I have used EZ plumbing several times over the past 15 years from water heater installations to sink and faucet replacements. While my recent request could not be completed due to the way the water pipes were originally installed, they made three visits (even the owner and his son on a Saturday morning). I appreciated the time taken and the fairness of the agreed-upon result.

Three times in 4 months I've had to call them - issues with an old softener, followed by a failed hot water heater then a pipe that let go in a basement wall and flooded the basement. Every time they made it a priority to get here, explained everything that needed to be done and the pricing was clear and fair. Also, the two I've had do the work, Joe and Jaden, are top notch good guys. I'll only call EZ Plumbing for our house.

Scott was very responsive, and respectful to our family's home. He was able to problem solve very quickly, and got us back to life in very short order. Real estate clients raved about EZ Plumbing so I referred EZ to a new homeowner client who needed a myriad of new plumbing installations (gas line install for stove, dishwasher, new laundry hook-up location). I loved meeting Scott, and was so impressed with his calm demeanor and deep experience. Hence we asked the EZ team to be the plumbing crew for our personal bathroom remodeling (happening shortly). Scott gave me very practical tips for selecting our new shower pan and doors- so we're following his gentle smart guidance.

I'll write another review when that bath is completed. In the meantime, a condo in our association had a leak in the crawl space that we estimated was somewhere underground. Another plumbing company had worked on a similar leak (same unit) last spring. They weren't coming to find the leak until the next day. Not good. I called EZ and Colleen (love her!) had Joe out to the condo in an hour.

He spent some time digging in the frozen front yard to find the shutoff (former plumber wouldn't tell us where to locate this valve)- and had the water shut off in an hour. Jason showed up to dig in the crawl space with Joe- and leak discovered and repaired. Scott came by too- and a little follow-up work was completed the next day. Thanks to EZ's outstanding customer service- to say nothing of their accomplished plumbing expertise - this owner didn't have to move out of her home that night- and we were spared a lot of remediation due to EZ's timely repair of this nasty leak in a water supply line.

Imagine how many of the residents in our condo association are going to know of EZ's super skills and service? Imagine how many of our residents are going to hear of the former plumbing company's failure to act? Thank you thank you thank you EZ Plumbing (you're part of the crew too, Colleen).

We had an emergency situation in our kitchen where our faucet needed to be replaced quickly. Not only were they able to come out same day, they were very reasonable on price. Any future needs I have in regards to plumbing, I will look no further than this company.

I had a cracked toilet tank. Joe made time in his busy schedule to fit me in before the holiday weekend coming up. He replaced the old toilet with a new one. He left my bathroom clean. I have had other workers who do not clean up after themselves. he did! He was friendly, informative, explained and showed me pictures of the internal work he'd done and why. The pricing was reasonable. I'll certainly be calling them again when the need arises!

I would highly recommend EZ Plumbing or all your plumbing services. Scott was very professional and gave me several options on a purchase of a new water heater, no pressures, just quality advice. Within my initial phone call, 3 hours later I had a new water heater installed. They followed all covid protocols, which is very important at this time. Scott will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise. My only recommendation is to always request a quote previous to the work been done and to request a breakdown of parts and labor on the final invoice, as these are not automatically provided unless requested.

Called this business for an estimate and the I think receptionist said she would have someone call me back shortly, that was a day ago! I guess they don't need new customers, so skip them and find someone else! Better off going to home advisor.com as I did and got two plumbing estimates right away.

Hired then to install a home water filtration system. It was one of the worst experiences I've had with a contractor. They were unprofessional, they over charged us for labor and the plumber was rude. Steer clear!

Scott was outstanding! Stellar communication from beginning to end. In the last 5 years, EZ Plumbing has installed and new water heater and most recently two exterior faucets. On both accounts estimates were under the quoted price and I felt informed and involved in the process. Although the, I did none of the work. Did an excellent job cleaning up too!

Called late at night - were there first thing the next day. Had all of the parts on hand and fixed our toilet problem with no drama. Very professional. Would use again for sure and love suppoting local businesses.

Exceptional service and professional work! Called to have a new sink and faucet installed after new counters were put in. I called the Tuesday after Memorial Day, so they were busy. Scott answered the phone and was very pleasant to speak with. It turned out they had a technician in my area with some extra time due to a part needing to be ordered for another job. Jason arrived within 10 minutes.

He was very polite and professional. He treated my home with respect. Had the new sink and faucet installed in under 90 minutes. He did a fabulous job. The sink was a granite one bowl and the faucet was a Delta touch20. The silicone around the sink is perfect. The cabinet under my sink has never looked so tidy. I'm beyond happy that I called these guys! I highly recommend this company!

E-Z Plumbing was good at what they do for the most part. However, they are quite expensive, and I still have a leak in the faucet they were supposed to repair. I delayed payment because the work was not completed correctly, and would have paid them for the work they completed, but their invoice does not break out each of the items they performed. By the time replacement parts arrived, I was in the middle of lots of travel and having 12 people staying at my house, and did not have a day when I could wait for a third trip to fix the remaining faucet leak.

They threatened collections and a lien because I delayed payment, but the work is not satisfactorily completed. They have not been understanding that having them back out again is an inconvenience and not workable in my schedule at this time. They knicked the handle on my kitchen sink faucet when they went to remove it to make that leak repair. The replacement they ordered is not the same color - slightly off.

Their invoice did not break out each item they worked on so we could know how much for what and pay them for the work they had completed, but wait to pay them to complete the rest. I think they could have been more compassionate about the inconvenience of a third trip and not made threats. Although they started out well, they will need to make good on finishing the repair they started on my kitchen sink before being considered for work in my home in the future. UPDATE: Well, they did come back out to finish fixing the leak that they were supposed to fix and charged us for before. BUT low and behold, I received another bill for 1.5 hours for the repair.

First of all, I had to help. Hmmm, I'll send them a bill for my services and time. And they didn't fix it the first time and promised they would make good on it. Yeah, try again.
