My water heater went out on Sunday night. I called Lilburn Plumbing and spoke with Charles the owner the next day. He referred Chris out to meet me later the same day. Chris was extremely thorough with his diagnostic of the water heater and based on it's age (14 yrs old) recommended that I replace it. I was able to speak with Charles the next day and he told me exactly what to buy in addition to the replacement water heater.

A day later Chris arrived to install me water heater. He was quick, professional and neat. He even worked with me on the price to save me some money. I would definitely use them again for any other plumbing needs.

Lilburn Plumbing pumped & repaired my septic system. They replaced the mainline intake pipe that was blocked at the tank and the connection to the drain which was also blocked. Very efficient, professional & knowledgeable. Charles explained what was wrong, how it happened and how it would be repaired. They checked the field lines for viability and made sure the plumbing was draining properly before they left.

Very considerate of my yard when digging & refilling the hole. They checked under the house & repaired damage caused by the drain cleaner I had used prior to calling them. Big kudos to Charles, Austin & Chris for a job well done! These guys were on top of it. We had a leaky toilet and busted shut-off valve. They came out and replaced the guts of the toilet, and rebuilt the shut-off valve just a few hours after I called. Charge was less than $175. I would highly recommend these guys. Fair price, quick response, and solid work.

I had a big leak happening outside. I called Lilburn Plumbing Service and spoke to the owner. As we were making an appointment for him to come out, he asked me some questions about the leak and told me some places of where to look. He even waited for me on the phone as I looked at the areas he talked about. He then told me to check one last place and there was the problem!
