbor!

I just wanted to update my review with some covid information. During the Stay Home order, I had a leaking faucet that needed to be replaced. When I scheduled with Pat, she asked if anyone in the house was sick and if we had been following the Stay Home order. I found it reassuring that she was that concerned about safety. When Brian came out he was wearing a mask and I felt comfortable letting him in my house (the first person in months) and I also wore a mask when interacting with him.

Had a leaking faucet in a bathroom and a leaking shutoff In the basemen for my outside irrigation system. Very prompt response from Sink To Sewers. Brian fixed the leak but went beyond and adjusted the positioning of the faucet handles and showed me what the problem was. He took time to explain in detail and then completed the work very satisfactory.
Then he tackled the shutoff in th e basement. Again Brian explained in detail what should be done and just replace the shutoff. It was like a jigsaw puzzle, because though the years plumbing work was required Replacing the whole house shutoff ( which had failed some years ago requiring the city to turn off the water at the street). Brian replaced the jigsaw with one smooth continuous pipe and shutoff. Needless to say that I will be calling Sinks To Sewers for my next.plumbing job. Very very pleased with the workmanship!

I can't say enough good things about this family, locally owned company. Have used them for years but recently two things stuck out to us. One was last spring when Gabe came to look at our master toilet and it's inefficient flushing from time to time, we thought it was going to be $100s of dollars maybe even$ 1000s to fix if the venting to the house was wrong.
I even told Gabe this, nope just sediment built up on the under flush, some vinegar and a deep clean and Gabe was on his way! Holy Moly honesty! Then just after Christmas we were preparing to leave when we notice a small leak on our basement floor from the ceiling. I called them and the owner came out immediately and assured me it was our washing machine and it was fine to go away! He also walked me through how to turn off the water to the house in our absence. These guys are fantastic!

I had some trouble replacing the cartridge in my shower (it was leaking), and decided to call Sinks to Sewers to come fix my mistakes. Turns out, I was 99% there, and just needed to a little help over the finish line to get everything working. The friendly Sinks to Sewers folks spent ten minutes on the phone with me, gave me perfect advice on how to fix my problem, and saved me from even needing a house call. So, thanks to Sinks to Sewers for friendly service and for saving me the cost of a house call when it was possible to avoid it!

Simply put: Sinks to Sewers is amazing. Brian, his dad, and Gabe went above and beyond replacing our kitchen sink, kitchen faucet, and bathroom faucets. They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. My family is very pleased with their work and would definitely call them again!

I had several water problems - leaking sink, leaking outdoor spigot, faucet to basement toilet won't stop leaking (had to shut house water off), and replacement of basement toliet. Brian was so personable and informative. He explained every step of the problem and his work to fix it in layman terms so I could understand it easily. I really appreciated that!
On top of that the prices were fair and reasonable. I expected it to cost more! As a woman, I always worry that I am going to get taken advantage of about these things I know nothing about. I highly recommend this company.

My kitchen sink drain was clogged beyond the range of my amateur tools and abilities. Eddie came out, promptly fixed the problem, carefully tested his fix, cleaned up afterwards, gave me a senior discount - and taught me several things about preventing and fixing clogged drains that may prevent me from having to call a plumber again. But if I ever do have to call one, Sinks to Sewers is the one I will call!

We have used Sinks To Sewers twice and both times have been wonderful. We were really impressed with Brian and his ability to problem solve during a toilet installation. He found a defect in a new toilet we ordered ourselves from Lowe's and was able to find a replacement right away, when Lowe's said it would take two weeks. We are so thankful to have found plumbers that are sincere, honest and do a great job!

Ed from Sinks to Sewers did an excellent job repairing and replacing 3 of my faucets in my condo. Unfortunately, he also did an excellent job of chatting for an hour in the middle of his work. This meant I was charged an extra hour for the service. This didn't bother me so much at first because when he was done, I needed the him to stay and talk to my home warranty people.
They needed to confirm the cost and the repair work in order for them to cover everything. Ed ended up confusing them on the cost of everything, and it took a little longer than expected. He ended up getting very angry, yelling at me, and slamming his things on my counter. I gave him his check and politely asked him to leave me house. By the time this all went down, he stayed an extra 30 minutes.
Given that I he wouldn't stop talking and get back to work for about an hour, I thought this was fair. I would not recommend Sinks to Sewars, or at least would not recommend starting a conversation with Ed. He will waste time, and charge you for it. He may also become agitated, loud, and violent. I will never call them again for any service.

We've had Sinks To Sewers come out to our home a handful of times to do various plumbing jobs and each time we've had them fix or replace things, they've been nothing but courteous and prompt. Each time they've been here the work was done in a timely manner with excellent results. They are our go to plumbers!

Two thumbs up. I just had a really bad experience with a competitor and Gabe the plumber was a great relief. The other plumber gouged me for something they misdiagnosed, and then said it would be another several hundred dollars to replace the stop valve that was now leaking profusely. Forget them. Anyway, S2S was great. Gabe offered to FIX the part rather than replace the part - what a rare find for a plumber. It was very reasonably priced - 1/3 the price the other guy quoted and I kid you not. I told my landlord and will call them whenever I need help.

Just used these guys. I was about to do a home fix of a fawcet but the valves were old and wouldn't shut off so I figured I'd let the pro's handle it. Used Hutzels before but felt their prices were a bit high. Call Sinks to Sewers because of the good reviews. They were able to come out the same day. Young man knew exactly what to do. Didn't waste time. and took care of the problem. Price was very fair. Charges were a little high on parts but at least they had them. I would use them again. Also its a family business.

Interesting. Posted this review in April of this year, alongside two other one-star reviews that have mysteriously disappeared. I will repost, because you should know what you're dealing with if you call these people: I had Sinks to Sewers out several times over the last few years to fix a drain in my basement that kept backing up. They snaked it and charged me each time--until the last time it backed up and flooded my basement 40 days after their previous service call.
They said too bad, their guarantee ends at 30 days, and I'd have to pay to have them out again. Thank goodness I didn't. Turned out they had failed to properly diagnose the problem any of the previous times they were out--and would have simply charged me and left once again, with my basement ready to continue flooding. Despite being a longtime customer of Sinks to Sewers, they did not make the effort to properly diagnose my plumbing issue and they did not stand behind their work.
