I had a new sump pump installed, complete cleaning of debris (grease!) tenant poured down drains that clogged the entire container and fried the pump!). They kept me in the loop as they found things during repairs and all the way to the end. Much appreciated by a landlord who can't be on-site while the repairs are done. Great service done fast and professionally. Excellent communication with customer service throughout the entire repair process. Highly recommend to anyone needing a plumber!

Had a leak in my 46 year old water pipe buried between the water meter and my home with accompanying $200+ per month water bills. Arranging the repair was done by phone, the repair work took 2-1/2 hours total, payment was made electronically, and everything was done properly, on time and as agreed. I could not be more pleased! I highly recommend and will not hesitate to contact them again.

Professional services were provided from start to finish. It's always difficult to find a service provider who is trustworthy. The gentlemen who came to our home was extremely polite, treated my home like it was his. He explained everything that was happening in terms that I could easily understand and laid out my options. At the end of the day he cleaned up the mess and while I'm never happy to pay a bill, I'm glad that I chose the right people to resolve my issue. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They actually care.

Water Savers should change their name to Life Savers! From the moment they were referred to me throughout the entire process I felt like hey were partnering with me to truly help me. My wife and I recently purchased our first home and we are expecting our first child. Shortly after the home purchase we started having major issues with our water line and we didn't know what to do.
One of the contractors doing renovations on our home highly recommended Water Savers to us and they did not disappoint. The pricing was competitive but fair, the service was excellent, and I felt the genuine care and concern for the situation my wife and I were in from the customer service rep all the way up to the top. You can't pay for that. So if anyone is looking for leak detection, repair, plumbing, etc I'd highly recommend Water Savers. 1st Class company all the way around.

Water Savers LLC handled our problem with professionalism and courtesy. I had no issues with them showing up nor getting the job done. They told me when they were coming and once they evaluated the situation, told me what needed to be done and got the issue fixed. They also made paying them easy as well. I would definitely use Water Savers LLC again and recommend them to family and friends!
