These are the worst people I have ever had the displeasure of having to talk to. I was hit on my longboard by one of their trucks while rightfully crossing an intersection and they refused to pay for even the parts of my longboard they broke. Their "safety director" Jay Jennings doesn't know basic traffic laws (that you're not allowed to hit pedestrians while they cross a crosswalk) and even lied about what happened.

After they did not return my calls for three weeks and with no help from law enforcement, I have given up and resorted to Google reviews. If you see one of their trucks on the road, steer clear.

Your plumber Rodney is amazing! I've been working with him on a few of our plumbing projects and he has been amazing to work with. Very professional and friendly. Excellent communication with us on the entire project. Other companies we called did not even call us back giving us an estimate and MPFP of Monroe called us right away and got the work done fast. They helped us create a basement bathroom.

The actual physical service was fine, but the billing department is apparently non-existent. We received a bill via email for at the beginning of November for work done in late October. My partner thought I paid it, and I thought he did. We heard nothing from the company until March, when we received a phone call threatening us with a lien on our house for non-payment--four months later, without one paper reminder bill or email sent during that period.

I then tried to pay the bill online a few times, and was unable to due to God knows what; the system glitched at a different point in the process each time I tried. Then I paid the bill by mail, and THEN I got a letter from a lien company the day after they cashed the check. We won't be using them again.

Everyone that we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The technician Luke did a great job replacing our well pressure tank and explaining everything to us. He also repaired a leaking pipe. The technician who diagnosed the problem was also very good. We would definitely recommend this company.

I had a very positive experience with Monona Plumbing & Fire Protection for a major plumbing project. Specifically, the sewer line under my basement floor had deteriorated and cracked. This kind of repair is always expensive/unwelcome, but Monona Plumbing was good to work with. They made scheduling the quote and then the work itself easy. They responded quickly to messages, showed up when they said they would, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

They were able to route new piping to avoid damaging an existing shower, simplified and improved the piping they replaced, and the estimate they gave me was accurate to the final bill. Hopefully my house will take it easy for a bit with the surprise projects, but when future plumbing projects inevitably come up, Monona Plumbing will be my first call.

Our water heater was leaking, Oasen Plumming said they couldn't make it out soon enough so the recommended we contact Monona PFP. I called Monona PFP, they came out that day and replaced the water heater at a fair price. I even gave them the wrong garage code number, so they had to come out a second time, after they got ahold of me and I gave them the correct garage code number (ooops ).

Despite my mistake, the were kind, gracious and still made it work. Technician was finishing up when I got home from work, explained everything, very nice and professional. I had a great experiance with Monona FPF and will be using them in the future. Thanks Monona PFP!

Chuck showed up on time as promised, was very friendly and personable, and was in and out in no time, installing my Wi-Fi safety shutoff valve in under an hour. As far as the business is concerned - of all I contacted, Monona was the most responsive, the most in depth, and fairly significantly the best value, and they asked about mask preferences ahead of time (which were adhered to!), which is not something I have experienced with other contractors. I would happily contact Rick again for an estimate or have Chuck do work for me. Well done.

Was impressed with overall service, responsiveness and how quickly everything was resolved with no hot water. Eric out of the Monroe office got the job done fast and gave updates which is greatly appreciated!

We inquired about bathtub replacement. They were quick to respond and Derek came out to look at our project. We felt comfortable with Derek and the guidance he was giving us. We agreed that he would send us quotes and information related to our project within the next 10 days. After two weeks (and not hearing from Derek), I sent an email asking when would could expect the quotes.

He responded immediately saying he would send it "by the end of that day for sure". It has been 4 weeks since that last email and we have received nothing. This is very disappointing. We would not feel confident in working with a company that is unwilling to send updates keeping us informed about our project. If they were letting us know that they needed more time it would be more acceptable. Over promising and under delivering (or in our case Not delivering at all) is not acceptable.

My 88 year old mother had toilet and shower issues- the toilets wouldn't flush and shower wouldn't drain. She was very upset as 88 year olds tend to get. I called Monona plumbing and they were at her condo within 2 hours and took care of everything. The toilets are working and my mother has calmed down. Dave and Mike responded to mom's condo and called me to let me know when they would arrive and then updated me when the job was done.

I am very impressed with the service, quality of the work and fantastic responsiveness. I would highly recommend Monona plumbing- i am extremely satisfied that I called them- Really terrific work.

I was awakened on a Friday at 6 AM by the security alarm and the site was determined to be the basement laundry room. The alarm was triggered by collapse of a good portion of the ceiling along with a light fixture due to water damage. I assumed it was a pipe but there was no obvious source that I could see. Monona plumbing was the fourth plumber that I called after 7 AM and were able to respond before noon.

The prior three were not be able to respond until the following Monday. Monona removed a few more feet of drywall to reach a pipe with a crack in it and repaired it. I am very thankful to them for their responsiveness.

I called 3 companies and Monona Plumbing was easily the most responsive and organized. Set up appt for next day at 7 am and the technician arrived exactly at 7. He got right to work and had old heater disconnected by the time other guy arrived with new heater. He finished up at 830. I was very impressed. Service: Install water heater

I looked into a couple other plumbers during a recent upgrade for my kitchen (faucet, disposal, filter, dishwasher, and plumbing for new sink). I very much appreciated the friendly, professional service from MPFP. From getting an estimate to the final installation, they were always responsive and knowledgable. The installer went above and beyond in getting a proper fit for my dishwasher under a new countertop, which would have cost me hours and $$ to have done otherwise. Thank you so much to the team at MPFP. I have already, and will continue, to recommend you to others, and will certainly be back for any future plumbing needs.
