I have to say that this is one of the best companies I have ever encountered for repair and replacement. All three of the staff that came to my house to assess the situation and remove and repair my water heater were phenomenal. This is definitely my go to company for my HVAC and Plumbing needs!

Alex and Ro were both great and professional. Alex was friendly and was able to explain our issues with cost in mind. Also when Ro was explaining the different options, he encouraged me to ask any questions and was able to explain each process thoroughly. I would definitely go with PV again!

Leo with PV Heating & Air has done a great job for years, servicing our older Trane units. We really need to replace them, but my husband has dementia and is dead set against replacing them. because of that, we are doing everything we can to keep the older units going. And Leo is the best! He has learned our systems frontwards and backwards and does everything he can to keep them going. Leo has our highest regards and recommendation.

We purchased a HAC system from PV about 14 years ago and retained their twice a year routine maintenance since. There have been no issues with system ever, and every service person is so knowledgeable and pleasant. Highly recommend PV.

Our heat stopped working on New Years Eve on a Sunday. I texted the owner, and he got the office to contact us right away. They had a technician out within a couple of hours. This was a 1 1/2 year old Carrier system that they had installed. The technician, Mike Sharpe, found the problem with the drain pipe that had triggered the system to shut down. He fixed it right away.

Great service! First time using them. They came out on a Sunday on short notice when my heat wasn't working. Kenneth was awesome and fixed my heater! Super nice guy. Highly recommend them.

Very quick and professional. The girl I spoke to Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on the phone and updated me thought the visit as to when parts would arrive and got my heat back going no problem. Steve knew exactly what was wrong as soon as he got here and fixed it super fast. Would highly recommend to call and ask for Jennifer if you have any issue and she will get it knocked out quick for you!

Kenneth called to let me know he was on the way. I showed him the furnace and he completed his work while I worked. I had a few furnace related questions. He patiently answered my question and seem to be very knowledgeable.

Have been using PV for years - they are knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and reliable. I appreciate being given all my options and given recommendations, but never being given a hard sell, and being able to choose the best option for my situation without pressure. Scheduling is easy and technicians keep you updated on arrival times - and it's also nice that if earlier appointments become available, the office will contact you and let you know.

Just had Mike here early this Sunday morning - he was cheerful, efficient, and figured out the problem quickly. He was also kind enough not to laugh when it turned out that it was due to user error on my part. He was able to resolve things quickly and for less money than I had anticipated. I've always been very happy with service from PV and can recommend them highly.

Kenneth did an amazing job with the furnace inspection. He took his time to explain to me what his analysis and evaluation was. Made recommendations to correct the problem. Suggested installing a new furnace since this current one is about 15 years old.

PV has especially helpful in designing and installing a new HVAC plus dehumidifier system in my house. They first did all of the calculations and recommended the proper system. I appreciated their thoroughness, recommendations, and patience helping me choose the best option for me. Before installation, there were discussions on site to determine the best way to install the dehumidifier, route the new duct work, and place new controllers.

During this process, I was able to answer questions and understand the parts that were important to me. After installation, I was provided with instructions, they did a quality check, and things have been great since. I appreciated the process of working with PV, have recommended them to others, and have been happy with the results.

PV Heating & Air replaced our fan and motor. Jeff was who helped us and he was extremely dependable, honest and helpful. We'll likely need a new unit in the next few years and will be back! Much quieter and seems to have better air flow as well.

Eric Black and Nick Staples did a great job putting in a brand new AC system in the attic of my 70s townhouse! Definitely a tricky install but they got it done in the expected window and left no mess. No complaints.

PV is a HVAC contractor that is careful to do load calculations and offer duct pressure tests before replacing a system, taking into account insulation and other home improvements. After getting oversized units in the past, I wanted to be sure to get the right sized heat pump since I'm in a very humid climate. Highly recommended. Update 2023: I'm signed up for the maintenance plan though it's expensive. Their service techs are very polite and I just got a UV light added.

I have used PV for 2 major installs and their solutions worked every time. The consultation I received was tailored to the problem I was having, uneven heating and cooling. This is the first time I have used PV Heating & Air, and it was an emergency. The other company I have been using was just not responsive. PV was incredibly responsive, very professional, and truly personable. Alex (the tech who came out) was fantastic, knowledgeable and didn't mind my (endless) questions. I actually signed a service contract with them on the spot. PV Heating & Air is my go to from this point on.

Jeff is absolutely amazing. He's calm, he listens, he takes his time, he troubleshoots, and he's just awesome to speak with regarding ongoing issues. He definitely upholds the PV reputation and I'd always prefer him to come back. Zero disappointment and major respect for his expertise.

Update: PV made a mistake in assessing our needed repairs. They immediately responded once they were informed, and they remedied the situation within hours even though they incurred a financial loss. All of the employees I dealt with were very professional, competent, and courteous, as was the owner of the company. In addition to appreciating their work, I have am now very impressed with how they handled this issue.

It showed a lot of integrity, and I will continue to be a loyal customer. We've used this company for a little over a year. We had a maintenance appointment scheduled for next week, but then had an emergency issue last night, which was a Friday. I submitted an appointment request online around 10:30pm, and they called me at 8:01am, one minute after they opened.

I was very relieved with the response time, especially on 12 hours notice on a Saturday in July. Joseph was really nice and patient with me in explaining everything that was going on. They also texted me a photo of the technician ahead of time, along with a live tracker to see exactly when he'd be here. Very pleased.

We've been working with for PV Heating & Air for about the past two years: First with for insulation in our attic and now for heating and A/C system service and maintenance. My husband was super impressed with the quality of their insulation work - he's in attics a lot for his job - and we especially appreciate the quality work our service technician Hung V puts in every single time. He's on time, professional, personable, and a rock star in our book!

We did a total overhaul of our HVAC system (42 years), attic air-ducts and insulation, and water heater. The overhaul included removal of old duct, plenum, insulation, complete HVAC unit replacement and new cellulose insulation and new water heater. After review of different suppliers and multiple rounds of discussion we decided for PV Heating and Air.

Our decision was not made on cost, we felt comfortable with Jason and his team's level of knowledge and professional methodology to explaining the system and different steps for executing the job. As an engineer myself, I could related to the study perform by PV to size the system and the value of such. The equipment selected (Trane) and the approach to maximizing the efficiency of the new system was first class.

We actually ended with a lower tonnage unit than the original GE system (42 years old) The execution of the job went extremely well, PV's employees were timely, very professional and courteous. It was a pleasure to work with all of them. I would highly recommend PV to anyone considering HVAC replacement and water heater.
