This company is by far the most over priced company ever to exist. Literally had 1 pvc pipe fix and a simple water tap changed bill came out to $550. When the guy came to do the work, he seemed disgruntled, like he didn't want to be there. Changed the water tap but couldn't fix the pipe leak because he didn't want to get dirty.(Leak under deck). I understand that people need make money because of covid but this BS. I done this type of work myself, cost was $5. They charged over $250 per hour for a job took 30 mins. On top of that the water tap was put on sideways.

I needed a plumber on short notice to address a couple of minor but urgent issues. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and they arrived when they said they would. John explained the issue and quickly fixed it. He provided excellent quality service at a reasonable price and I would not hesitate to hire Herndon Plumbing and Heating for more extensive work. I only regret I didn't find them sooner.

The were supposed to fix a faucet and a stop in the bathroom tub. Turns out they never screwed it on and messed the whole fixture. When I came back to them to resolve this, they asked for 3 times the price to remedy the very problem that they caused and claimed to fix in the first place and charged me and arm and a leg for. Never deal with them again.

I'm a customer for life! $150 for the first 30 min. $50 for additional 15. As reasonable as you'll get. But, the best part is that they don't gouge you! John was in and out in 45 min. Professional. Courteous. I even asked him for advice on a faucet that I want to repair myself. He showed me what to do and gave advice on the manufacturer. He knew the model and make just by looking at it. We've all been screwed by HVAC and plumbers. It is so nice to know that we have a reputable, reasonable, professional expert right in the neighborhood. THANKS JOHN!
