Plumb Crazy - Ashburn-Sterling-Cascades

$400 to replace a shower cartridge is pretty steep (Cartridge provided by Plumb Crazy). I Will likely shop around for a more affordable option in the future, but this may just be inflation and the cost of living in America now. Update: after receiving a second opinion and doing some research, I learned the plumber that came out lied to me. Very disappointed and feel ripped off. Plumber was Tony.

I had one heck of a clog in our kitchen sink, the Technician that came out had to snake our drain at least 25' from the sink itself. He was clean, great to talk to and did an amazing job! If there were 6 stars I would give that to them! Thank you! Service: Drain cleaning

My house caught on fire, melted a plastic water line, and flooded my basement. Scott was one of the only plumbers willing to come out in the middle of the night to help my family. Given our situation he could have price gouged us, but instead he treated us like a neighbor, was kind, and charged us an extremely fair rate. I'm grateful to still have honest hardworking people left in the trades like Plumb Crazy.

Very prompt and friendly service. We had them come out to replace our exterior hose bibs and fix a leak in our secondary tub. The staff was super friendly and gave tips for the future too. We will definitely hire Plumb Crazy again.

Scott refused to wear a mask in our house. He was really rude about it, even though we asked politely. "I'm not wearing a mask! No way!" We had to turn him away. He made it so weird and antagonistic. The whole situation was bizarre. Not everyone in our home can be vaccinated because of health issues. Called another plumber.

GREAT customer service from start to finish! I called to ask about an estimate and spoke with Jess. She was so friendly, professional and scheduled me for the next day! The day of, Daniel called when he was heading to my house. He and Tony arrived when they said they would. They wore shoe booties, mask and were very friendly. Showed Daniel the issue and right away he knew what the problem was and fixed it.

They did a couple of minor things that I wasn't aware of being an issue, but were an issue. Thankfully, small issues. They are reasonably priced, thankfully! Daniel didn't try to sell me anything that didn't need to be done. He also made me aware of a couple things that I need to keep an eye on that I knew nothing about. I will DEFINITELY be using Plumb Crazy for any of my future plumbing needs!

When my usual go to plumbers were booked for a week, they quickly suggested I give Plumb Crazy, another local plumber to help with the standing water in my kitchen sink. From the minute I called Plumb Crazy, I could tell they were committed to helping, she searched the schedule to find a way to get someone out and made it happen within 24 hours. It was pleasant to schedule, Daniel arrived on time, was knowledgable, shared info and pricing up front and got to work.

It was exactly what he predicted and was clearly beyond my ability to fix but they had all the gear to get the messy job done and everything in my kitchen is operating perfectly again. He tested things and let it run before leaving just to ensure everything was good and I was satisfied. I'm a real estate agent and get asked for home repair recommendations all the time - I will happily send my clients to the good folks at Plumb Crazy after my experience.

We noticed some water coming out of our sump pump and called Plumb Crazy. Tony came over the next day and replaced the broken sump pump motor. We appreciated him asking how old the pump was as it was apparently still under manufacturer's warranty so they were able to apply manufacturer's discount towards the new unit. Not something we would have asked as it was beyond the 1year warranty provided by the last plumber. Clearly customer conscious. We used Plumb Crazy last year when we replaced several toilets in the house and was happy at that time as well. Will definitely use again.

This wasn't the 1st time we've used Plumb Crazy and definitely won't be the last. We contacted them (this time) about an issue we were having with a basement toilet. Plumb Crazy arrived on-time and we were pleased to see familiar faces - Daniel & Tony! They quickly diagnosed the issue and narrowed it down to a clogged grinder pump. They took care of business and had our pump working in under 30 minutes.

I also asked them to rebuild one of the toilets that hadn't been serviced in over 10 years. These guys were efficient and diligent about the quality of their work. No aggressive upsell attempts. Can't recommend Daniel, Tony & Plumb Crazy enough. These guys transform bad situations into great experiences!

Came over to my town house and insulted my Wife was more interested in taking pictures of my motorcycle. No call prior to arrival I did the repair myself. Thanks for upsetting My Wife take me out of your Database Would not recommended.

We called Plumb Crazy in an emergency situation and they were extremely quick to respond and very helpful upon their arrival. Daniel was very informative, professional, and courteous considering the Covid situation. He found the problem, fixed it, and explained everything to us. All while being very considerate about keeping our house clean, sanitary, and trying to minimize the impact to the house when tracking down the leak. I highly recommend this company to others! After my son clogged my toilet, I called Plumb Crazy to see if they could fix it. I called and the receptionist was warm and friendly and got me an appointment for the next morning. The technician called when he was 20 minutes away to let me know he was coming. When he showed up he was professional friendly. After getting briefed on the issues and prior to getting started, he told me what he thought the fix should cost, as well as a best and worst case scenario. I ended up with a best case scenario. I was very happy with the service I received and would recommend them.

Had a water line into water heater burst. Luckily home to shut of water main without major flooding. Called Plumb Crazy and they sent Daniel over immediately, even though I didn't request emergency service. Daniel assessed the situation and provided choices of repair level. He had the parts on-hand and completed the water heater pipe repairs quickly.

He even took the time to run several pressure and leak tests, adjusting the system as necessary. In addition, I asked Daniel about replacing the house water main shutoff valve, which I new leaked internally, and he suggested we also run a pressure test on the regulator. Good thing, as the 20-year old regulator was not reducing the incoming pressure, which may have contributed to the water heater inlet line burst problem.

He had the parts available, which were way better than the original parts, and did an excellent replacement. He adjusted the house water pressure, and throughout the whole process, let me know what he was doing and if I was satisfied. All-in-all a great experience to go from broken pipe near-flood disaster to fully fixed and upgraded. I would recommend Plumb Crazy for any repair or installation. I should have had Plumb Crazy install my water heater years ago.

We had our garbage disposal causing water to back up in our kitchen sink and the usual workaround my husband does wasn't working. I called them in the morning and was pleasantly surprised when Daniel called and said he was able to get to us much earlier than anticipated. Daniel was professional and found the root cause of the issue and was able to fix it in no time. And left me with a few tips to avoid the issue in the future. I thought the pricing was fair and the service excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

He explained the cause of our issue and suggested remedies, including his recommendation. He was very thorough and neat. I don't give Five Stars ever. By far the best plumber in Leesburg. We had to have a house bib replaced. Daniel, came on time, explained what needed to be done and completed the job in a very timely basis. Due to the location he had to cut an interior wall, he did it neatly and cleaning, therefore I will only need to do minor work to repair. The exterior work was also fantastic, he sealed the bib and explained everything to us before leaving. All work was completed at a reasonable price. If you ever need work done in the area these are the folks to call.

This is hands down the only plumber I'll ever use. Daniel was on time. Professional, clean and explained everything. No surprises just outstanding work. I love the honesty about what we needed to have done. Prices where great. What more can I say than that finally a honest business.

I have had a great experiences with Plumb Crazy. I first called after finding them on Yelp and I spoke with Daniel. He talked me through some questions I had about shutting off the water main and he allowed me to send him some pictures of my piping/valves. He sent the pic back to me marked up with hot/cold/irrigation/etc., answering my questions and helping me determine my issue was not urgent and I didnt need a plumber. So, recently, when I heard noises and traced it back to my sump pump going bad which was shaking the pipes in house as it started and stopped, knew who to call. Daniel responded quickly and was at my house in few hours. He ended up staying until 7:30 PM is get the job done. A great option for a local, reliable and honest plumber.

Daniel came over to fix a leaking toilet, gave us options, got us all fixed up. we use these guys all the time, they are great and so is Daniel. These are our go-to plumbers. No reason to bother with anyone else.

They have the best service and quality work I've seen. They help me to understand the situation and gave me options of what I could do to fix the problem at hand. I felt at ease in working with them the first time and knew when I had another issue they were the ones I wanted to help me. Honestly, they really worked with me on the whole situation. They will be my 'go to' for any and all plumbing issues.

I believe everyone should make money and do a job that is mutually beneficial for both parties involved. However, I do not appreciate companies, such as this one, that respond to my Yelp quote inquire by asking me to call them, don't pick up when I do call them, call me back and give me a $1,200 quote for a job that I've been previously quoted (by a plumbing company with great reviews on Yelp) for $299. Don't waste my time, don't try to take advantage of people.

I live in Ashburn, VA and I completely demoed my bathroom myself, prior to reaching out for estimates. All I needed was a drain pipe fixed, which I could probably have done myself, with little to no knowledge of plumbing. The drain pipe is exposed because I have already removed the tub. The response by the plumbing company speaks to how they didn't even read what I was looking for.

Great experience from beginning to end. Called Plumb Crazy about a section of pipe attached to hot water heater that showed some leakage, but wasn't leaking at the present. Upon calling Plumb Crazy, I spoke to "Scott", who asked good questions and promptly scheduled my appointment. On the day of the appointment, I got a call from Daniel, who indicated he was on his way.

He arrived within the agreed upon appointment window. Daniel inspected the area of concern and said that the leak was probably from when the hot water heater was installed years ago. He said it could probably be left alone, but he could repair it, if it made us feel more comfortable. At no time did I feel pressured. I opted to fix the section of pipe that once leaked and Daniel knocked it out in less than an hour. Plumb Crazy was professional and courteous from beginning to end, and will get my plumbing business moving forward.
